I ordered the flowers 2 weeks before my mum’s birthday. They did not show up! I emailed (prestige) and was told they can’t guarantee they’ll deliver on time. You had 2 weeks to deliver them! Another excuse I got was the delivery was left with a neighbor. Nope! My mum found them in the back garden! Another excuse,was, they tried knocking and ringing the doorbell. Nope! My mum has a small dog and goes ballistic whenever there’s someone at the door. I upgraded my order and it should have been a lot bigger,than,what my mum received! The amount of ,absolute garbage , they said was infuriating! The customer service was horrible! I want to give zero stars on this review. But i can’t. Regards, M. Slichter

There was less than 50% of the flowers/heads/foliage in the actual bouquet delivered when compared to the picture put forward on the ordering page.

I do not recommend using this company. For the second time, they did not deliver the flowers on time. Instead of 17 January, they delivered them on 19 January. The photo expectation and reality are simply a nightmare!!!

I believed Prestige when they said they would deliver my order on my chosen date. i HADN'T READ THEIR SMALL PRINT. Prestige do not considered an item late unless more than two days beyond the agreed delivery date. It was not even a next day delivery. I placed order on Friday 9th and it was promised for Sunday 11th, the essential day. On Saturday 10th I received an email from Royal Mail, of all people, to say my flowers were with them and they would deliver on Tuesday 13th. I emailed and received an acknowledgement email on Saturday with a further email with incorrect facts the next day, ALL worded beautifully but advising me that if i had read my small print it says , NO GAURANGEE of delivery date they only consider it late if it is more than two days late. I was left disappointed with my family members not realizing that I had in fact remembered the important anniversary. POOR SERVICE I HAD SO MANY ALTERNATIVES TO OPT FOR i REALLY REGRET ORDERING WITH PRESTIGE.

I ordered a hamper for a Christmas gift. I placed (and paid for) the order in mid November with a delivery date in December. Fast forward to 20th December and still no hamper. Customer services were awful and then finally agreed to send a replacement next day delivery so it arrived before Christmas. My original choice was out of stock so was asked to choose another of a similar value from a list- which I did. Once I had chosen they then tried to charge me for the difference in price and next day delivery. I refused because it was not my fault it hadn’t been delivered and asked for a refund instead. This was rejected. Christmas came and went and I was then out of pocket by my original order cost plus having to go and buy a new gift. Prestige Hampers wouldn’t accept any responsibility and refused a refund or replacement (because I rejected the offer of flowers to replace the hamper I now didn’t need). Luckily I got some very very good advice from Citizens Advice and sent them a letter before action which eventually after a month has now finally resulted in my refund.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I would not have wasted my money. These flowers were for my Daughter’s special birthday from her Son who has severe learning difficulties and obviously cannot buy them himself. She opened the box and the look on her face told a thousand words. Wilted, petals missing, weary. I thought they had come from a garage. Never again, complained but just keep wanting pictures and as I have been very poorly, I don’t have the energy to keep doing this.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*** These flowers were ordered for a special purpose, which now feels completely wasted. When I complained via the email address provided and included photos, I was told the flowers were “fine” and that the images on the website don’t actually reflect what customers receive. The arrangement was sparse, with several flowers already brown and wilted on arrival. They were delivered on Thursday and had to be thrown away by Sunday — and that was only because my mum tried to make them last. Poor quality, dismissive customer service, and a product that did not match what was advertised. I will never order from this company again.

BE WARNED next day delivery basically does not apply to Scotland - What a waste of money and then to be offered a “refund” to my online account - living in Scotland flowers would not be delivered next day. Stick with other genuine suppliers especially if you live in Scotland - ps delivery was for 30 mins from the border to England - who do offer a next day delivery service

Don’t Order From This Company I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Prestige Flowers. I paid £35 for a bouquet and received a very small arrangement consisting of a few poor-quality stems, nothing like what was advertised. It looked more like something you would buy from a corner shop for a fraction of the price. I contacted the company and provided a very clear photograph comparing what was delivered with the advertised bouquet. The responses were dismissive, and the resolution offered was a £10 online credit. Given the quality of the product received, I have no reason to place another order ever! I would recommend saving your money and ordering from a reputable local florist instead.

My Grandma loves flowers and has a sweet tooth, so being able to add a nice box of chocolates or even cake to the order just makes it a little bit more special. Next day delivery worked a treat too.

I have had a couple of bouquets from Prestige now and have been very disappointed. Hardly any flowers and not in the best condition, only last a couple of days, its very difficult to tell someone who sent you the flowers they are not up to scratch, quite embarrassing but I am going to have to tell my son as I do not like him wasting his money. Unfortunately the site is not allowing me to upload the photos

Shocking Quality flowers, half the size we ordered. Customer service rubbish. Offered £10 credit back(not cash) against a future order. Denied me my statutory rights since I 'agreed to their terms and conditions ' which apparently means they are above the Consumer Rights Act. Do NOT touch this company. The photos show what was ordered and what was received.
