“Promised delivery within 24 hours. Royal Mail confirmed delivery would be 48 hours. Contacted Prestige, said if not possible for next day, send to another address or cancel the order as Recipient would not be address given. They basically said ignore Royal Mail, flowers (£90) would be delivered within original time frame. Flowers were delivered outside the 24 hours. No one was there to collect them. Royal Mail showed photo where flowers left in the driveway. Instead of taking up the matter with Royal Mail, Prestige refused refund and denied any liability. Flowers for my only daughters engagement totally ruined.”

“I’ve never been more disappointed with a gift of flowers in my life and the sad thing is that I can’t tell the sender how terrible they are. I will like many others I am sure say thank you and that they were beautiful!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY i spent £60 on flowers for some who helped get dads care sorted so wanted something special so payed an extra £10 to get a lovely bouquet bunch of flowers but what got sent was by royal mail a slim box left at reception , WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN”
