I am trying Prestige flowers one last time after the flowers that were sent to my sister for her 50th wedding anniversary were awful.Hopefully they are good this time .They did replace them but obviously not the same .

This is our first order from Prestige flowers so have awarded 4 stars. The recipient is a 91 year old lady on a scottish island and I have been let down by other companies in the past. So I am trusting Prestige to make her happy! Will let you know. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all!

The flowers I received compared to the flowers I ordered were absolutely shocking. This was my first time shopping with this company and it will definitely be my last. These flowers cost £55 and looked like an £8 bunch I could have picked up from a roadside garage. Customer service was appalling, I couldn't speak with a manager, only by email which is always a bad sign. PLEASE just save your money, this company are dreadful.

I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The flowers looked nothing like the advertised arrangement and came mostly in bud form, which was not stated anywhere on their website. When I raised my concerns, the customer service response was unhelpful and failed to acknowledge the issue. I wouldn’t order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. Will definetly NOT be ordering from this company again.

I have used you lots of times before without issue but a few weeks ago received a less than satisfactory bouquet but put it down to a one off and have just placed another order with you, however, this time I was very very disappointed with your product. The Medium Happy Christmas Bouquet was nothing like the image, 4 roses, 6 shrivelled carnations, 1 drooping Tulip (I think)3 pine cones and lots of greenery on it's last legs to pack it out. Your standards have dropped dramatically and I doubt I will be using you again.

I bought flowers for my mother's birthday. The bunch was small, most of the flowers weren't even open and the delivery was not even in the time frame the they said.

DO NOT ARRANGE FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday and they never delivered them. They blamed the courier, stating the courier advised the recipient refused to accept the flowers, Really!! Who refuses flowers??? Prestige flowers are taking no responsibility even though they arrange delivery, not the customer. £60 wasted. NEVER AGAIN,

Do not order from this company. The flowers are a disgrace for the price. They do not arrive on time. The customer service is poor and makes you feel as if you are in the wrong. Horrendous experience from start to finish. Take my advice and look elsewhere

Awful - bouquet supposed to be Medium size and should state the number of stems of each flower, to avoid dispute. What was received was way less than 'medium' judging by the number of stems received, against the photograph of medium bouquet on their website. Do not buy from them - would not recommend - they would not discuss putting right for me.

Absolutely disappointed with this company. The bouquet I received looked nothing like the description or the photos advertised. The product was supposed to include pink roses, germinis, chrysanthemums, antirrhinum, carnations, and more — yet the arrangement I got had none of the key flowers, not even a single rose. The bouquet is literally called “Rose Serenade,” which makes this even more ridiculous. The arrangement looked cheap, poorly put together, and completely unworthy of being marketed as a “prestige” bouquet. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive and did not address the fact that the flowers simply did not match what was promised. If this is the standard they operate by, I strongly advise others to stay away. Save your money and order from a company that actually delivers what it advertises.

Not delivered next day. Despite making it appear as though next day delivery is what you are getting you aren't. Apparently they try their best but its down to the courier and they will only refund postage if 3 days late! I've used next day delivery services on plenty of occasions without issue. won't be using again.

WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN I would be very careful in ordering from this company as the photos of bouquets that you see are nothing like what you get when ordered. Types of flowers, colours and broken stems were nothing like the photo which is false advertising. Customer service advised that the bouquet met their standards and no refund or discount would be given. I will never use Prestige Floweres again and would advise others to find som other company where you get a bouquet with the flowers and colours that you have ordered and paid for. Flowers arrived dead! And nothing like the photo emailed them to complain they are saying the flowers are fresh and there's nothing they can do. Extremely poor customer service and quality I would not order again!

Ordered a "Large" bouquet, got a meager handful DO NOT expect the product you ordered to be what is delivered. The company will attempt to pass off any size of bouquet as a "large" - I'm absolutely disgusted
