I ordered a large bouquet for a special occasion. The pictures looked good and they offered next day delivery so I tried them. However when the flowers arrived they looked nothing like the photo advertised, they just looked like a small bunch of flowers from a newsagents, I though they had sent the wrong ones at 1st but upon asking they said no its right which I couldn't believe for the price, i wondered what a small bunch would look like if this was large. Don't buy if you want impact as they don't look anything like the photos. Positive, the customer service lady was very polite.

The amount I paid for the bouquet for it to arrive looking like something I could purchase from a petrol station for a fraction of the price is absolutely abysmal, £40 for a small bouquet and a pitiful bar of chocolate thinner than a hair, all down the drain.

Ordered the ‘Rose Serenade’ flowers for my mum going through a traumatic period in her life and the flowers were not how the were described or looked online. They were delivered with the bare minimum flowers in the bouquet. Very disappointed as they were rather expensive.

Just had flowers delivered for my terminally ill mother in law and I'm sorry they've got better bunches in my local morrisons for £15 . Very disappointed will be letting the person know who sent them

Could someone please answer my email the flowers sent received Friday 5th September by Monday 8th the flowers were almost dead very unusual for Prestige Flowers my best friend uses them regularly via USA I really do not want to go back and let here know what poor quality they were this time

Don’t Rely on Their 24-Hour Delivery Promise I chose Prestige Flowers because of their advertised 24-hour Next Day delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the promised date, and the company later acknowledged the delay. Unfortunately, the delivery the following day made the order useless, as the celebration had already passed. When I requested a refund, I was told they “aim” to deliver on time but cannot guarantee it. That directly contradicts their main selling point. If you need flowers for a specific date, be aware that their 24-hour delivery promise may not be honoured.

My flowers, arrived by fedex 3 days late in france, apparently only half the address was on there, ( how that happened i don't know, as i put the full address) there was a telephone number which could have been used to call my son straight away, (if as they said no complere address) by the time they called the cream flowers were brown. It was for their 1st wedding anniversary, very dissappointing.

The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the one I placed the order for & some look worse for ware. The price ok, but they kept wanting you to up grade your order & delivery was on top. The delivery was on time this is by Royal Mail though.

Extremely disappointed! An appalling state of affairs:-Flowers were half-dead when delivered. Flower heads just fell off on some without ever opening. Bunch was nowhere near the size I was expecting from the picture and the price! I had arranged for these to be delivered as coming from my Autistic Grandson for his Mother's birthday as he wanted to do this special surprise for her (unable to do this for himself)and I had completed the message card accordingly on the website. However, no card or message was delivered with the flowers so my Daughter had no idea who they were from until I arrived and due to my Grandson's problems, he had forgotten all about our arrangement so was unable to enlighten her. I wish I had read some of the reviews viewed here now and agree with them....will never use this company again. They certainly did not meet their mantra of priding themselves on "delivering happiness" to this customer.

Flowers delivered 2 days after confirmed delivery date. Paid for delivery for specific day. Paid for extra flowers but ended up looking like a £7 bunch from asda. Starting to wilt and die They make it out that you will receive a fantastic bouquet but really falls flat. They were bought for our anniversary spent over £40 plus extra for more flowers. The wife is not happy with what we received as per picture showing what you are getting on website is not true.

Rubbish…ordered flowers on the 19th to be delivered on the 24th…they didn’t pay for a weekend delivery so turned up on the 26th…they posted them on the 23rd….by the time the flowers got here they were half dead, no water or light for 4 days…..waste of time…..

I appreciate that a customer has to pay for the delivery and card but the flowers for my daughter's 1st wedding anniversary were honestly not really any different from a bunch of flowers from Tesco's that costs £10.00! I expected more flowers in it. Some of the rose buds were going brown, why are they not put in water?

The roses looked like they were going over and the lillies weren't anywhere near to opening. By the time the lillies open, the roses will be brown. Plus it just didn't look like it was put together nicely. Also, the card wasn't very good: the writing was small and could have been better positioned. I usually give a lot of leeway when ordering online, so it's rare I complain. It just felt like a lot of money for a non too good product. Sorry. Plus, I couldn't upload a photo.

Not a great bunch or flowers really. I opted for the large (extra payment) I feel I may have been sent small , if not I do wander what the small must look like. Chocolates fine, vase fine, flowers look like I could of bought from my local spar shop for half the price.
