Really disappointed that flowers which were ordered for a special occasion didn’t arrive . Have exchanged a few messages with a very unhelpful customer services team who have told me I will not be refunded for the flowers that haven’t been delivered and that they have credited my account…which I will not use after this experience. An expensive lesson not to be repeated .

I bought a medium Lily and Rose bouquet for my wife for our 20th anniversary. Costing over £31.48 in total, the bouquet was truly pathetic and I was embarrassed. It was so disappointing and we'll never get this time back. The flowers were sparse and the roses looked old and worn. The photograph on the website looks full and spectacular but in reality, the bouquet looked nothing like this, it was comparable to a £5 or £10 bouquet from a local garage. I felt cheated. The company eventually agreed that there was a quality issue but refused to give me a full refund. They offered me £10 discount or a replacement bouquet. I reluctantly agreed to a replacement bouquet but it was no different, plus the moment has gone anyway. Use a local florist instead, someone who cares, or get a garage bouquet and save yourself the money and hassle!

Very disappointed with the service. My daughter did not receive the flowers for her birthday that I ordered well before time, I was told to wait for 3 days before they would do anything. When the order was not received I requested a refund as my daughter was not going to be available for another delivery, however, they refused to do this. I asked for the manager to get in touch with me and have heard nothing from them. I will definitely not be using this company or recommending them to anyone.

I’ve ordered from Prestige Flowers on multiple occasions. Every single order has been perfect. Always on time, always efficient. I always order from them because they make sure all flowers are made to last, their add ons are highest quality, I recommend adding chocolates and hampers because they go all out for that little bit more. Delivered to the doorstep as my mum wasn’t home, I ordered a large bouquet with a vase, however the few flowers that were received looked nothing like the bouquet advertised, it was the smallest bouquet I’ve ever seen. And just for reference I am a trained florist! Not worth the money in my opinion.

Spent nearly £50 pounds to have flowers left outside a school, basically in the street, by Royal Mail Courier. My wife failed to get the flowers and chocolates on her Birthday as requested. Raised a complaint with Prestige Flowers this was their response, so be aware of the customer service or lack of No compensation was offered or any sort of reasonable apology of any sort. I will not be using them again! If it was possible to leave a minus star review then I would be doing that. Hello, Thank you for your email. I regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery instructions due to our reliance on a third-party courier service. In cases where there is no one available to receive the gift, the courier will exercise their own judgment. They may either leave the package in a safe location on the property or leave a calling card to inform the recipient of the attempted delivery or update the tracking with this information. This will allow the recipient to arrange for a re-delivery or collect the item from the designated courier location. Please understand that the final decision rests with the courier and is subject to their protocols and discretion. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are here to assist you in any way we can.
