I ordered flowers to be delivered next day for an old lady's birthday. The flowers were not delivered on that date. When I telephoned I was brushed off with a " well you ordered standard delivery which can take longer" even though it was not made clear at the time of ordering. Not helpful at all to be told I should have used special delivery. Won't be using these again. Very poor customer service.

As I am now on my journey to lifes new beginning I would like to say that over many years of sending flowers from Prestige both the rever and I have been given emence please the quality is always the very best .As a exflorist I can say that with on hesition good luck to you in this very up and down shopping cliamate G🧚‍♂️

If anyone is thinking of using Prestige Flowers they should be aware pictures are very misleading. Picture 1 is the Website one of a standard bunch. Picture 2 is what arrived! I’m sure customers can spot the difference! Delivery said Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Long term and regular customer, but after spending a day talking to customer services no joy. My annual subscriptions will be cancelled when it finishes

First time I have used Prestige flowers & it was excellent.delivery was on time & the recipient was very happy with the flowers. Would highly recommend Prestige.I will certainly be using them in the future.

Do not order from Prestige Flowers. Always choose a local florist. Extremely disappointing quality and poor customer service. I ordered a “Luxury Florist Choice” bouquet in the maximum size available, which was medium, for my Mum’s birthday. I paid the full £40, expecting something that looked and felt like a premium bouquet. What arrived was honestly awful. The flowers looked cheap, basic, and nothing like the quality shown on the website. There were no luxury stems, nothing special, and nothing that justified the price. It looked more like something you would pick up from a supermarket, not a luxury florist bouquet. I have attached the photo from the website of the medium bouquet and I have attached a picture sent from my Mum once she'd put them a vase. My Mum then sent me another photo the next day and many of the flowers had not even survived the night. That is ridiculous, especially as both my Mum and I usually manage to keep bouquets looking good for up to two weeks, (Mum used to literally do flower decorations). It also seems the flowers might not be coming from a local florist or being delivered by a proper flower delivery service. They were delivered by Royal Mail, which really does not feel appropriate for a luxury flower order. I contacted customer service with photos and they were just as disappointing. They refused to offer a refund and said the bouquet met the correct stem count and was created as described. Apparently, they saw no issue with the quality or freshness. This has been such a frustrating experience. I would never recommend this company. Based on my experience, they seem more concerned with ticking a box on stem count than actually providing a beautiful, fresh, luxury bouquet. There are many other complaints online - which I now see online, and I really wish I had checked more carefully before ordering. Lesson learnt: always choose a local florist instead.

I ordered these flowers from Tasmania on Saturday 9th May to be delivered to a very unwell elderly relative on the Isle of Wight and was told they would be delivered Sunday 10th May. After numerous emails back and forwards I was again assured they would be delivered on the Sunday only to get a message from Royal Mail to say they would be delivered 'sometime on Monday 11th May' I paid top pound for a large selection. I believed that they were coming from the IOW but was horrified to learn they were coming from the Midlands which meant they had now been in transit for 48 hours. I had no idea what 'letterbox flowers' meant. I presumed they were going to be a 'normal' bouquet of flowers. The recipient said they were 'fine' but didn't want to 'upset' me because of the time they were in transit. You obviously don't give a toss about customer care. You lied. I usually leave lying to children. I will never ever use or recommend your Company. The word 'prestige' does not apply to your Company. I gave you one star because there isn't a no star rating.

I ordered a medium size Sunkissed Delight for my sister's birthday last week. The flowers arrived with mouldy stems,one peony was completely dead,the stocks were dead,there were only 3 sunflowers and two days later, the only flowers that survived,was one sunflower,one peony and one stem of cineria. She has been promised a new bunch this week but it was a great disappointment. I won't order from this company again.

I order a lot of flowers and on the whole great, but they should be transparent as what you get for standard, medium or large - as I am not positive there is a great deal of difference but there is in the price - they should say x stems or x flowers

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers for my girlfriend, and two days after the expected delivery date they still haven’t arrived. What has been even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of customer service. When I contacted Prestige Flowers, I was simply told that it was the courier’s fault. There was no real apology, no ownership of the issue, no meaningful support, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation. As the company I purchased from, I would expect Prestige Flowers to take responsibility for ensuring orders are delivered and customers are looked after when things go wrong. Instead, I felt completely fobbed off and left to deal with the problem myself. Mistakes and delays can happen, but how a company responds is what really matters. Unfortunately, the response I received showed very little care for the customer experience. I would not use Prestige Flowers again and would not recommend them based on my experience!!!

Really poor customer service. Paid for next day premium delivery. The flowers still not delivered 4 days later but the customer service team didn't want to resolve at all.
