“The flowers I ordered for my aunties birthday arrived 5 days late in a heatwave! I messaged at 3 days and was told to wait but message with photos if they were damaged. My auntie sent me photos of the incredibly dead flowers. I sent these to customer services and was accused of using AI images. Are you kidding me?”

“I had at least 4 trys with this order and with each try, somethin was a little different! With my last try I learnt that I could get a discount with a particular code shown. That was a good bit!! I don't find ordering over the Internet easy. I would much rather have a phone number .”

“The flowers were a far cry from what the bouquet we ordered from the website was like, almost £50 for this. It has obviously just been flung together. I could have bought better from Tesco's at half the price. No way will I be using this lot again”
