I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I placed an order requesting a next-day delivery for a birthday. The order was not delivered on the requested date because the company ran out of stock of one item. Instead of sending the available items or offering an immediate solution, they paused my order without informing. After multiple messages, I finally convinced them to deliver my purchase, but it never arrived. The flowers were not delivered in time for the birthday, and the company is now refusing to issue a refund, claiming that a delivery attempt was made—even though no delivery was ever attempted. The issue is not only the missed delivery date, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and resolution. As a customer, I paid for a specific date and service, and that service was not fulfilled. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolutely atrocious delivery service. A bouquet was to be delivered to The Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh, there is construction in that area , instead of finding a place to stop , and make the delivery, I was told customer refused. Absolutely incorrrect I checked and no delivery was ever made or refused at the hotel. Of course , Prestige have taken the money and will do nothing to correct the situation or talk to the courier. I will never recommend them or use them again, your far batter off using local florists. , which I will now do.

My flowers were a gift after I had a stay in hospital , the vase was broke when they arrived didn’t even need to open the box could hear the broken glass , and the bouquet I received on there last legs a garage bunch would have put this to shame , my cousin paid 40 pounds in total and all you offer on compensation was the price of the broken vase totally unacceptable

Disappointing customer service - my order was not delivered on the selected day. Upon asking the customer service team about the issue, they indicated it was out of their hands due to a third party delivery service. No options for cancellation, delivery to a new address (initial order was to temporary rental), or refund provided. Only indication was that I should reach out to third party service, Royal Mail, for additional options, of which there were none available on the Royal Mail portal.

I bought the Hyacinth and tulip bouquet for my girlfriends birthday and I was extremely disappointed with the product that was provided. I appealed to the customer services team who let me know that the bouquet they provided was approved by the florist and was to an acceptable standard, we just needed to follow the instructions on the flower care guide. They were unable to review my photo as it was taken outside of 3 days since it arrived. The flowers never actually bloomed and went from image 1 to image 2 within 4 days whilst following the guide given

I have just received a bouquet of flowers and there is no colour co-ordination, thick twigs of half dead eucalyptus, 4 pink roses, bright yellow euphorbia blue everlasting dried flowers, yellow chrysanthemums. So many lovely flowers to choose from and I’m sorry but not at all appealing. No Prestige in my thoughts
