Did not deliver in time for flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary. when they did not arrive on the date (next day delivery as stated) i immediately told Prestige flowers to cancel the order as the surprise for my wife was lost.Six times in all that i contacted them i reiterated that i wanted a refund and they came back to say they were sending out a new order these arrived the following day by Royal Mail . I asked the postman when they received the order he also stated that they never received anything from Prestige Flowers on the day they were meant to be delivered. i am still waiting for a REFUND . The new flowers that arrived were not as you would expect from Prestige Flowers the tips of the roses were brown, plus the fact i no longer wanted them .They certainly would not have been worth £35.

The flowers I received nothing like the picture. I know it was a 'mystery bouquet' but to they are in know way worth 50 quid. Disappointing. I wont be ordering again.

We orderd a rose & lily bouquet. When it was delivered i was so disappointed. It looked nothing like what i had ordered. I messaged them & they basically fobbed me off. I wouldn't recommend them & their customer service was rubbish

Item received not as described despite the customer service agent telling me that it's of the standard they accept. Can't justify spending £60 on a "Large bouquet" selection when I could have gotten a better bouquet from Tesco! Avoid ordering from here it will just leave you disappointed when it arrives. Chat transcript also requested but not been delivered to my inbox also.

well first bunch when it arrived were 6 days late . supposed to be Christmas present. sent via Amazon . complained over a few weeks and have finally got another bunch but instead of roses etc which my daughter thought was being sent but have been sent tulips. what is the matter with this company?

I placed two separate orders with Prestige Flowers (orders ending 233 and 429). Both arrived with issues. Packaging was crushed and the flowers were withered and not fresh. The bouquets also looked significantly different from the products advertised online. One order arrived a day late, and I was told my address in central Scotland was a “hard to reach” area, which I strongly disagree with. I provided photos and raised a formal complaint. Management acknowledged quality issues but refused full refunds, relying on internal terms and conditions instead. I was offered partial refunds, vouchers, or resends only. I have now had to raise chargebacks through my bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

e mail sent to prestige after a frankly shocking bouquet was sent compared to what i thought i was ordering from their website. was for a friend who lost their father, and frankly i could have got better at tesco for a fraction of the price. looking forward to their reply....

I ordered the 'Florists Choice' for my daughter's Anniversary, I appreciate that every bouquet is different but I had full trust that it would be as beautiful as previous arrangements I have ordered. Unfortunately this time the florist's choice was a total disappointment and I was embarrassed when my daughter sent a photo of the flowers. They looked like they were the last dregs off of the floor, the colours didn't blend or contrast at all and a lot of the stems were broken. On contacting them, they were less than interested. I won't be using this company again as they are far from prestigious.

I order flowers a lot. This is the first bad review I have ever wrote for any floral company. The flowers delivered to friends were embarrassing from prestige- night and day from what was advertised. I wrote to the company and was asked to send a photo 1 I had asked our friends to send a photograph of the flowers out of curiosity.. they shot them in their best light and appreciated that we had sent them in a tough time of loss. I had then to go into hospital for major surgery . Only out of hospital I see that prestige have sent another email asking for more photos.. first of all I was not ever going to ruin the sentiment of the flowers and ask for my friends to send more photos - also knowing the one they sent was enough evidence.. but also I had just had major surgery and was in hospital for a week- I doubt by the looks of the bunch they would have even lasted that long! Long and short of this review- go elsewhere for your bouquet to send someone you care about! This company are a waste of time, energy, and money .

We are extremely disappointed with the flowers, we would have got more flowers if we had gone to a local garage, purchased for a 40th birthday celebration and it looked like we did not care, would definitely NOT Recommend

Ordered flowers image shoes 6 roses and 10 Lillies. Got 5 roses and 6 Lillie’s. Apparently that’s acceptable . Don’t waste money with them

What a performance. It took me at least half an hour to place what should be a simple order, online. At one stage I backed out in the ordering process, and then found that my basket contained a double order, which I was initially unable to edit. I was eventually able to back up again, and found a very small X in a tiny box, that allowed me to cancel my first attempt. I've used Prestige Flowers before, but I shall be a bit more careful from now on.

Earlier this week I received a “thankyou “ bouquet from a friend. A really lovely surprise. In the past I’ve received flowers by post from other companies but I can honestly say that the ones I received from your company are the best I have ever received. Flowers, condition and packaging - all first class. I will definitely use Prestige Flowers in the future.

only ordered with them on 2nd occasion premium delivery charge for birthday flowers due to an error on the part of royalmail flowers were misdirected and delayed got absolutely nowhere with zero empathy from prestige customer services who literally do everything they can to block complaint with rhetoric about small print when the delivery was made bouquet was wilted and roses were shedding petals - was asked to send on photos and on doing that was told as in original wrapping and not yet followed there care recommendations that should be done and further photos sentin a few days time -what a joke - obviously nocustomer care and anything but refund an unhappy customer - DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the flowers 2 weeks before my mum’s birthday. They did not show up! I emailed (prestige) and was told they can’t guarantee they’ll deliver on time. You had 2 weeks to deliver them! Another excuse I got was the delivery was left with a neighbor. Nope! My mum found them in the back garden! Another excuse,was, they tried knocking and ringing the doorbell. Nope! My mum has a small dog and goes ballistic whenever there’s someone at the door. I upgraded my order and it should have been a lot bigger,than,what my mum received! The amount of ,absolute garbage , they said was infuriating! The customer service was horrible! I want to give zero stars on this review. But i can’t. Regards, M. Slichter
