“The flowers were bright and fresh but not what I asked for. Bit disappointed. OK it was florists choice but mostly Chrysanthemums and not a completely mixed bunch as expected.”

“I purchased the large Rose and Freesia bouquet, for a friend who just had an operation. She kindly sent me a photo of what she received. I'm not happy that i ordered a large bouquet and looks like she only got a standard one. Everything else was fine part from flowers itself.”

“Their customer service is non existant. Wine Gift box (£65) instructed from Canada never delivered in the UK. Made no attempt to track or prove delivery and offered £15 as compensation to resolve the complaint!”

“Don’t waste your money. ‘Order before 10pm for next day delivery’ Isn’t true. ‘100 satisfaction guaranteed’ isn’t true ‘Next day flowers’ isn’t true. For £100 bouquet of flowers it was more like something from a supermarket. Absolute waste of money. Avoid this company.”

“I ordered a cheese and chutney basket to arrive the following day for my nephews birthday. It arrived 3 days later so I am not very pleased about this at all. I made the error of thinking the grapes were included, as the photograph looked wonderful. I asked my nephew to send me a photo and it actually looked quite sad ..with no grapes. My error though as the description did not include grapes.”
