I haven't even got as far as ordering!! I've tried 4 or 5 times now / the website is rubbish and not customer friendly. Plenty of other places to shop!!!

A word of caution: avoid purchasing flowers from this company. Their delivery service is unreliable, and the quality of the flowers is consistently poor. The last bouquet I sent—intended as a surprise for my grandmother overseas—arrived wilted and dying, completely ruining the gesture. What’s even more disappointing is that the company refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial credit instead. Customer service was unhelpful and left much to be desired. For a better experience, I strongly recommend buying from a local florist. Local shops provide fresher flowers, more reliable delivery, and a much higher standard of service. Don’t risk disappointment for special occasions—support your local florist instead.

As with one of the other reviews, only posted today, if I could give zero stars I would. Half the size expected, no real arrangement (looked thrown together) and a day late. Paid £48 (plus delivery) for an 'elegant, sophisticated fine bouquet'. What we received can only be described as a bunch of flowers that I could have picked up from a supermarket, worth possibly £20-£25. The number of stems we received is about half of what is on the website image. Website pics are never going to be exact but this was so far from what we received it is mis-representation as far as I'm concerned. The 'bouquet' was to be presented as part of a retirement celebration and I was embarrassed to hand them over. Their response was completely unconsidered and bog-standard. They don't seem to care at all. I will certainly not use this company again and I would strongly recommend to anyone else to think twice before ordering from them.

Absolutely appalling, delivered or not who knows to wrong address, paid “ same day” fees for the luxury of paying in excess of £53 for no flowers. There view is tough, no refund no flowers Dont ever trust this company to get it right.

If I could give less I would. The customer service is infuriating. They blame the 3rd party courier and do not take accountability. If it takes more than 1 day to ship to Denmark they should account for this. My delivery arrived 5 days late but they still needed a photo to prove the condition was not good. Of course it is not good after being in transit 5 days!! They claim 100% satisfaction but not relating to 3rd party issues, therefore this guarantee is worthless. I was offered my delivery charge back which I refused as an insult. My friends birthday totally missed and 5 days old flowers!! DO NOT TRUST.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Twice & No Real Accountability I placed an order with Prestige Flowers and was shocked when the first bouquet — supposedly fresh roses — arrived completely withered and yellowing. I immediately sent photos and raised a complaint. Rather than issuing a full refund, they offered to send a replacement bouquet with “quality control” in place to ensure the flowers would be fresh. The second order was meant to be pink peonies. What I received were closed buds with dried greenery, and when they opened, they were white — not what I ordered. I had clearly chosen pink peonies for a reason, and I also shared that white flowers are personally upsetting as they remind me of funerals. Despite all this, Prestige Flowers responded with a dismissive message telling me they “could not advise further” and suggested I contact my card provider. This is not how a reputable company should handle repeat service failures. What’s even more frustrating is that any good supermarket offers fresher, more vibrant flowers for less than half the price of Prestige Flowers. I expected much higher standards for what I paid. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. I received poor-quality flowers twice and no genuine effort to make things right. I won’t be ordering from Prestige Flowers again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Very disappointed with the service I received from this company. Flowers arrived 4 days late, refused to give me a refund for delivery as it was ‘further afield’ where I ordered to (Isle of Man) fair enough, but this was unclear when I ordered, still said Sunday delivery and they arrived Thursday. Then flowers came, paid £35 for a ‘standard size’ not small, they look really sparce. Nothing like the picture presented on their website which I have attached in my photos for comparison. Requested a refund. I got nothing. They stated, after seeing my photos, they believe their flowers are of ‘good quality’! Will not be using this company again.

Shocking products and customer serivice. If you want flowers to last longer than 3 days, do NOT buy them from 'Prestige' flowers. When they arrived, they seemed like they needed some time to come out. Turns out they were already on their way to the bin. Green guard petals on roses should have been removed before dispatch or not dispatched. If they left them on with the intent to protect the flower, no advice to remove them. They had started turning brown on day 1! Customer service contacted after 3 days meaning tough luck if you want a refund. Go to M&S -5 day guarantee, Interflora - 7 days, Bloom & Wild - 7 days...... I could go on.... Save the headache, go elsewhere.

Excellent service month after month. As I reside in New Zealand and Mum lives in the UK, Prestige Flowers, offers me a way to connect with my 91 year old darling mum, from so far away. Mum says the flowers always make her smile.

Received the roses & freeshia arrangement today as a present for 40th wedding anniversary. Flowers are ok, but nothing special. 2 of the stems have slight brown edges Cost a total of £51.48 (Including delivery). Felt it was very overpriced for what it was. Wished I had not been bought them as did not have a wow factor, and has caused some upset because of the cost.

Don’t deserve one star. My husband ordered for our wedding anniversary and to say disappointed is a huge understatement; he feels so bad that I didn’t get the beautiful bouquet the shop photos promised. I tried to share photos of my sorry bunch but for some reason they wouldn’t upload! But a day after delivery half the roses are dead and most of the others don’t look like they will be far behind.

I am reviewing publicly as I have contacted prestige flowers back and forth about the poor quality of the bunch I received and they are still questioning it. My husband arranged to have these sent for our 10th wedding anniversary by a family member, before he left for an overseas deployment as he has limited connections with us for 6months. Having been apart for 2 months it was meant to be a nice surprise. However, the flowers were half dead when opened and continued to deteriorate within 24hrs. I contacted the team straight away but keep being asked to provide more proof despite this being the worst bunch of flowers ever received/sent that we have had experience of. Within 2 hours of me opening them my mother came over and thought I had had these for sometime, she could not believe they had arrived that day. And it is such a shame this won't let me upload my photo to show such poor quality - the supermarkets put this bunch to shame!!
