Load of rubbish will not be buying from prestige again - Paid 36.48 for the florists choice - Was not made aware of how they would be sent, basically boxed up almost like letter box bouquets. Advised by the sender quality is poor and does not have any expectation of the blooms lasting very long at all. for the price I have defiantly brought better for the same amount or less in the past. This was my first experience with Prestige and will defiantly be my last.

My auntie has been very poorly and had recently returned home . As she lives a long way from my home, I wanted to send flowers as I know that she loves freshly cut flowers from her garden. I found the website for Prestige Flowers very easy to navigate round and impressed with the current discount on offer. My order took no more than 5 minutes to complete. I would recommend Prestige flowers to anyone who is looking for ease of ordering and a variety of bouquets to suit all budgets.

Ordered flowers and a card for my Daughter who lost her Father. The flowers were beautiful and the card was hand written with care which meant alot to comfort her in her grief. Thank you

Very disappointed and embarrassed as was a birthday gift for my mum Ordered the “Rose Serenade” flowers and the quality was absolute rubbish there is literally 1 rose, 1 other flower and a small bunch carnations and the rest are gap fillers and don’t even blossom!! I’ve emailed to ask for a resolution as I’ve paid £30 for these and I’m sorry but there not even worth £10 considering there’s no flowers in it!! They refused to help as they are saying that the flowers are up to there standards in quality and size! In what world is 1 rose, 1 other flower and a small bunch of carnations worth up to £30??? Do not order from these and as rubbish quality and quantity. Poor customer service. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering as loads of poor reviews. I will not be ordering again.

I have used Prestige Flowers many times and have always been impressed with the ease of ordering and quick delivery service. Recipients of the flowers have shared photographs of their bouquets and have always been delighted with the arrangements, freshness and longevity of the blooms

Great quality of flowers and a wide variety of offerings. The site is extremely user friendly and the ability to add extra items to your order is simple and straightforward. To be able to add a personalised greetings card with such ease and transparency is a big selling point also.

What you order is not what you get. Ordered a medium. Received a sad, floppy bouquet that would not even count as a "small". Leaves rotting, petals wilting. Customer service looked at the photos and told me it looked "normal". Paid 3x the value of supermarket flowers - for ones that look worse.

I paid for the premium delivery for flowers and cheeses I was charged £5 99 per item and chose a specific date However the flowers were not delivered. It appears that they have a 3 day window to complete the order. Under no circumstances was this made clear when I placed the order Be very careful as I have learnt the hard way Premium Delivery is NOT that and choosing a specific date could b 3 days later Also if U order more than 1 item will be charged for each and U won't get them together Forget speaking to customer service they don't want to know Attitude is tough!! Lots of other companies give better service

Terrible experience so embarrassing to off had these delivered for my mums birthday i could of got better from a petrol station i paid £60 for a large & oh my good its so pitiful never again This is a genuine review Won't let me upload a photo!!

I ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers on 18th September for delivery on 22nd September, a special occasion. Despite placing the order 4 days in advance, the flowers did not arrive on the promised date. When I contacted Royal Mail, they confirmed that Prestige only dispatched my order too late for it to be delivered on time. This was not a courier issue, but the company’s failure to send the flowers early enough. Customer service repeatedly pointed to their “hard-to-reach areas” terms, even though the real problem was their late dispatch. They refused to refund my order in full, offering only the delivery charge back — even though they failed to provide the service I paid for. I find this misleading, especially as they advertise “Next Day Flowers” and guaranteed delivery dates, which in my experience they do not honor. I would not recommend Prestige Flowers if you need flowers to arrive on a specific date — the service was unreliable, the communication unhelpful, and I was left very disappointed.

Very poor experience and shoddy flowers. Ordered a large bouquet which should have 24 stems. It had 11 and the rest were green leafy bits, most of which were dead and had to be thrown away. Some of the flowers were not great either. Asked for a refund and they said what they have supplied was satisfactory! Not even a partial refund. Will never use them again. I have photos to justify this review but for some reason I cannot upload them, keep getting a message that says “We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support”. I will try and add later. Do not use this company.
