“Disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a £50 bouquet which unfortunately arrived very late was supposed to come 7am- 11-30 then actually arrived at 8pm with several flowers already dead or in poor condition. I contacted customer services straight away and provided photographs. The company offered a £15 partial refund or a replacement. I tried to reach a compromise by offering to accept a £30 refund, but this was refused and I was told they could offer nothing further. I’m disappointed with both the quality of the bouquet on arrival and the way my complaint has been handled. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again. This was my 20 th wedding anniversary and I had never bought flowers on line before the quality was poor. The supermarket flowers are far superior!”

“Really disappointed with the bouquet delivered. medium bouquet and stems were not the quantity stated, very few flowers and some wispy bits. Information and picture misleading.”

“Avoid. I paid around £50 for a birthday gift that consisted of fresh flowers and chocolates, ordered on Wednesday for a scheduled Saturday delivery. The birthday came and went. Days later, the flowers still hadn't arrived. The issue isn't simply that a parcel was late. The product I purchased no longer exists. Fresh flowers delivered several days after the occasion are no longer the fresh birthday gift I paid for. The timing, quality and sentiment were all fundamental parts of the purchase. What disappointed me even more was Prestige Flowers' response. Rather than accepting responsibility, they repeatedly referred to courier delays and their terms and conditions, despite accepting the order, confirming the delivery date and taking payment. Their proposed resolution was to refund the £5.99 delivery charge while retaining payment for an order that failed in its core purpose. This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Prestige Flowers. I won't be ordering from them again.”

“Avoid at all costs!!!!! Ordered flowers and a cake for a birthday suprise and they never turned up, probably more of Roayl Mails fauly, but Prestige Flowers aren;t willing to refund the order or even find out where the order is, blaming an issue with the address given, there is NO issue with the address, the Royal Mail tracking is showing that they haven;t even attempted a delivery, instead of a refund they offered me a £10 credit....what use is it!!”
