Flowers not delivered on the 13/2/26 as needed to as these were supposed to be delivered to my wife at work where she works as a teacher at a school. Received message to say delivery address not accessible which is a lie. It’s a big school building that you cannot miss and just have to press a buzzer to speak to receptionist to get in. Pretty simple and standard. I contacted prestige flowers and explained the situation to a person named Carl who was not helpful and said nothing they can do. I explained my frustration as school will now be closed as half term so can’t re attempt delivery and I have had to reschedule to the local delivery depo near the school which is over an hour away from where we live as didn’t allow me to redirect to our home. Still haven’t received confirmation that I can go and collect flowers from depo and they close at midday today so if i don’t get a message the flowers will be left and no good and a total waste of effort and no flowers on the day needed. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed by prestige flowers and there unwillingness to help in any way.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. ordered a large flower bouquet and there is barely anything to it. flowers half dead no care into the bouquet what so ever and has just been thrown together. massively over priced for what i recieved and am in utter shock. i now have to go and buy more flowers before valentines day which is costing me more. this is my first time using this company and it will certainly be the last, disappointed is an understatement.

On February 6th, I ordered a Valentine's Day gift (IU193941871GB) including the flowers and teddy bear shown in the picture. I requested delivery on February 12th, and it arrived on the date I specified. But The picture shows 9 unopened lillies and 4 open lillies. There are also 5 roses. This company sent me 4 unopened lillies and 5 roses. When I said "fix this or give me my money back," they mocked me by telling me to take care of the flowers well and they will grow This is evident from the fact that they do this constantly and have no intention of correcting it. Stay away from this company. Mails and Evidence are attached.

I ordered flowers well in advance for my mother’s birthday and paid extra for express same-day delivery. This was meant to be a surprise, and I waited all day to call her once the flowers arrived. They never did. Throughout the day, the delivery time kept changing, and by the end of the day I received a message claiming that delivery was attempted but no one was available. This was completely false. My mother was at home all day, her phone number was provided, and I have doorbell camera footage confirming that no delivery attempt was made at any point. When I contacted customer service, instead of acknowledging this or taking responsibility, they repeatedly referred me back to tracking information, ignoring my explanation and evidence entirely. No empathy, no accountability — just copy-and-paste responses. Because the delivery did not happen on the promised day, the purpose of the order was lost. A birthday is not something you can “redo” the next day. I requested a refund for a service that was not provided and was met with resistance and dismissive replies. Extremely disappointing experience. If timing matters or you’re ordering for a special occasion, I would strongly advise against using this company.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, spending a total of £108. The bouquet that arrived was not only much smaller than expected but also looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. Most importantly, the flowers were wilted and visibly dying. After contacting Prestige Flowers several times, they offered a mere £10 voucher for my troubles. I then reminded them that, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund. They consistently failed to address this in their responses and outright refused to comply with British law. This experience is unacceptable, and I will be taking matters further. Prestige Flowers is not a company that can be trusted.

I ordered flowers for a time‑sensitive occasion and the bouquet arrived wilted, damaged, and not as described. Customer service acknowledged a quality issue but only offered a £10 credit, a replacement, or a £10 partial refund. They repeatedly refused a full refund, so I had to raise a dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, resolving issues with this company is very difficult if something goes wrong

I would never, ever recommend this company. Ordered flowers Weds afternoon for my daughter who had life changing surgery, just to brighten her day, or so I hoped. Still waiting for delivery by Friday afternoon. Called customer service to be told it can take up to three days for delivery! They advertise all over their web page, promises of NEXT DAY Delivery…well that is just not true. And NOWHERE does it mention the possibility of it taking three days. Then the recompense was an offer of £5.99 credit if I use them again. Insulting to say the least. Use your google search & find a more reliable service. Oh and the form they add at the bottom of this feedback form, the options to say if flowers were damaged and the length of time for communication AND the rating ….all greyed out. There’s a surprise.

Expensive order was not delievered by Royal Mail which I understand is out of their hands. However, this is for them to correct and they have refused to resend this or to refund as they should. Forcing me to waste time having the charge reversed via my bank - I wouldnt use this service if you

Hi all, so I ordered flowers for our anniversary for my wife, wild and wonderful which were £35 delivered. They were delivered to the wrong address and found them a day late and wished I left them there! They were like a £2,50 bunch of flowers and dying 😡 that shocked phoned them and sent photos and they said they were good quality and consistant😡😡😡 I wish I could add pics to show how rubbish they are. Not happy 👎👎👎

DO NOT USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS!! I mistakenly used them for flowers for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary, Thanks to Royal Mail they were delivered on the right day but..... The bouquet my wife received was appalling, it was have the size on the one shown on the website, it contained a few lilies and some sorry looking roses along with some hedge clippings and a stick, I didn't expect the world for £30 but I did expect far better than I received, I contacted prestige flowers at the earliest opportunity and I was asked to email so photos which I duly did, several hours later I had to call again because I had not heard anything and I ended up using their chat service, yup only to be told that my delivery was a suitable size and in a good enough condition!! So they were not going to do anything, (suprise suprise) despite requesting several time that they look again at my complaint I was still told no so now my wonderful wife is left with a pretty pathetic very overpriced bunch of flowers, Please take me advice and AVOID AVOID AVOID, Use a local florist and support a local business, I am unable to do so as I am recovering from a stroke and I mistakenly thought this was a better option,

Flowers don’t look anything like the picture, far fewer foliage and Lillies and majority were damaged. Very disappointed in this service as it was for an special occasion and I am embarrassed of what was delivered.

Sadly the latest delivery from Prestige was well below their normal standard. A gift of Florist Choice flowers for my elderly Mum's birthday arrived looking sparse, tired and lacking in their usual colour and vitality. She was noticebly disappointed. I felt let down as my loyalty is with Prestige from whom I order from overseas to the UK quite frequently.

My husband and I sent a large bunch of roses and freesias to a 90 yr old aunt using prestige flowers. The bouquet was supposed to be large, we asked our aunts son to send a picture the next day and were disappointed and embarrassed, it looks like we sent a cheap bunch small and not enough flowers for the money. I complained to prestige who replied with standard pre written answers, and showed no understanding or acknowledgment of the size of the bunch. They offered me £10 off if I used them again in the future! Why would anyone do that ? I will never send flowers via prestige again
