Your website is great but there is no way to choose the date i want to send flowers if i don't wat to send them the next day, & this is very fustrating. If there is please tell me how to do it. All the flowers I saw had sned the next day delivering, & that is where i could not change the date. With the result i could not send the flowers i wanted to But i am happy with the ones i have sent which i could chnage the date for delivery. Thanks. Patricia anne Thomas

The site has a lot to offer and the chat bot is also helpful. I think the minimum spend to receive a discount is a bit high however. Maybe that is a good price for most vouchers but for student discount to be set at the same price of £29.99 is a bit harsh in my opinion

I love the convenience of this website as I always order from the USA for gifts to be delivered in the UK. The only issue I have is when I want to send more than one item to the same address. There is no option to link the gifts to one delivery and to pay one delivery fee. Other than that, I love this website!

It's great to see an online florist that offers options for Interternational Mother's Day for those of us living overseas. It would be useful if the field for billing adddresses includes an option to select another country, just for the reassurance that your order is going to be accepted. I also really appreciated paypal being a payment option. Lovely range of flowers to choose from. Thank you.

I had to pay £5.99 for delivery but ut was next day so understandable. I ordered a medium bouquet - £5 extra - for my sister in law after the loss of her dog she sent me a picture of the flowers which looked very sparse compared to the photo on your website! Unable to upload photos!

I received your beautiful bouquet, it was much nicer than one I had received from a rival company a few weeks earlier. However the chocolate box was damp and crumpled on the bottom edge and the chocolates had beads of moisture on them. I still ate them and they were delicious. I just thought you might like to appreciate that the damp material around the flowers was obviously not contained.

Flowers were orderd a week in advance - but arrived a day late for my mums birthday - 50 pounds did not look like a 50 pound bouquet. Will use a florist in future.

Even though the advertising led me to think delivery was free, i nevertheless purchased the upgraded size bouquet, a card & paid the postage. I haven't seen the flower's myself but a VERY HAPPY Mum called to thank me for the gorgeous flowers, she said they are in excellent condition & of a good size, she mentioned the fragrance & genuinely seemed delighted. The delivery was disappointing, no one rang the bell or knocked on the door (the dog definitely would have heard if no one else had) so the box was just left propped up outside the door, clearly visible & easily accessible from the street.. it's not the delivery i paid for & it's the reason for only 4 stars, he left them right underneath the doorbell, would it really have been to much to actually ring the bell?

Excellent selection of flowers and cards. One niggle in that when the site first asks for a name and address, it was not clear (to me, at least) if that should be the delivery address or the address of the person making the order. At the end of the process, it was clear that it was meant to be the delivery address but it would be helpful if the site was tweaked to make that clear.

I have used Prestige Flowers several times now and the recipients are always happy with the arrangements. The website is easy to use and the Delivery Pass is good value if you intend to send more than one bouquet within the year. Happy with the service.
