I would have spent my money better buying supermarket flowers…they do not honour their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and when pushed they go silent. Take my advice you will get nicer flowers and more value for money from a garage

Would like to thank Chloe for organizing a redelivery of flowers when the original bouquet arrived in a very sorry state. On this occasion the replacement boquet arrived on time and in a lovely condition. Thank you for your help in this matter much appreciated.

I can't believe the condition of the flowers and packaging that I received today, which had been sent to me from my daughter as a lovely surprise. She paid to have next day delivery but were received two days later. The box had been battered and put back together with brown sticky tape. Two lilies were already out, were brown and horrible. The roses droopy, two broken off. Have been in water for a day and not much difference. Company didn't want to know, said they looked fine to them and the packaging wasn't their problem. Disgusting treatment and service!!

Perfect - So easy. We have used Prestige several times but have recently moved so my billing address didn't match the bank details - therefore, was declined. I rang the customer services and the person I spoke with was really helpful in advising how to update address - so easy and helpful will definitely be using Prestige again, I have tried other companies who sent flowers after the event and sent dead flowers with ants nests in - really should have never gone elsewhere - Prestige flowers are always delivered on time and always look perfect.

Please note that if you're delivering to anywhere outside England, including NI, Scotland, or any Isles, the delivery date you select isn't accurate. Items arrived after the scheduled delivery date, despite ordering 5+ days previously, and then were lost by the courier. The company offered no compensation for this.

I can't believe the pathetic bunch of flowers that arrived at my door today ! I paid £43.47(delivery included) and I might as well have went to Asda. I'm embarrassed that I have to give these as a gift. There that bad I'm going purchase some more flowers to bulk the bouquet up. I ordered large , if hate to see what the small looks like ! And to top it off some of the flowers leaves are turning brown. I've made a complaint and cancels my future orded Disgrace

Don't always go by the pictures when you are ordering. I feel ashamed and embarrassed at what has turned up today at my friends house. If only I had read the reviews prior to ordering and I dread to think what would of turned up, if I had ordered the standard size. I have bought much better for far less from ASDA in the past. Lesson learnt and although my friend appreciates flowers, she is fuming with me for spending that much and so little to show for it.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers ordered for my daughters graduation. No resemblance to what we ordered and the ugly looking Flowers that arrived are very tired looking. Went to Tesco and found a much better bouquet for half the cost! Will not be using again 😞 the browse function is not allowing me to upload photos to show what was ordered vs what arrived but have emailed customer services.

Inclusive of £5.99 delivery I paid £36.98 for Joy reduced from £39.99. The reason its reduced is so are the flowers. I knew the bouquet wouldnt be massive, but im extremely disappoint by what was sent. Mostly green button poms. Will not be using this company again.

Very disappointed with the flowers I’d ordered for my daughter yesterday postcode HR11JF. I had ordered a medium bunch and what arrived was paltry to say the least, I’d hate to see what a small bunch look like! I’ve never had to complain to you ever before. You’ve always been my number 1 go to for flowers, but I’m going to have to think twice in future I’m afraid, what a shame for us both.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from this company on behalf of my elderly father for my mother’s birthday. What was delivered was shockingly poor in quality and bore little resemblance to the photos on their website. The bouquet arrived looking tired and lifeless — the roses were wilted, the arrangement was sparse, and the colour scheme was dull and uninspiring. For the price paid, I expected something far more vibrant, fresh, and elegant. Instead, it looked like a cheap afterthought rather than a thoughtful birthday gift. I was genuinely embarrassed when the flowers arrived, especially as I was present to witness the disappointment on my mother's face. This experience fell far below the standard one would expect from a company with such glowing reviews. I reached out to their customer service to ask whether what we received was truly representative of their usual quality, but I remain deeply dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and will not be using their services again.
