My flowers, arrived by fedex 3 days late in france, apparently only half the address was on there, ( how that happened i don't know, as i put the full address) there was a telephone number which could have been used to call my son straight away, (if as they said no complere address) by the time they called the cream flowers were brown. It was for their 1st wedding anniversary, very dissappointing.

I will try to shorten this to relevant points I received the Da Vinci bouquet as a gift from my daughter.i was thrilled, they were on time well packaged and breathtaking!! They gave me such a lift. After 6/7 days however they were gone -dead despite me following the instructions to the letter. I emailed customer services explaining my disappointment Georgia replied apparently there is a three day window in which to complain she told me!! I replied I would have had to have a crystal ball to know they were going to die. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered a ,£10 voucher. Totally inadequate - a replacement bouquet or full refund at least. I later found my daughter had purchased the premier delivery package hoping to use your services again. My daughter also emailed you only to be met by the same intransegence So disappointed

Giving this company one star only because there isn't a zero star option! Ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet. Paid £45 including postage. What arrived looked like something that had been put together from leftovers. Nothing like the picture on the website. Fobbed off and told I got what I paid for upon contacting customer support. Total rip off. Buyer beware!!!!!

Prestige Flowers have an easy site to follow, first choosing the colours, type of flowers, the size of the bouquet that you would like to send and even next day delivery from late the evening before. Also you can add that 'little something extra' with a touch of a button. The flowers have always arrived on time and the receivers are always very happy letting me know how lovely the bouquets are. Prestige Flowers are excellant

I so wish id read the reviews before purchase. I was very disappointed and embarrassed with the bouquet that was delivered to my friend. It was not a true likeness of what she should of received, i have seen nicer arrangements in my local garage. I will say though, they did arrive on time and Natasha at customer service was very polite and professional. I have been offered a small site credit, which would be great if i had any intentions of using them again, it would have been better as a refund to my account. After reading the reviews, My experience was definitely not the first. Perhaps going forward you can state the average stems for each bouquet, so you have an idea what your getting. Or change the site photographs to reflect exactly what you will get.

The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the one I placed the order for & some look worse for ware. The price ok, but they kept wanting you to up grade your order & delivery was on top. The delivery was on time this is by Royal Mail though.

Rubbish , I ordered A LARGE BOUQUET OF FLOWERS for my daughters special birthday....and she received a bunch of greenery ....you could not see flowers .... THE DOWN LOAD PICTURE WILL NOT WORK ....!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased from these rogues as a birthday gift for my wife, I upgraded the bunch to a large and with delivery paid roughly £40, there were hardly any flowers and I would have been better purchasing from a supermarket, see attached the image of what I should have recieved and the measly bunch we recieved. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Promise of next day delivery which did not happen to then be told if you are in a remote area of Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales that it can take longer. This should be made a lot clearer on the website so customers know how long it will actually take. I will not use this site again.

Really disappointed with bouquet and service from Prestige flowers. Really cannot recommend. "Choose the perfect day for your delivery".. And wait and wait. My bouquet arrived 4 days late. I have no idea whether the flowers looked beautiful after their trip around Europe. Choose another company. They then claimed delivery can take upto 3 days after your chosen date!!

Shocking Disgusting flowers half dead. I emailed company several emails back asking for photos which were sent. I ordered 2 lots different addresses, one was late. The customers service is probably read off screen. Not interested at all don’t use this company flowers sent we’re not even worth £3

This Company should not still be Trading. The flowers are awful. We paid over £33 for 5 roses (1 of which was dead,) and 2 stems of lilies with a bit of green foliage (which was shedding the leaves directly we took it out of the box). Avoid this company. By the way I tried adding a photo as proof but it does not allow you to do this. That says it all!

Flowers received as a gift, delivered to the wrong address, the box was thrown over a locked gate and left in the rain. I can accept that these things happen when using certain delivery companies however, what is unacceptable was the quality of the product I received. After a number of emails I decided to leave it. My only advice would be to get your flowers from a local supermarket and save your money
