My fiancé got lots of truly beautiful flowers for her recent birthday. Sadly, the surprise flowers I had delivered from Prestige Flowers stood out for all the wrong reasons. I was truly embarrassed. The 2 attached photos show £63 of flowers on day 1 and then on day 3. Words like "sparse", "disappointing", and "dying" come to mind. I could have got much better flowers from Sainsbury's for £15, and from M&S for £25. A refund was refused, (against policy) and in the end, they offered a replacement for the same value. A nice hamper was delivered well after her birthday. But let's remember the original objective; beautiful flowers, delivered as a surprise, on her birthday, to make her happy.

Easter flowers did not arrive on time despite ordering 3 days prior to delivery on the basis on a Next Day delivery service. No communication to advise order would be delayed, as such issued a query now 4 days late to be told no refund would be made available for either the order or delivery fee paid, they do not provide any delivery assurances despite paying for a Next Day premium delivery service. Very dissappointed in the policy and delivery communications or lack thereof, won't be recommending or using them again.

If I could rate them a zero then I would. My friend ordered me some flowers with a vase from "prestige " flowers. The flowers were not in the best condition when they arrived, so much so, that a social media photo was not posted. Anyway, when I met up with her a few days after I received them, she told me they should have come with a vase... So, I contacted the customer service. It seems that 3 days is the maximum time to "complain", but a £10 voucher should pacific you. I wish my friend would have used my usual flower people, who have never let me down. I would never recommend Prestige Flowers to anyone.

Absolute waste of time. Ordered flowers specifically for Easter Sunday to be delivered on that date, the flowers weren’t delivered on that date. Now this may be royal mails fault, but why use a postal service that use reduced hours on bank holidays? Jennifer from customer service was useless and offered no solutions just blamed Royal Mail. They charge a premium and can’t satisfy people’s orders, would avoid at all costs.

I ordered a plant and a teddy bear for my son's birthday today, and it was a scam. The service claims they don't have the product, which they continue to advertise on the website at a lower price. And they're no longer advertising the teddy bear. They've betrayed my trust. I hope for a prompt response and a refund.

Order flowers for a friend to be delivered on a Saturday. They tried to deliver with little effort not waiting for long all recorded on ring door bell put the flowers back in thier van on a bank holiday!!! So guess they will be dead when they try again after holiday. What a waste of my money !!!!

Ordered flowers for my very poorly mother in hospital to be delivered on 20th April. No mention they use Royal Mail and no mention this was not possible. Never ordered flowers like this before....won't be ordering again. Due now to be delivered on Tuesday .....they will be dead by then. Very, very poor service. Am really upset.

Terrible, requested to be delivered on Sunday, booked the flowers at start of the week. No mention that they would not deliver on a Sunday but they let you book that day!? Very poor I would avoid…

Do not order from this company, I ordered flowers for my daughter giving birth and got completely the wrong bunch, also some of flowers had mould on them, I am taking this further if I get no resolution.

i have requested that flowers be delivered for my wifes birthday on 20 04 25 ,there was or is no mention that they would be delivered by Royal mail or that they do not deliver on sundays ,if i had know this i would have gone somewhere else very ,very poor service ,i have recieved an email saying going to be delivered tuesday 22 04.25 very un satisfied customer

Expensive, poor quality flowers and poor customer service. Compared what was ordered to what delivered in the pictures. They made no attempt to resolve the issue "Having reviewed the photographs you provided with our Florist Manager, we have determined that there are no apparent quality issues". Avoid them.

Two bouquets sent, one as a replacement for the first. Within three days, several of the flowers were drooping and looking very unhealthy meaning the look of the whole bouquet was ruined. I sent photos to prestige and they said there were no issues…order elsewhere
