Withered flowers delivered. Despite photograph and several emails, I received replies which were standard sent to customers and did not address the concerns I had. Eventually I was refunded cost of bouquet. Company refused to reimburse delivery charge (which was part of the order) AS THERE WAS NO FAULT with delivery. So irrespective of the very poor quality of the item the company will keep monies paid for delivery.

Really disappointing service and gave the company the opportunity to rectify before I posted this review. I used prestige flowers as I could select the delivery day and also upgrade the size of the bouquet. I ordered Rose Serenade as a birthday gift. When viewing the picture online, I read the terms and conditions which stated the displayed picture was the upgraded medium size bunch. This is what I ordered. Attached are the photos of what should have arrived, versus what actually arrived. When I have queried this with customer service, they insisted on another 3 pictures of the bunch before they would review. This was very awkward as I had to contact the gift receipient to take the photos. They are elderly and did their best with the pictures. I sent these to customer service, and was told I needed to send them 1 by 1. Which is ridiculous and becoming a huge waste of my time. As there is not a complete Birds Eye view, they are unwilling to discuss a refund. They offered a £10 voucher to spend with THEM, no discount code, nothing. So I would need to spend another £30/40 with them. Which after this service, I do not want to. So they can keep their £10 voucher. The delivery was also a day later than requested, which wouldn’t have been the end of the world, if the flowers had been nice. My advice, don’t use this company.

Post code was incorrect by 1 digit address was correct. Had no phone call to tell me that this was an issue. Flowers hadnt arrived on my aunts 90th birthday. When i rang they informed me only then that there was an issue on delivery. Very disappointing i order regularly from this company. Customer services were very poor to deal with

Prestige Flowers delivered dying flowers. Very unhappy with this order. Some flowers were dead within 3 days and the rest were all dead by Mothers Day 30th March. The flowers that aren’t drooping have just gone soft.

Hi, All previous experiences and quality of flowers / arrangements have been top quality. However today's delivery was not up to the usual standard. Order number - 8780371. The roses were wilted, small and browning, too much foliage and not enough flowers. There were 19 heads of roses and freesia. Sorry to complain bit as I said earlier not up to usual standards. My flowers were ordered yesterday and arrived today. I unwrapped them carefully and took each one individually to cut the stems to length. Some flowers were not just brown but slimey and obviously dead. Some stems were broken in two and small rose heads were loose in the middle of the bunch. I have had bad flowers from Prestige before from my daughter who fell out with me because I complained to the company about how poor they were. Why should people pay good money, that they probably cannot afford, to please/surprise people with a gift of flowers that are not as described or in my case some were dead or broken. I won't tell the person who sent me these flowers that they were disappointing, to say the least, but I would like to so she doesn't waste her money again.

Really disappointed, ordered for my friend’s engagement, next day delivery, said would arrive between 9-11am but didn’t deliver until 6pm by which time it was too late. Spent nearly £50 for the flowers to arrive in a plane flat box, nothing like they look in the pretty picture. Really really disappointed in this company, my happy gesture nothing like I had envisaged. Won’t be using again, will stick to small local company instead.

My flowers were not delivered on the day I specified. I rang the next day and was told that in spite of paying £5.99 for delivery that a day could not be specified due to third parties who deliver the item. I asked to speak to a manager but this was not possible!! Perhaps tge managers are only imaginary. However, the adviser, Body, said that she would speak to a manager and phone me back. Which she did. However, the company did not want to offer any form of voucher or compensation to make me a happy customer. If a person has good service they might tell one other person but if they receive poor service they will tell ten others. The same goes for reviews. I will never use Prestige Flowers again.

Disgraceful company,we ordered a special birthday present for a friend which was a basket of roses the rose came in a very poor state in a tiny pot standing in the empty basket this was supposed to have been planted as illustrated on the website,surely we didnt expect she would have to buy compost to plant it,made a complaint they couldnt care less,cant speak to anyone just e mails not lnteresred,wish l had looked at reviews would not have used them
