Poor Service and Disappointing Resolution I ordered a large luxury arrangement, but the recipient received a medium (definitely not luxury) bouquet—barely generous enough to fill a standard vase. The only compensation offered was the price difference I had already paid. No accountability, and no effort to make things right. Very poor customer service with zero regard for customer satisfaction. A thoroughly disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.

The good points: very good website, fast service, and quick and efficient response to queries. The bad points: My flowers were damaged in transit and arrived in a battered box. The actual arrangement appeared very sparse for a “large” bouquet. I was able to get a voucher for the damage (fair enough), but on review of my photos, I was told that the size was correct. Now I’m looking at other recent reviews I’m seeing the same comment regularly. I don’t feel what I got was anywhere near value for money

Disappointed with the flowers, on my wife’s birthday she received a few bunch, prestige was the worse, paying over £50 large, doesn’t seem like it’s worth that. Definitely will avoid prestige flowers next time around. Tried uploading pic but it says can’t upload the files.

Inclusive of £5.99 delivery I paid £36.98 for Joy reduced from £39.99. The reason its reduced is so are the flowers. I knew the bouquet wouldnt be massive, but im extremely disappoint by what was sent. Mostly green button poms. Will not be using this company again.

The sunflowers were of a really poor quality. They didn’t open fully and died within a few days looking very sad. The care instructions were followed to a tee also. Really disappointed as I bought them in lieu of a present!

Sadly I was looking to send artificial flowers to a close friend who will be in hospital for some time. Being a nurse I am aware that real flowers pose an infection risk. I clicked a link saying artificial flowers on the site and unknowingly sent real flower.. sadly she could not be given these flowers. Please be aware of this as despite communication I have not been offered any recompense.

Fast and efficient delivery but photos very misleading. Ordered a large bouquet of rose serenade and was a very small amount of flowers comparing to photos shown online. Can get similar size bunch for third of the cost from local supermarkets. Photos left for comparison

Had some flowers delivered sent for an anniversary, to say poor quality is an understatement! Half the roses were going brown on the petals and when you removed the abundance of foliage your left with a smaller bunch you would buy from a supermarket! Don't waste your money!

I sent condolence flowers for the roses to look aged on arrival. I emailed Prestige Flowers to see if anything could be done to remedy the situation. They requested pictures which I sent. They responded to say that nothing was wrong with the roses. They claimed that the “aged” petals were guard petals. Well those “guard” petals migrated to the rest of the rose making it well and truly dead looking even after following the recommended guidance on maintaining them. “Guard” petals my ****. I have used many florists for occasions but this is by far the worst. Given the comments others have given it seems to be a trend. The only reason I give them a 2 star and not a 1 star is that I’m not going to lie about this review as the lilies were actually very nice. However, the roses a huge disappointment. Want my advise? Don’t use Prestige Flowers.

Please make it clear that the ‘reward’ of £7.50 can only be used on orders over £30 and NOT AT ALL if you pay with PayPal. Your response to my call was pathetic - it’s how you handle customer complaints that is important. It needs improvement

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet I ordered, and subsequent dealings with this company. I ordered the ‘Rose Meadows’ for £38.47 as a new home gift for my daughter and her partner. Photo on the website is very misleading, as what turned up was very different to what was shown on my order (see photo of what the order looked like versus what we got). On sending an email about this, I was told the photo on the website was of a different size to the standard that I’d ordered, so nothing they would do about it. I’ve had better bouquets for half the price, and I won’t be using them again sadly. I’ve given one star for the delivery being on time, and one for the flowers we did get.

Poor service and poor recompense. Pre-1pm delivery (premium price) did not arrive until later in the afternoon, after our family had to leave the house for birthday lunch elsewhere. Whole purpose of flower delivery wrecked. On complaint to Prestige, they refunded the delivery cost only.

I ordered a large bouquet and afternoon tea package. The bouquet was not large and not all the items were in the afternoon tea box.The photos were totally misleading. I was then asked to contact the recipient and get them to take photos not what you want to do when recovering from an operation!

I was honestly quite disappointed when the receiver sent me a photo thanking me for the flowers. The bouquet looked very underwhelming compared to the photo on the website to the point I felt slightly deceived - I have included the website photo and the photo of the flowers below for comparison. So much went wrong. It was my birthday. The flowers arrived with the wrong gift first of all. They did send the correct gift next day. I wrote to say the peonies did not open at all after 5 days they looked like golf balls. I threw them out. Finally they offered a £10 voucher to spend with them in the future!! The order cost £69.46 because I didn’t complain within 3 days! I was waiting for the flowers to open. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AFTERSALES ARE RUBBISH Susan Mosey
