Very disappointed! Wont be buying again!! What you see is NOT what you get! First of all flowers do not match the reality of the pictures on their website! Two of the species of flowers were missing from the flower i got, like the Snapdragons and Phlox. But they were in their pictures. Expected to get what was shown. Paid extra £10 for large bouquet. And to my knowledge they were medium size. Over all i spend 50£ on them, honestly in supermarket that kind of flower bouquet be £25 no more. Order for my daughter surprise delivery for her birthday and i am very disappointed and actually ashamed that flowers didn’t meet my expectations. Don’t recommend, and I wont by buying there anymore!!!

I would’ve given them a 0 star rating if I could. Do not purchase from this company. I’ve had an awful experience with this company. I received a bunch of flowers of over £50 off my partner for our anniversary on the 31st May. They arrived looked lovely, roses weren’t opened and some dead leaves but didn’t think anything of it. Last night (3rd day of receiving) noticed the flowers have died, the roses haven’t opened they’ve flopped. I’ve had them officially 4 days. I emailed and the responses I got was that it’s been longer than 3 days we can give you £10 off your next purchase, nothing else. I asked for a full refund but point blank said no. I will not be purchasing from these again. I’m very disappointed and unacceptable I could’ve had a bunch from Tesco that would’ve lasted longer. It’s not acceptable that flowers you order for an expensive price die within 3/4 days of receiving.

Sent to my daughter’s office for her birthday - very disappointed!!! You would get more flowers buying a bunch at a supermarket for £10. Paid £45 and literally got 6 stems. Nothing like advertised. Will not use again!

Do not use this company for flowers. Expecting a beautiful bouquet to arrive but extremely disappointed to receive the flowers in a box and a damaged box at that. Expected the flowers to be delivered during working hours as they were for a colleague but they didn't arrive until early evening and customer services could not assist with tracing where the were at any point in the day. The "bouquet" looked very sad and nothing like the image on the website. I had upgraded to a large bouquet and this was nowhere near what I would call "large". Although apologising, customer service were unhelpful. Customer Service: Unhelpful, Price: bouquet not worth the money, Delivery: out of hours not acceptable, Returns/ Refunds: I requted refund but was refused.

Disappointed in the fullness of the bouquets I've paid for the largest size twice now and this is how they look compared to the photos online If the photos are selected because they're the biggest, most full option and look best for the website that's fine But I also pay the higher price to receive that, and haven't It's a good price comparatively with other vendors but next time I will try one of the others to see what the fullness is like instead

I wanted to surprise a friend on her a special occasion at her place of work - so paid extra for next day delivery. A delivery attempt was made a 20:51. Had this company been honest and highlighted next day could literally mean anytime of night - I would have shopped elsewhere as it was important these arrived in business hours - which is what I understand next day delivery means. Customer service useless and pointed out a delivery was attempted.. which doesnt really cut the mustard. If you need flowers delivering at a respectable time - I would shop some where else - florists are 2 a penny.

I’m in Australia and my daughter has been living in London for 6 years, prestige flowers have been my go to florist for amazing flowers when I need a bunch sent to my daughter. So easy to navigate web site to get some beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter on the other side of the world!!!

£15 compensation on an order over £50 which Royal mail didn't deliver as "the address couldn't be found", even though it was the address the website filled in from the postcode. Arrange next day delivery but can take up to 2 weeks to get the item back to the seller. No attempt from Prestige or royal mail to contact me to query the "unidentifiable" address

Unfortunately the rose plant looked nothing like the picture. It was tiny in comparison and only had one rose and two other buds. Nothing like your picture shows. I was embarrassed to gift it sadly

A word of caution: avoid purchasing flowers from this company. Their delivery service is unreliable, and the quality of the flowers is consistently poor. The last bouquet I sent—intended as a surprise for my grandmother overseas—arrived wilted and dying, completely ruining the gesture. What’s even more disappointing is that the company refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial credit instead. Customer service was unhelpful and left much to be desired. For a better experience, I strongly recommend buying from a local florist. Local shops provide fresher flowers, more reliable delivery, and a much higher standard of service. Don’t risk disappointment for special occasions—support your local florist instead.

As with one of the other reviews, only posted today, if I could give zero stars I would. Half the size expected, no real arrangement (looked thrown together) and a day late. Paid £48 (plus delivery) for an 'elegant, sophisticated fine bouquet'. What we received can only be described as a bunch of flowers that I could have picked up from a supermarket, worth possibly £20-£25. The number of stems we received is about half of what is on the website image. Website pics are never going to be exact but this was so far from what we received it is mis-representation as far as I'm concerned. The 'bouquet' was to be presented as part of a retirement celebration and I was embarrassed to hand them over. Their response was completely unconsidered and bog-standard. They don't seem to care at all. I will certainly not use this company again and I would strongly recommend to anyone else to think twice before ordering from them.

Absolutely appalling, delivered or not who knows to wrong address, paid “ same day” fees for the luxury of paying in excess of £53 for no flowers. There view is tough, no refund no flowers Dont ever trust this company to get it right.

If I could give less I would. The customer service is infuriating. They blame the 3rd party courier and do not take accountability. If it takes more than 1 day to ship to Denmark they should account for this. My delivery arrived 5 days late but they still needed a photo to prove the condition was not good. Of course it is not good after being in transit 5 days!! They claim 100% satisfaction but not relating to 3rd party issues, therefore this guarantee is worthless. I was offered my delivery charge back which I refused as an insult. My friends birthday totally missed and 5 days old flowers!! DO NOT TRUST.
