Please avoid! I ordered 3 expensive bouquet of flowers for my loved ones on Valentine’s Day 2026. 2 of the 3 arrived dead and broken petals. I am not one to complain but this was a very embarrassing experience - the flowers looked completely destroyed. After multiple attempts to ask for an apology and a refund, I was told by “Aaron” that they would not issue refund as my pictures were AI! Can you believe how sad this situation is and to get treated this poorly by “Aaron” their customer service person who has no understanding or accountability for their mess! Honestly guys for your own sake I’ve written this review and I will follow up on Tik Tok and Instagram with the full video and evidence for you guys. Just head down to your nearest florist or any other supplier I’m sure wouldn’t be this unfair and awful!

Very disappointing! The worst florist I have ever ordered flowers from in the UK. I wish I'd have seen all the recent bad reviews, as I would've ordered flowers for my friend through a different website and saved my money and any embarrassment. I ordered the large bouquet, specifically so it resembled the flowers in the website photo. I understand that there may be variations, but what arrived was laughable - A sad, sparse arrangement that could've been brought at the supermarket for a quarter of the price. I emailed customer service thinking they would resolve quickly, but instead was told twice that the "Florist Manager" had reviewed the photos, and that what was received was correct. All the responses to bad reviews are "...this is not the standard we aim for..." in which case, why are they not putting it right?

We have received a beautiful arrangement of flowers but unfortunately we did not order them. According to the note inside, they were meant for someone called Tony who appears to have recently lost his Mother. They were sent to our address at Haydon Way House, Coughton. I have looked on the Prestige Flowers website but I cannot find any contact tel number or email to find out where they should have gone to. If you can help, please let us know. Susanna

Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid £49.91 for 30 red roses to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The order arrived 3 days late, they charged the delivery fee anyway, and instead of 30 red roses I received only 20 white roses, completely different and 10 flowers missing. No proper refund, no real compensation, just excuses. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I strongly advise people to avoid ordering from this company, especially for important occasions.

I ordered some 'La Belle' for Valentines day, no issues with the delivery, but when they were taken out of the box we could see that a few of the heads were hanging down. We swiftly placed them in water in the hope that it would perk them up. Sadly, it did not, and there were 4 stems drooping and 1 stem with the petals falling off. I contacted customer services and was offered a £10 credit, which is useless to me. So I asked for the £10 to be refunded to my account, I was told they wouldn't do this and I could just take the issue up with my card issuer. They know this wouldn't make a difference because the product arrived safely. Terrible customer service - I won't be ordering from them again.

I purchased some Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife and chose the before 1pm delivery service to be delivered on the 13th. In all fairness, the delivery aspect of the order is out of the suppliers hands…but the flowers hadn’t arrived 3 days after the original delivery date, meaning I had to go out and buy some replacement flowers. What did bother me about prestige flowers, is although I paid an extra £8.99 for the delivery charge, they allow 3 working days after the specified date for the flowers to be delivered which completely defeats the point of a special delivery service! I thought that was the worst of my problems, but unfortunately I was wrong. When the flowers arrived 3 days after Valentine’s Day, I couldn’t believe what they had sent. Considering I’d spent nearly £50, the flowers which were packaged up looked like something you’d buy from a petrol station. I showed photos to prestige flowers, comparing the quality and size of my flowers to the ones I thought I was ordering but they were happy with what I’d been sent so no refund for me!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a bouquet based on the photos shown on their website, but what was delivered looked NOTHING like what was advertised. The bouquet was small, poorly arranged, and honestly one of the ugliest flower arrangements I have ever seen. It was embarrassing to give as a gift. I contacted customer service first and provided photos, hoping they would resolve the issue before I left a review. Instead, they claimed the bouquet was “good quality” and refused to offer any replacement, refund, or solution. That response alone shows how irresponsible and unprofessional their customer service is. I am attaching photos of: What I ordered What I actually received Let buyers decide for themselves. Please be very careful ordering from this company. What you receive may not match what you see online, and don’t expect them to stand behind their product if there is a problem.

No valentines day flowers for my wife when ordered 4 days before Ordered flowers on Tuesday and specified delivery for today(valentines day) only to receive a message that they would not be able to be delivered at 4pm in the afternoon. Terrible service I would not use them again.

Awful flowers looked nothing like what you think your getting, roses are brown and look dead and just thrown in a box with no arrangement, when I sent photos their supposed florist manager said they looked fine, a 5 year old could tell the difference from the advertised picture. So disappointed and such poor customer service

My bouquet was ordered for my 85th birthday. It arrived a day late. The roses were dehydrated and the tips were brown. They tried to open, but did not succeed. We have not been offered compensation, only a £10 voucher against a future order, which naturally we shall not be making. The company demanded work from me which offended me- photos of the flowers- which I have no means of supplying. Altogether an inadequate transaction. M&S in the same circumstances involving a neighbour, simply replaced the flowers. With apologies. I would have expected proper compensation.

I ordered on 6th February a bunch of 12 red roses for delivery on Valentine’s Day (14th Feb). Cost £40 plus £6 for delivery. On 14th got Royal Mail tracking for delivery between 10.50 and 14.50. The delivery was not made till 7.00 pm on Valentine’s Day. Absolute disgrace. Spoiled the day. No-one available at Prestige Flowers as their hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm. I will stick to buying flowers from local businesses in future.

Dont waste your time or money. I Didn't receive my order untill 18:30 for valentines delivery, they looked nothing like the picture advertised they were very small and half of them were dead definitely not worth the money or paying extra for size option

Very disappointed, delivery was nothing like the image on website. Upgraded to large roses but very cheap small flowers arrived. Customer service swerving any responsibility. Ton of excuses. One was i should have open the flowers cut stems and put in water. I was gifting these so wasn't possible. Had to buy more roses to boost it, could not of possibly gifted it how it arrived. No apology or offer of partial refund or even a credit.wont use this company again.

Flowers not delivered on the 13/2/26 as needed to as these were supposed to be delivered to my wife at work where she works as a teacher at a school. Received message to say delivery address not accessible which is a lie. It’s a big school building that you cannot miss and just have to press a buzzer to speak to receptionist to get in. Pretty simple and standard. I contacted prestige flowers and explained the situation to a person named Carl who was not helpful and said nothing they can do. I explained my frustration as school will now be closed as half term so can’t re attempt delivery and I have had to reschedule to the local delivery depo near the school which is over an hour away from where we live as didn’t allow me to redirect to our home. Still haven’t received confirmation that I can go and collect flowers from depo and they close at midday today so if i don’t get a message the flowers will be left and no good and a total waste of effort and no flowers on the day needed. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed by prestige flowers and there unwillingness to help in any way.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. ordered a large flower bouquet and there is barely anything to it. flowers half dead no care into the bouquet what so ever and has just been thrown together. massively over priced for what i recieved and am in utter shock. i now have to go and buy more flowers before valentines day which is costing me more. this is my first time using this company and it will certainly be the last, disappointed is an understatement.

On February 6th, I ordered a Valentine's Day gift (IU193941871GB) including the flowers and teddy bear shown in the picture. I requested delivery on February 12th, and it arrived on the date I specified. But The picture shows 9 unopened lillies and 4 open lillies. There are also 5 roses. This company sent me 4 unopened lillies and 5 roses. When I said "fix this or give me my money back," they mocked me by telling me to take care of the flowers well and they will grow This is evident from the fact that they do this constantly and have no intention of correcting it.
