Never again will I use and strongly recommend to others they don't either I ordered my mrs some flowers nibbles and a card for our anniversary my mrs was at work all day they didn't arrive then after a day at work myself sat in the car till 7 p.m waiting for delivery (rang royal mail the lady said last delivery was 7 p.m) No flowers After faffing about with royal mail saying they have to attempt delivery twice and her work not open at the weekend they returned to sender to then be told tough luck buster nothing we can do you get no package and no refund get in contact with your bank and try and claim a refund but we can consent it Total mockery of a sh!t show I only rated them 1 star because you can't select none

First and last time experience with Prestige ! Ordered bouquet for special friends in France for their Wedding Anniversary. Having not been warned it could take longer with an international order I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra week after original delivery date. Disappointed doesn’t come close as the recipient is a retired florist who actually recommended Prestige as I had been let down by a different company last year. I have made several calls without any success to speak with a manager .The only way to do that is to email ( which was ignored ) as they will not take a call . I remained polite and patient and after total lack of response of any service recovery I have been informed I will get a refund . I requested an email to confirm this morning by Megan which I am still waiting for !!! Flowers were ordered and paid for on April 8th and have still not appeared This company claims to be prestigious.. I think not . Lynn G

Have used Prestige several times now and have always had a great feedback from those that received the flowers. Also had a code sent to me which I used so got money off too! Good delivery and easy website to use so all great!

Have ordered alot from prestige flowers. Am usually very happy with the delivery service and the condition of the flowers 95% of the time they have been lovely and delivered without any difficulties. Will continue to use them as nearly always extremely good and are a reasonable price.

Using Royal mail to deliver flowers upto 7.30 at night isn't a great idea. The receiver worked all day from 7.am to 7.20p.m. at the address where they were requested to be delivered to Which I thought would have been an ample time slot to get them. Apparently not

The form on the app I used was unclear about which address you were entering (sender / recipient). The flowers were of good quality but arriving a day late rather spoiled the hoped for surprise despite ordering a week before.

Flowers arranged ok and most were fine but the roses were past there best which is not acceptable on day 1. The box they came in was damaged and completely sodden. Overall very poor quality for the price and I will not be using prestige flowers again.

Terrible expected flowers to be delivered on Saturday but Royal Mail said the person I sent them to wasn’t home which wasn’t true. Now 4 days later they are asking my friend to collect them from the sorting office! How do you think these flowers will look now! No refund or offer to send again will never use this service again

Wanted a surprise flower for my wife’s birthday to be delivered at her school. What an embarrassment when she received the bunch. Sent photos and nothing been done about it. Sent substantial amount with poor quality flower. I want be buying again and will be advising friends and family to do same.

I ordered a medium rose and lily bouquet. I have received a picture from my sister which shows 6 red roses, 6 lily heads (closed) and 2 sprigs of foliage. I also ordered the vase. My sister said it was well packed and arrived from Royal Mail within the designated time slot advised to me. I also received confirmation of delivery from Royal Mail. My sister said the vase was nice. I am happy with the price paid for medium bouquet on offer. I am not sure I would have considered it value for money at full price. There is also postage to be paid.

I received a box of flowers this morning, box was wet (but flowers ok inside). BUT… … NO NOT TO TELL ME WHO SENT THEM! Fundamental detail I would say! So I sent message via website asking who was kind enough to send them. Received quick reply telling me they don’t have order with my email address @ to log in OF COURSE NOT, I’m the recipient!! Aghhh! So I tried calling, waste of time as it just rings! Dreadful experience! Stressful start to birthday. Would NOT RECOMMEND 😞
