I had a terrible experience with them. I paid for a large bouquet of flowers costing 60 pounds. Since I live abroad I trusted them and the reviews. Please don’t get fooled.They delivered the bouquet very late ant 7:15 pm anfter claiming to deliver between 12-2:00pm, and sent a very small bouquet. Will attach pictures to show how they cheated me and ruined my day!!! Really disappointed and do no recommend them at all!!

What an absolute pile of rubbish! Flowers arrived 6 days after due delivery, rotten! A nice gesture to my wife totally ruined. Customer service completely unhelpful as if to say "your flowers will arrive" . Yes but not when they say they should. Bad service, bad product (on delivery) bad customer resolution service. Lesson learned is use another well known flower delivery service that has not let down in the past.

Disappointing, Embarrassing, Time wasting and Costly Experience! There was a packing error with my order, with a small standard bouquet being delivered instead of the medium bouquet I ordered and paid for. I was very embarrassed with the small size of the bouquet that was delivered to my grieving friend who had just lost her mother. I contacted Prestige Flowers and expected an apology for the error and the correct order to be swiftly dispatched. Instead, the AI-powered Customer Service gave inappropriate responses about quality to my complaint which was about size not quality, I have sent over 10 emails and been given the absolute run around- in what feels like, the hope I will give up. I have asked for the complaint to be escalated to senior management to no avail. I asked Prestige Flowers to please explain how your "comprehensive evaluation indicates that the bouquet received matches the correct size and is consistent with the bouquet purchased from your website" when: 1. You look at the photo of what was delivered and the online image of the bouquet ordered- the short delivery of the oriental pink lily flowers is glaringly obvious. 2. You do a count - only one stalk of 3 oriental pink lilies (in bud form) is in the delivered bouquet. The Medium size shown on the web page has 8 oriental pink lilies in the bouquet. Customer service said they “would hope that after 3 days should the care guide have been followed the bouquet will have a more true representation of our online image” This comment makes it obvious that the issue has not been properly considered as no matter how much time we allow, 3 oriental pink lily buds cannot bloom into 8 oriental pink lily flowers! No matter which way you Look or Count it - the delivery is short. It in no way matches the correct size and is not consistent with the bouquet purchased from the website. It is clear there was a packing error with my order. The “No quibble 100% Satisfaction Guarantee” should cover packing errors. If it was not a packing error, it is False Advertising. I noticed customers complaining of the same experience in reviews and they were asked to email Prestige with the Subject: REVIEW and the Order Number. I emailed twice with: Subject: REVIEW Order Number 8875153 with the photos and the count of less than half the lilies being delivered. The standard response I received again was “We apologise for any inconvenience caused and regret that we are unable to offer further assistance on this occasion. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.” I hope this is sufficient in letting you know. I have given Prestige every opportunity to do the right thing and honour their No quibble 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and here is another one. Please, please, please ship the bouquet I ordered and paid for to my grieving friend.

Awful experience with Prestige flowers. Flowers were delivered 4 days late to intended recipient (what should have been an on time birthday present was very late). Engaging with customer service to find out initially where the flowers were and then discuss a refund or remedy has been frustrating. I am receiving impersonal, AI generated responses that ignore my questions and are filled with copious descriptions of their processes and technical talk about how they never entered a contract with me and therefore can’t be held to the terms of a contract. (Sigh) Very disappointing and I won’t be using again.

So much went wrong. It was my birthday. The flowers arrived with the wrong gift first of all. They did send the correct gift next day. I wrote to say the peonies did not open at all after 5 days they looked like golf balls. I threw them out. Finally they offered a £10 voucher to spend with them in the future!! The order cost £69.46 because I didn’t complain within 3 days! I was waiting for the flowers to open. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AFTERSALES ARE RUBBISH Susan Mosey

Please be aware next day delivery only applies to mainland England and Wales. Rose bush planter took several days to be delivered & plants were dead by 8th day & covered in black fly. Company refused refund because issue wasn’t raised within 3 days & the service they had delivered met with their standards. Think that tells you all you need to know about this company! One to be avoided.

Gosh terrible reviews on here. Do not buy. I am appalled at the lack of compassion and understanding of this company when I politely contacted them today to query the quality of my get well gift. Unfortunately, they did not want to know as I was one day over the 3 day notice period. When I asked how I would know about this three day period I was told that the customer is alerted to it as part of the terms and conditions but how would the recipient of the gift know this when they did not buy the product? Unfortunately, all they can offer me is £10 and not the replacement plant I want. Very very disappointed as I have been unable to take a photo of my gift and send the picture to my recipient to thank them for it properly. Unfortunately, there is only one place for the plant now and that is the bin.
