“I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and was very disappointed. There were much fewer flowers in the bouquet that arrived then advertised on the website. and this is after i added an extra charge for the large bouquet on top of this I added a card , again extra charge , that never arrived! very disappointed”

“After many years of using inferior and unreliable flower ordering sites in the UK I finally found the 'one'. “The flowers were bright and fresh but not what I asked for. Bit disappointed. OK it was florists choice but mostly Chrysanthemums and not a completely mixed bunch as expected.”
