I don't think the delivered bouquet is at all like the picture, and certainly not worth £42!

Website vey complicated to use. I nearly gave up! I do not recall being asked for my email address and did not receive an acknowledement, so probably did not leave one. Fingers crossed delivery will be made as requested!

I ordered flower for my daughter ,as we don't live in the same city . I only found out a week later from my mum ,that the flowers were not that great , as my mum would put it ,get a nicer bunch from the supermarket 😞my daughter never said as she didt want to upset me.

Dang, I should have read the reviews! While the flowers that were delivered weren’t too bad it definitely did not look like the photo. They could have filled in the empty spaces geez!

Very disappointed with the flowers I’d ordered for my daughter yesterday postcode HR11JF. I had ordered a medium bunch and what arrived was paltry to say the least, I’d hate to see what a small bunch look like! I’ve never had to complain to you ever before. You’ve always been my number 1 go to for flowers, but I’m going to have to think twice in future I’m afraid, what a shame for us both.

Lovely flowers delivered on time next day. The only criticism was they were left at front door and the bell wasn’t rang. Would certainly use prestige again.

Disappointed in the fullness of the bouquets I've paid for the largest size twice now and this is how they look compared to the photos online If the photos are selected because they're the biggest, most full option and look best for the website that's fine But I also pay the higher price to receive that, and haven't It's a good price comparatively with other vendors but next time I will try one of the others to see what the fullness is like instead

We ordered the medium Rose and Freesia bouquet. You can see in the pictures what we thought we bought and what our colleague received. I do not think it is the same at all.

I was quite disappointed with the size of bouquet. Looks very very different from the picture. For the price I paid i was expecting a bit more than that. Delivery was good.

Having used this company many times to send flowers and been very satisfied, my last 2 experiences are not so. Firstly a card was omitted from a sympathy delivery, secondly having been offered a £5 credit there was no opportunity to claim this on my last order!. Very disappointing 😞

Very disappointed in my order. Despite the flowers themselves being beautiful, the amount of flowers in a “large” bunch was nothing like the picture or what I was expecting to receive. One drop of baby’s breath when it looks like there should have been several along with others that should have been more. They also look a little wilted and not very fresh.
