“The flowers were a far cry from what the bouquet we ordered from the website was like, almost £50 for this. It has obviously just been flung together. I could have bought better from Tesco's at half the price. No way will I be using this lot again”

“Ordered a large rose serenade bouquet, and was delivered less than 24 hours later! A lovely mix of open and budding flowers, and they arrived with no breakage to any stems! 10/10 would recommend.”

“This is my first time ordering from Prestige Flowers, I ordered the Joyful Bouquet. Ordered late yesterday afternoon and they arrived today from Royal mail with notifications of the time they would arrive. The flowers are beautiful, well packaged and very fresh, vibrant and colourful. I definitely choose the right Bouquet and the right supplier. I will be using Prestige for future orders Thank you.”

“Have used prestige flower quite a few times in the past but ordered flowers for anniversary last week which arrived in the evening although they said they would be there between 1230 and 14.30 so gave them another chance to delivery flowers to a colleague that was leaving our work today email said they would be delivered between 11.15 and 13.15 fine no flowers here yet and she is leaving in 30 minutes last time l will order from this company flowers were not cheap so will be asking for a refund not a good reply from customer service when l enquired what time they would turn up at”

“Recipients was very pleased with item. Delivery was on day promised but time was changed 3 times resulting in rather inconvenient evening delivery. Not idea as this was a post surgery gift. I purchased this as it could be opened and displayed rather than having to arrange flowers which was impossible in this situation and this fact was greatly appreciated by the recipient. However I would like to see a greater choice of ready planted goods.”
