I purchased the large Rose and Freesia bouquet, for a friend who just had an operation. She kindly sent me a photo of what she received. I'm not happy that i ordered a large bouquet and looks like she only got a standard one. Everything else was fine part from flowers itself.

Their customer service is non existant. Wine Gift box (£65) instructed from Canada never delivered in the UK. Made no attempt to track or prove delivery and offered £15 as compensation to resolve the complaint!

Don’t waste your money. ‘Order before 10pm for next day delivery’ Isn’t true. ‘100 satisfaction guaranteed’ isn’t true ‘Next day flowers’ isn’t true. For £100 bouquet of flowers it was more like something from a supermarket. Absolute waste of money. Avoid this company.

I ordered a cheese and chutney basket to arrive the following day for my nephews birthday. It arrived 3 days later so I am not very pleased about this at all. I made the error of thinking the grapes were included, as the photograph looked wonderful. I asked my nephew to send me a photo and it actually looked quite sad ..with no grapes. My error though as the description did not include grapes.

I ordered the rose and lily medium size arrangement. They were fresh but 6 roses and 1 lily stem, and 1 greenery stems arrived but not the amount led to believe was ordered. Tried to resolve with Prestige direct but no luck. Total misleading from the photos on their website. Their reply to my emails were very pre written! so warning to go careful when ordering what you see is not what you get! I won't again..

Very small bouquet compared to the advertised photo. Was very disappointed to spend £30 and get something no bigger than a supermarket bouquet. Rip off.

navigating the website was simple and clear, making it easy to explore available options! I enjoyed the choices and selected Moonshadow, which features a style of flowers I wouldn’t usually choose. The prices were reasonable, though I deducted a star because I wish the default images showed the standard size rather than the larger options. It feels somewhat like false advertising.

What a absolute disgrace of a company, my sister ordered bouquet of flowers for my birthday, they arrived 7.30pm birthday nearly done and to make matters worse bouquet that was ordered arrived as a little bunch of roses, no resemblance to what my sister ordered and paid for, they then had audacity to offer my sister £10 off her next order. I do not recommend this business and would strongly advise anyone to look at other companies.

DO NOT ORDER ! I ordered a large bouquet and cream team. The flowers were nothing like the photos. Customer service response after asking for “ how well did we do?” was poor! Photos displayed looking NOTHING like the photos and then the company said photo sent should have been sent asap after asking for feedback.All I wanted was a large bouquet as ordered!

For my mother's 60th birthday I wanted to suprise her with a nice bunch of flowers for her big day. There are a large number of companies offering flower delivery services but I chose Prestige due to their fair pricing and promise to deliver next day if flowers ordered night before. I ordered my flowers a week in advance and requested they be delivered the day before my mother's birthday. Flowers did not arrive. To top this off, Prestige have no customer services at the weekend. My mother has now gone away on holiday thinking her son couldn't be bothered to buy her anything. Thanks Prestige 👍🏼 I will now need to chase a refund and my mother will return from her trip to dead flowers - I can imagine they won't look like they do in your advertised pictures on the site after all. *Update* Prestige Flowers have refused to supply me with a refund due to the delay. They haven't even offered to send a new bouquet on her return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other companies out there who know what customer services is....crooks
