Prestige flowers has a great online store. it is easy to navigate with a great variety of wonderful flowers and an extensive range of optional extras to choose from. Prestige flowers is also one of the UK's most sustainable florists which i feel was an important factor in my decision to use them.

Hello. We received some flowers from our son & daughter in law on 16th July 2025 for our 60th Diamond Anniversary and sadly they didn’t match any they have sent us before and they barely survived after 4 days. They were probably quite expensive and I do not want to tell them that they have died already. When they arrived we did everything it said on the instructions as usual but I must say the roses didn’t look as good as usual and the chrysanthemums died more quickly as well and they usually last a lot longer. I put them in the coolest part of our house, the hall, and did expect them to last at least 7 days. It is so sad as it was a special occasion.

Avoid using Prestige flowers, total fraud with the image. The bunch sent had about 5 flowers and I paid £20, so very disappointed and embarrassed these were sent!

Would never use this company again. Made the order in Canada for my Aunts 80th birthday. Flowers arrangement was extremely poor. Company’s policy was I had to complain to the within 3 days unfortunately I waited 5 until they emailed me for my review.

I ordered the’ florist choice bouquet’ believing it would be ‘ similar’ to photo but with flowers available at the time. Not the case, 6 different blooms in photo, 4 in mine. Wasn’t representative of photo in any way quality wise. Try somewhere else!!!👎🏻

The quality for the price I paid was pitiful. I ordered florist choice flowers thinking I would receive beautiful flowers which were in season, I also ordered the large size as it was for a 50th birthday. I couldn’t believe when I saw what had been delivered, they also had to be binned a few days later from the foul smell. I also paid for delivery before 1pm and they were delivered late. Contacted customer service they offered to refund the money I had paid for delivery which is the only positive aspect of this order. I sent photos and they said they couldn’t see any issue with the quality & size! The more recent reviews seem to have the same issues/theme, I would not have ordered from Prestige Flowers if I had read these.

Do not order from this company as they do NOT honour their promise of next day delivery. They refuse to enter into negotiations or issue a refund. Shambles of a company. You’re better off ordering from a local florist.

AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you want to be disappointed! Ordered some flowers to our friends who have just lost their dog. Wrote out a special message to go with the flowers which the website deleted the first time so went through again and did it and the flowers turned up with NO message! They didn’t have a clue who the flowers were from and I had the embarassment of having to ask if they’d received them. Completely understand that things go wrong sometimes and could be a fault with the website but after contacting them, they are being completely dismissive of it saying there was no message on the order which is a lie! Customer service is appalling! Why would anyone send sympathy flowers with no message? Ridiculous. Will not use them again!

The good points: very good website, fast service, and quick and efficient response to queries. The bad points: My flowers were damaged in transit and arrived in a battered box. The actual arrangement appeared very sparse for a “large” bouquet. I was able to get a voucher for the damage (fair enough), but on review of my photos, I was told that the size was correct. Now I’m looking at other recent reviews I’m seeing the same comment regularly. I don’t feel what I got was anywhere near value for money

Disappointed with the flowers, on my wife’s birthday she received a few bunch, prestige was the worse, paying over £50 large, doesn’t seem like it’s worth that. Definitely will avoid prestige flowers next time around. Tried uploading pic but it says can’t upload the files.

Absolutely terrible, the flowers in the picture online are wildly exaggerated and I paid for the largest bouquet, I am not joking when I say, flowers in Asda look better and are bigger, I 'd hate to see the small bouquet, £46 wasted and Wedding Anniversary Spoiled. Avoid like the black death.

I received some flowers that my boyfriend sent to me. The first bunch that I received the flowers seemed to take at least a week to open up and when they did open they were starting to die. I did get another bunch but they were just as bad. I’m not impressed with the flowers.

I ordered my daughter a large bouquet before she goes to Australia they arrived a day late she had to take some out as they were dried up the colours I understand are seasonal but it definitely doesn’t look like a large bouquet like the picture on website very disappointing

I wouldn’t buy from this company ever again the flowers arrived 3day late when I ordered next day delivery when they came they were withered n smelled terrible plus I ordered chocolate which weren’t there When I complained all they would offer me was £10 refund when I paid £45 it’s a joke

I would have spent my money better buying supermarket flowers…they do not honour their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and when pushed they go silent. Take my advice you will get nicer flowers and more value for money from a garage
