I bought two bouquets on behalf of my mother for two of her friends. When they both sent a photo of the individual bouquets, it showed one with half the flowers and the other with wilting roses, within 4 days of receiving the bouquet Prestige Flowers insisted that I send more photos because they could not judge the condition on the ones sent. Hardly likely to happen. ( M & S had refunded on one photo some years previous) The bouquets totalled over £70. Prestige offered £20 off my next purchase. Not really going to happen as I will never use them again. I asked that the £20 be sent to Cheddar Food Bank and to date have not heard back from Prestige Flowers

I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I placed an order requesting a next-day delivery for a birthday. The order was not delivered on the requested date because the company ran out of stock of one item. Instead of sending the available items or offering an immediate solution, they paused my order without informing. After multiple messages, I finally convinced them to deliver my purchase, but it never arrived. The flowers were not delivered in time for the birthday, and the company is now refusing to issue a refund, claiming that a delivery attempt was made—even though no delivery was ever attempted. The issue is not only the missed delivery date, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and resolution. As a customer, I paid for a specific date and service, and that service was not fulfilled. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolutely atrocious delivery service. A bouquet was to be delivered to The Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh, there is construction in that area , instead of finding a place to stop , and make the delivery, I was told customer refused. Absolutely incorrrect I checked and no delivery was ever made or refused at the hotel. Of course , Prestige have taken the money and will do nothing to correct the situation or talk to the courier. I will never recommend them or use them again, your far batter off using local florists. , which I will now do.

My flowers were a gift after I had a stay in hospital , the vase was broke when they arrived didn’t even need to open the box could hear the broken glass , and the bouquet I received on there last legs a garage bunch would have put this to shame , my cousin paid 40 pounds in total and all you offer on compensation was the price of the broken vase totally unacceptable
