Using Royal mail to deliver flowers upto 7.30 at night isn't a great idea. The receiver worked all day from 7.am to 7.20p.m. at the address where they were requested to be delivered to Which I thought would have been an ample time slot to get them. Apparently not

Flowers arranged ok and most were fine but the roses were past there best which is not acceptable on day 1. The box they came in was damaged and completely sodden. Overall very poor quality for the price and I will not be using prestige flowers again.

Flowers Wernt in the best of condition and lots where already wilted and definitely not worth the money Vich was still very small despite paying for a medium size

Good website easy to navigate flowers did come in time for birthday, however have to say slightly disappointed with what arrived. Did really expect a better bunch than that for nearly 60 quid including cheap chocolates and a simple vase.

The flowers arrived in good time. Packaged very well. However, when the box was opened, the delivered flowers were nowhere near as nice as the ones I chose. Very disappointed.

There seems to be a problem with selecting addresses when the post code is entered. It does not show all addresses. You had to enter it manually. Also some screens are not clear as to what you have to do to move on. Very poor. I was not confident that the correct address details had been accepted

I bought my mum a bunch of flowers, when they came they were lovely although they only arrived 2 days ago and already they are dying, the roses have browned and are crispy and the leaves have started falling, I was previously bought flowers off this website and the same thing happened they were all dead within 4 days after they arrived and for the cost of them I think this is ridiculous. I thought I’d give the website another go but now I don’t even know why I wasted the money. The box also came damaged it was all busted when it arrived and holes in it.

Royal mail delivery is really bad, no point getting birthday flowers and card at the end of the day. The flowers were in poor condition. Some with damage and brown specks on them. The chocolates are great but overall fairly poor. Flowers not up to standard. The system will not allow me to upload the pic's.

I'm hoping when the flowers actually arrive they are better than the reviews I have just read! They were supposed to be delivered today, but because they are delivered by a third party, prestige are not responsible! Passing the buck I hear you say. Definitely! Even if the flowers are amazing, when they do arrive, I would not use this company again!

Asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 19/04/24 because it was our daughter's 50th birthday but they just didn't arrive. Really upset about it as it wasn't cheap. Hopefully they might arrive tomorrow but not holding my breath as it's a Saturday.

Paid extra for upgrade to Medium, looked like a £5 bouquet from a supermarket and also paid extra for delivery before 1PM, they arrived around 3PM. Overpriced flowers and paid extra for early delivery, what cost me £39.48, was worth about £10 if that.

Your website is awfull! Selection of gifts good but trying to pay is a nightmare. The chat line is next to useless and trying to use the telephone line not possible. Noone answers. I am surprised anyone places repeat orders with you!!

Disappointing. The amount of blooms received were far less than the amount that was portrayed in the picture of what was being sold - blooms were already well developed and for the amount of money charged, plus postage was not worth it. I wanted these as a special birthday gift for a family member who had not been at all well, and they didn’t come up to the mark - in fact I would say it was almost false advertising. Totally overpriced!

Flowers themselves OK but the quantity I received looked nothing like the website image. Looked about half less to me. For the price, really not worth it. I was disappointed as I've bought before. Sorry, but next time I'll buy from Tesco or M&S. A £15 bouquet from Tesco was way better.

Delivery was on time, however, £40 for 2 lillies and 4 roses seems a little over priced! I understand the delivery cost was in that but even paying £30 for such a small bunch of flowers is ridiculous.
