WARNING!Do not use this firm, purchase was not delivered because an flat nr. was omitted (in a building with 6 flats) will not refund purchase, I paid for nothing!

Able to order as advertised. Other online florists kept advertising flowers that couldn't be delivered until nearer Christmas! Prestige was straight forward and the cost of the flowers wasn't extortionate. Very pleased

Iv been ordering frlowers from Prestige for several years now. I live in The USA with my mother living in Tiverton they have delivered flowers and cards for many Birthdays and Christmases. I have never been let down by their product or their service. Thanks.

Lovely selection of flowers. Choice of cards a little dated but OK. Also screen kept shutting off when viewing card selection so had to keep going in and out to view them which was time consuming. Prices OK

Ordered on the Friday morning for delivery Monday morning (birthday) .. paid the necessary extra costs. Somerset to Northern Ireland. They finally arrived four days after the requested delivery date via The Midlands? Therefore, although the flowers seemed OK, they were not FRESH flowers. When trying to get information by the Chat Line it was a complete waste of my time. I was so disappointed, frustrated and angry that my daughter did not receive her birthday bouquet. NEVER AGAIN. I cannot understand why they were not ordered for delivery in Ireland: not business sense.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bouquet based on their website's picture, expecting vibrant, fully bloomed lilies and beautiful roses to make a birthday special. What my daughter received was a dull arrangement with lilies still in buds and flowers that did not match the advertised image. If I wanted buds, I would have ordered buds. This should be clearly stated on the page because if your reason for sending buds is "to last longer," I wouldn’t have ordered it - since they wouldn’t have served their purpose on that day. My daughter confirmed that the lilies are still in buds, not the blooms shown in the photo. She told me to just "let it go," but I shouldn’t have to settle for less, especially on a meaningful occasion. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I feel like you sent a poor arrangement because I am overseas and can’t complain in person. Absolutely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. Never ordering from here again.

Very disappointed in everything from the flowers to the delivery. Paid for premium delivery ( next day) The flowers which were for my daughter who is unwell, Royal Mail stored the flowers somewhere overnight, and delivery did not happen until the following day. Prestige flowers say everything is explained in their terms & conditions. Northern Ireland apparently cannot get a refund of the delivery charge unless the flowers are not delivered within 5days. No, I didn't read the T&C Does anyone when ordering flowers? The flowers are disappointing and look like they will only last a day maybe two days. Think twice before using this company. Almost £50 paid and I will not use Prestige Flowers again. I will also advise my family members of my disappointment with this company.

I ordered flowers for a work colleague on Sunday morning the 5th October to be delivered next day she didn't receive them till the 7th they went to midlands hub first I have used your company for years a bit disappointed this time

Found the website particularly easy to navigate. Love drop down options to assist in choosing flowers for different occasions. Very easy to add extras and identify where you are in the ordering process. Very clear payment options, and was over the moon to be able to split my payments via paypal.

I ordered flowers for my Mum's 86th birthday and paid a total of £42.98 including delivery charge. I added a safe place delivery spot at my mum's home just in case she had gone out. I received an email update from Royal Mail to say that my Mum's flowers had been re-routed from the Midlands to Edinburgh today and my Mum lives in northwest England! Original delivery time was between 10:50am to 2.50pm on initial email. Flowers had arrived at 16:12 at Edinburgh! I rang Prestige flowers and gave the order number and asked why the flowers had arrived at Edinburgh from the Midlands! I was told that this was probably a mistake by Royal Mail when they had updated the tracking. I don't think this was a electronic mistake and that the flowers were at Edinburgh. I was told by the Prestige Flowers representative that the flowers could be delivered up to 7.30pm at night. Flowers never arrived, these were for my Mum's birthday. I've ordered from Prestige a number of times and never had any issues. £42.98 was paid and no flowers. I won't be ordering from Prestige again and will be demanding a full refund as the contract has not been fulfilled at their end!
