The flowers were delivered a day later than when I requested. They were given plenty of notice. They still haven't arrived as yet. I can't wait to see the quality of the flowers!!! AVOID based on delivery dates, not to be trusted!

Be aware that this pretty looking Spring Planter arrives as a basket of planted bulbs. They obviously take a few weeks to flower and show only a slight resemblance to the picture as shown once in bloom as the daffodils come out much sooner than mini hyacinths.

I ordered a flower for friend's birthday which is today. I expected it to be delivered in the morning as it's a birthday gift. However, I just a got a notification from Royal mail that my parcel has been delivered in a safe place. Which means, it was left out because my friend has gone out. This is my first time of using this florist and I must say ,it will be the last time.I am very disappointed and not impressed.

Sadly I cannot upload photos. Appalling flowers which arrived dead. I complained and received a reply which said our florist manager says ‘ there is a slight quality issue’ and offered £10 credit against next purchase, ho ho ho. Refused to refund. Instructed my card provider to s75 and recall the whole balance. Will also report PF to trading standards.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day , they arrived the following day late afternoon. I messaged the company and they aren’t taking any responsibility, blaming third party courier . Obviously the flowers were too late and ruined the surprise. Hence I will not be using the company again . If they can’t fulfil orders then they should not have taken my money.😡

Flowers ordered for Valentines Day. Didn't arrive till the day after and when delivered looked wilted and as though they hadn't been watered for a couple of days. Very disappointing. Won't use again. Also they looked nothing like the advertised picture.

Dissapointed. Bouquette doesn`t look like at the photo. Some of flowers are almost dying, some are broken and some are without buds. And there is a mossy mold inside bouquette. Will not recommend Prestige Flowers and will not order them anymore. Definetly far from prestige.

Didn’t receive: I recently placed an order for flowers, and despite paying a high delivery fee, the parcel was not received by my partner. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially given the occasion. It was marked as attempted but no delivery actually took place. My partner was on that given address all day and didn’t receive any notice or notification about the delivery. Flower, chocolate and Teddy were supposed to arrive on 14 Feb, but since they didn’t, it ended up being a waste of both time and money for me. Still hasn’t received and when asked for refund I’m being ignored.

I ordered some flowers as I live overseas and when the recipient sent me picture I was very disappointed. The flowers and chocolate is nothing like the image and what I expected. The real thing looked worse than what you would get last minute from a petrol station.

You've sent my order to the wrong address, which I can't find. I've paid extra for next day delivery on a Sunday and have a picture of someone else's front door. Completely unacceptable.

While flowers are fresh and beautiful, its definately not 'Large' size as ordered. It's nothing close to what advertised in the picture (I paid 10 pounds extra for bouquet to be large). And I don't know why they still don't have their own flower curier, as Royal mail definately have no clue how to read labels (carboard says "this way up" , yet they laid it on the side. Fascinating! Its most likely my last time ordering here.

Would of got better from a petrol station forecourt. Payed £34 for some lifeless flowers and poor presentation. The picture is very deceiving. Definitely won't be wasting my money here again. I was embarrassed to give them the my partner as it looked like I made no effort.

I was really quite disappointed with my order. I ordered a large grandeur bouquet for Valentine’s Day. Frankly, I thought it was not worth the price. I paid c. £70 for it including a large box of chocolates. The chocolates were really poor quality and described as pralines but were in fact marzipan. The roses were nicely sized buds but 13 roses and 6 thistles for £60 is very expensive. Within 3 days, they have begun to wilt quite dramatically despite good care. Some are almost entirely dead. I’m afraid I wouldn’t describe the order as ‘good’ let alone ‘prestige’.

Very disappointing, poor quality flowers, 2 days in & the roses look lifeless, taking into account the cost of these flowers, you would be able to buy better quality flowers from supermarkets for a lot less money, shame on your supplier for scamming buyers. I do not recommend, stay clear, go to Tesco's or ASDA.
