We ordered flowers for my husband's for her birthday and what we ordered was not what we got .We sent on photos and told them that it was very disappointing paying all that money for flowers that looked nothing like what we ordered it honestly looks like someone picked them out of a field. We are in Canada so of course with the exchange it's double the price and they keep saying to use they need a bird's eye view of it,well we again are in Canada my mother in law is 86 she isn't a photographer so we sent what we could and you can clearly tell they are not what we ordered . Good customer service would be to fix the problem with what we actually ordered and apparently there is no good customer service shame on you for your false advertising and charging people for flowers that aren't what we ordered.

The bouquet looked nothing like the image on the product page. The roses had already bloomed when the bouquet arrived, but the other flowers were still buds that customer service told me would bloom in around 3 days. One of the roses was drooping on arrival as well.

Very disappointed will never order from here again my partners flowers arrive the day after they were supposed to arrive she has sent an email about the poor quality and not received a reply

I ordered what appeared to be a nice bouquet of flowers. Underwhelmed is the most apt phrase for what was delivered. Nice bouquet but lacking in quantity of stems so looked rather pathetic compared to what was expected. Felt a bit embarrassed when I received the photograph of them from the recipient.

Original order Rose and Lily NF1010. I discovered that my friend is highly allergic to flowers but the chocolates were excellent. Is it possible to send only chocolates. This is important. I am 89 and Margaret is 88, we have been friends since College in 1959 and I now live in Australia. A small non flowering potted plant would be good. Can you help?

I was excited because for the first time EVER my son had sent me flowers for Mother's day. Unfortunately they were disappointing and nothing like any of the pictures of Roses & Lilies shown on the website. The lilies were in bud and I waited for them to start to come out (about 2 weeks) before I contacted the company, but because this was more than the "3 days" that you have to contact them, they weren't able to do anything except offer a £10 credit or voucher off a future purchase. Based on the flowers I received, there isn't likely to be a future purchase. But, back to the "contact us within 3 days". You don't get this information in the paperwork you received with the flowers, you have to look at the website, under the"Our Company" section (not contact us as you might expect) to find the 100% Satisfaction link which tells you to send a photo within 3 days. Customer services reply very quickly (possible use of AI?), but weren't willing to offer anything other than the credit/voucher mentioned above.

This is a very BAD company to deal with , we ordered flower on line , my friend never got any delivery ,and the Prestige Flowers ,will do nothing only send emails by AI called James C , be carful---- not a nice company to do business with ,Christy Kane

37 pounds for a few flower stems, nothing like the picture. Customer service told me to let the blooms open (even though the roses are already open) as if that will magically make them multiply! Did arrive on time.
