I ordered my Christmas tulips on the 21st of December. They arrived as promised on the 22nd but the tulips are very small and they are massively drooped. There are no roses as the photo implies. For the price I would expect better quality.

I ordered a bouquet with gifts on 18th Dec 25 to be delivered on Sat 20th Dec, for a relative's birthday. It was not delivered until the afternoon of Mon 22nd. The flowers were dead! Impossible to contact prestigeflowers by telephone or email. Do not use this company, as there is nothing "prestige" about their customer service. You have been warned!!!

For months, I was struggling to sort things out on my own, and it became incredibly overwhelming. I wasn’t sleeping well and found myself constantly stressed and anxious. I have today received a Christmas bouquet from my granddaughters,on opening the box they looked lovely however when they were unwrapped the tulips collapsed,I would suggest you don’t include tulips in the bouquet . I would have given you a good review but can’t now because of the state of the tulips

I couldn't have found worse service than this. I missed my anniversary with my wife because they didn't deliver the flowers. They relied on Royal Mail, which by late afternoon still hadn't delivered. I started the refund process, but the embarrassment I made will last forever. Never again!!!!!

order 9295983 very disappointed the way i was treated by this company the flower they send me was thin . miserable and looking nothing like the photo i ordered large, this was not even standard size i called and emailed and send photo as proof of this terrible flower they are still being difficult they asked for bird eye view and several photo from different angle. this is how treat people ! i buy flower 10 times a year. this was first time i got it from this compant just making excuses and making stuff up not to resolve the issue there you have it now . lost a customer who would have spent 10 time more on flower see photo to compare . i leave it to the reader to judge!!!!

Avoid at all costs - One star only because they delivered on time, I have used prestige hampers for a few years for Christmas gifts and had built up £30 of loyalty vouchers, I ordered a luxury florist choice for £56.48 including delivery, these were delivered on Saturday as requested, they starting wilting on the Sunday, I contacted customer services through their webchat to complain and sent the attached photo. I was told that they need photos all around the bouquet to be e mailed to make a full assessment, surely that one photo the showed the quality? I e mailed them across and I was then offered a £10 credit to my account as a "gesture of commitment" as the flowers had a "partial quality issue" I refused to accept the voucher as I felt the full bouquet should have been fully replaced, at this point I told them that I had spent a few hundred pounds each Christmas for the last few years and would never purchase the hampers or flowers again and would also leave a bad review. I then got an e mail saying that they would send a replacement bouquet at no additional cost so I provided delivery details and thought it was all sorted. Then I got an e mail saying that the same bouquet was not in stock and to pick one to the same value as the one ordered, I chose a bouquet at £50 plus delivery which was to the same value, I then got an e mail saying it wasn't to the same value???? I queried this and then the response was that I had to choose one at a price that didn't include my loyalty vouchers of £30 and I could pick one up to the value of £26.48, (so much for loyalty) yet they were going to send the same bouquet I first ordered which was £56.48 (which was conveniently out of stock) I have refused the offer of £26.48 as I am sick of the messing about - they have lost a customer for both the hampers and the florists on the back of such poor customer service.

paid for named day delivery which option was 16 December ordered on the 15th before 10pm. flowers not yet received, tracking shows they have been in the west midlands for two days at royal mail branches. flowers are sent using a 24hr delivery service. I give them the benefit of doubt that they might turn up to day the 17th, still they have not arrived. Ive contacted customer services and there response is wait three days we don't guarantee next day delivery on named day deliveries. that's not clear on the ordering page where the option is for named days. Ive asked for a refund but they have declined at this stage. first and last time ordering from Prestige flowers. don't fall into the same trap we did and order from a company that will give a service you deserve. I will peruse this with the the mode of payment.

I am trying Prestige flowers one last time after the flowers that were sent to my sister for her 50th wedding anniversary were awful.Hopefully they are good this time .They did replace them but obviously not the same .

The flowers I received compared to the flowers I ordered were absolutely shocking. This was my first time shopping with this company and it will definitely be my last. These flowers cost £55 and looked like an £8 bunch I could have picked up from a roadside garage. Customer service was appalling, I couldn't speak with a manager, only by email which is always a bad sign. PLEASE just save your money, this company are dreadful.
