Advertised as next day delivery and wasnt. Flowers were over 32 hours in transit and arrived looking less than their best. (This was before Xmas) could not get through to customer services

Poor service, didn't want to know when Product wasn't delivered. Flowers delivered 3 days late not even a waiver of the delivery fee. Wouldn't get a Manager to call me. Scripted replies not even reading the emails from before properly. Call centre and chat portal both not working, so had to email. Kept asking the same questions and then blaming the 3rd party delivery agent but wouldn't contact them, but that's their supply chain - just baffles me how they can call their department "Customer services". What's happened to the UK service industry? no one seems to care any more.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mother to be sent to her nursing home for Christmas that cost nearly £70. The flowers looked way passed their best and smaller that the large bouquet I ordered. They arrived with no card so she didn't know who they were from either. I contacted Prestige flowers and they said, 'Sorry about the card, let us know what you wanted to say and we'll pass on the message'. A bit too late! In response to my compliant about the flowers, including a picture, they asked if I send could send a bird's eye view of the bouquet and they would have a think about it. I said I was very unhappy and wanted a refund so they offered a £5 gift voucher! Wish I could post a picture. I have been using this company for years now and they have always been great until now. The service and customer service have been awful and as a loyal customer this feels like a slap in the face. The worst part been that this will probably be my Mum's last Christmas as she is very ill and this will be how she remembers my last present to her.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered flowers for my mother for delivery on Christmas Eve, and they arrived five days late and completely dead. Despite providing clear evidence, the company is refusing to issue a refund, even though this is a straightforward breach of my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2025. The service was unacceptable, the product was unusable, and their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Awful avoid any all costs Had flowers delivered at home for a friend's 60th thank God not to her house 2 snap dragons withered day 2 , cheap old statice,2 roses,2 tiniest white xanth sprays 2 yellow spray flower Over £30 wasted I bought better flowers in my local shop for the Xmas graves they are still fab I complained on the day of delivery heard nothing, recomplained 9 days later to be offered £10 credit as if id but again and told was outside their time frame! Pointed out I complained 9 days ago awaiting their response!

We were very excited to order a bouquet for our daughter’s engagement, especially as we are overseas and wanted this gift to be something truly special. Sadly, we were deeply disappointed. The bouquet was extremely small compared to the photos shown online, and the lilies were the wrong color. It looked nothing like what was advertised on the homepage. For such an important occasion and a price of £45, we expected much better quality and care. Unfortunately, the customer service was also unsatisfactory, which made the experience even more upsetting. We regret to say that we cannot recommend this shop.

Do not order from this company, we ordered a 40 pound bouquet for my mother in law for Christmas as we are overseas. It looked like a plucked flowers from a garden and carelessly put them together. They spent days asking for photos when expressed my concern and then said it looked good to them and to follow care quieter?? Save your money and order from a different company.

Flowers where dispatched on a Thursday meant to be delivered Sunday for daughters 40th arrived on Monday so disappointed ordered a medium bouquet paid extra 5.00 for this does not look like size on website! Have deleted app customer service was poor feel like they are a waste of money

My Dad and I ordered a ‘Festivity’ Bouquet as the photo and description online looked lovely. When it arrived, there was only 7 flowers (3 of which were carnations) and the rest was foliage. It looked nothing like the photo and still hasn’t 3 days later and cost £34 plus £6 delivery. We were so disappointed. Their ‘customer service’ response is in my view poor and apparently their ‘florist’ thinks the photo looks fine and no offer of a refund. We have since spent £20 at M&S and got a much better quality bouquet with almost triple the amount of flowers. The bouquet is no longer available on their site for me to revisit the description as posted. Definitely won’t be using them again. 100% guarantee in my opinion is pretty worthless if you read all the T&C’s of what isn’t covered.

Imagine responding to a customer complaint by sending the same copy and paste message over and over again. What was meant to be a congratulations bouquet arrived looking worse than a bunch of flowers from the local Esso. I would absolutely not recommend this company, unless you’re specifically after a bouquet made up almost entirely of greenery. Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, repeatedly hiding behind the phrase “florist’s choice” and insisting the images are “for reference only.” It feels like ordering from Selfridges and receiving something straight from TEMU. AVOID.

I had a rather disappointing first experience with Prestige Flowers. I had ordered the Merry Christmas arrangement, but what was delivered was the Rose and Lily arrangement. And it looked nothing like the photo! The other issue was that the Merry Christmas arrangement had no mention of not including a vase. The Rose and Lily one does NOT. So my flowers arrived very skimpy and without a vase and without the Merry Christmas decoration. Quite embarrassing, especially since they send us beautiful arrangements from a florist here in the US. Prestige also never responded to my email the day I ordered them. I just sent a message on their "Live" chat (not very live since no one was on to chat). Will see if they respond to that. Have not been impressed with the quality and the customer service for a florist that "prides itself on delivering happiness"!

Ordered flowers for my aunt for christmas when they arrived they were nearly dead, the tulips fell apart and they looked nothing like the photo you advertise , at £41.00 , which by the way is a lot of money to me I was very upset not just for me but my aunt as well, I will not be recomending this company to anyone.

Really disappointed. Not impressed at all. Paid for next day delivery (to arrive Xmas eve) and they didn’t even bother to knock on the door and wait for my elderly mother to answer. The message I receive just said unable to delivery. Very poor show and at a critical time of year. The flowers will now won’t be delivered to the next working day which is Monday , 5 days away ! They’ll be half dead.

Flowers ordered and arrived on the correct date. I ordered the large Rose and Lilly mix for my wife for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Lillys were not yet open, which is ok as I am sure they will (and the website warned the may still be in bud, in the small print), but there was nowhere near the actual number of Lillies in the delivered item that were on the image displayed for the selection made, about half as many. To be honest with them being closed and there being so few, the setting looked quite bare. The flowers were fresh though, so hopefully will last a long time, and maybe eventually look nice, but with the disappointing overall look for the day actually needed being nothing like that advertised, can only give it 3 stars.

I ordered "Rome", a mixture of white lilies and yellow roses for a funeral I was attrnding. There were no yellow roses included and the large bunch I ordered was pretty small.I also specified that I did not want the bouquet in a vase and definitely did not want the free chocolates offered, as they would scarcely be appropriate for the occasion. My nessage card also made clear that the flowers were for a funeral, so, all in all, the service was atrocious
