Delivered to the doorstep as my mum wasn’t home, I ordered a large bouquet with a vase, however the few flowers that were received looked nothing like the bouquet advertised, it was the smallest bouquet I’ve ever seen. And just for reference I am a trained florist! Not worth the money in my opinion.

Spent nearly £50 pounds to have flowers left outside a school, basically in the street, by Royal Mail Courier. My wife failed to get the flowers and chocolates on her Birthday as requested. Raised a complaint with Prestige Flowers this was their response, so be aware of the customer service or lack of No compensation was offered or any sort of reasonable apology of any sort. I will not be using them again! If it was possible to leave a minus star review then I would be doing that. Hello, Thank you for your email. I regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery instructions due to our reliance on a third-party courier service. In cases where there is no one available to receive the gift, the courier will exercise their own judgment. They may either leave the package in a safe location on the property or leave a calling card to inform the recipient of the attempted delivery or update the tracking with this information. This will allow the recipient to arrange for a re-delivery or collect the item from the designated courier location. Please understand that the final decision rests with the courier and is subject to their protocols and discretion. I paid almost £50 for a double orchid that arrived in a box too small for the contents. The pot was at an angle, with moss and earth all over the inside. The orchids were out of the pot and buried in the spillage in the box. Fortunately it wasn’t a gift but I was left having to repot the whole thing (with the help of my husband) to make it look anything like the online photograph. The orchids did not have protective sleeves on them, which you do get if you purchase a £5 orchid from a supermarket. The orchids were in full bloom on arrival; fortunately none of the flowers were damaged. I purchased a plant from a well known retailer online that was £20 cheaper and arrived in an appropriate box with protective wrapping. Shocking customer service from Prestige Flowers.

Never again will I use and strongly recommend to others they don't either I ordered my mrs some flowers nibbles and a card for our anniversary my mrs was at work all day they didn't arrive then after a day at work myself sat in the car till 7 p.m waiting for delivery (rang royal mail the lady said last delivery was 7 p.m) No flowers After faffing about with royal mail saying they have to attempt delivery twice and her work not open at the weekend they returned to sender to then be told tough luck buster nothing we can do you get no package and no refund get in contact with your bank and try and claim a refund but we can consent it Total mockery of a sh!t show I only rated them 1 star because you can't select none

First and last time experience with Prestige ! Ordered bouquet for special friends in France for their Wedding Anniversary. Having not been warned it could take longer with an international order I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra week after original delivery date. Disappointed doesn’t come close as the recipient is a retired florist who actually recommended Prestige as I had been let down by a different company last year. I have made several calls without any success to speak with a manager .The only way to do that is to email ( which was ignored ) as they will not take a call . I remained polite and patient and after total lack of response of any service recovery I have been informed I will get a refund . I requested an email to confirm this morning by Megan which I am still waiting for !!! Flowers were ordered and paid for on April 8th and have still not appeared This company claims to be prestigious.. I think not . Lynn G

Terrible expected flowers to be delivered on Saturday but Royal Mail said the person I sent them to wasn’t home which wasn’t true. Now 4 days later they are asking my friend to collect them from the sorting office! How do you think these flowers will look now! No refund or offer to send again will never use this service again

Wanted a surprise flower for my wife’s birthday to be delivered at her school. What an embarrassment when she received the bunch. Sent photos and nothing been done about it. Sent substantial amount with poor quality flower. I want be buying again and will be advising friends and family to do same.

6 roses 4 lillies and a sprig of tree branch £30 ?? Don't waste your money better bouquets from tesco at half the price !!! Avoid this company Flowers are poor quality and customer service is shocking !!

I received a box of flowers this morning, box was wet (but flowers ok inside). BUT… … NO NOT TO TELL ME WHO SENT THEM! Fundamental detail I would say! So I sent message via website asking who was kind enough to send them. Received quick reply telling me they don’t have order with my email address @ to log in OF COURSE NOT, I’m the recipient!! Aghhh! So I tried calling, waste of time as it just rings! Dreadful experience! Stressful start to birthday. Would NOT RECOMMEND 😞

Poor quality flowers. The roses were black round the edges, Lilly’s were shrivelled and leaves had holes in. Were also delivered a day early when my wife wasn’t in. Very disappointing and will not use again

£30 plus on flowers for my other half, cut price in a sale, but l wouldn't pat what l paid let alone full price, they look nothing like on the website, l have photos, l almost feel embarrassed that l bought them for the one l love, l have photos and have sent them to the company in an email

This company is failing in that they accept an order for a delivery that they cannot achieve. I ordered for a specific day (a birthday) and did not read the small print that apparently states they have a 3 day window within which to deliver! What?! That's not a service. The flowers arrived but a day late and a bit shoddy to be honest. Perhaps this standard of service was acceptable in 1974 but not 2024. Also I paid for the large bouquet but it was most definitely not worth £50. Badly done "Prestige". Badly done. I warn you off using this company

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Flowers are nothing like advertised. Glass vase looks like a beer pint glass, flowers are un fresh with sparse greenery & will never create the bouquet advertised. I upgraded to the medium size bouquet, dread to think what the small one would look like. Avoid at all cost. Prestige unwilling to refund but will offer £10 voucher to spend on your next order “with them.” No thank you I will not be ordering from Prestige ever again. Email from Royal Mail to advise of delivery which would be a day late. Prestige taking no ownership of next day delivery promise advertised on their site. Email reply received to say flowers are with carrier & Prestige have no control thereafter! Prestige “do not promise next day delivery then!!! “ Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! As purchased as a gift I felt so disappointed & had to resend another bouquet which I sourced from a local supplier far superior for the same cost.

Really not happy with this service. I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my friend on her 30th birthday, a special day. Was given the choice of delivery date, so naturally chose her birth date and they were not delivered. Very disappointing. What's the point in offering someone a choice and then not actually delivering. What's the point in getting flowers the day after your birthday. Not acceptable. Will neither use nor recommend this company!

Dreadful . !!!! If I had known you were using Royal Mail to deliver my flower gift I would NEVER have used you . I was told by email last night that the flowers had been given to the carrier for next day delivery which I was already unhappy about . Flowers sitting in a truck all night !! Then I recieved an email from Royal mail saying the delivery would be between 7.30 am and 3pm . So I made sure someone would be in then . I DID NOT advise on a safe place to leave them as there is no safe place . Items are regularly stolen from the Porch area of the building . Then later I received another email today advising the deliver would be any time up to 7.30 pm which was unsuitable . ( as it had been extended by 4 hours ) I did not want to reschedule as they were a gift of flowers ( imagine what they would be like by tomorrow !!!!) I recently received an email from Royal Mail . They have been left in what they said was my "safe place " .... which I don't have . ( 5.15pm ) The recipient is not there at the moment and I'm not sure when they will get home . She may not even get the flowers if they have been taken . This is a terrible service and I defintiely will never purchase from you again .

I ordered flowers on 20 April to be delivered for a birthday surprise today 22 April... Found out today they tried to deliver on 21st. I did not ask for the 21st... As No one at home. I only found out when I queried had the delivery been made. No response other than automated email from Prestige Flowers. Now they want to deliver 3 day old flowers Tomorrow a day late. Very annoyed and would not order again. Still waiting to be contacted..
