Lovely looking bouquets which I hope live up to expectation! I found it difficult to order and the site confusing - too many options, add ons etc and while putting in the address of the recipient it kept clicking out so hope it will arrive at the right place on the correct date! Maybe would be easier not doing it on a phone….

This is the third time I have ordered a large bouquet of flowers and not only do they not turn out like the picture, they are so small, messy and disappointing. I have complained and all I get back in response is an automated email saying they believe my flowers are substantially delivered. The automated email must be because they receive so many complains.embarrassing to gift these to family! I would not recommend..

A bad experience. There isn’t a 0 rating. Bought a small flower arrangement which looked lovely, instead my daughter received a say, bunch of flowers which could have well been picked by a 4 year old.

I ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and i was very disapointed with the arrangement I followed up with a complaint with a photo of the flowers that were delivered and also what they were supposed to look like and I was told they were satisfied the flowers were of good quality and good size so complaining was a waste of time Will not use again

Scammers. They state a delivery date for a 65th birthday and then claim they can have a 3 day window to deliver. It’s disgusting and clearly not a reputable company. Avoid and spread the word. Despicable

Absolute disgrace. I’m fuming to be honest. Over 40 quid and that’s with them adding a discount, so would have been more and this is what was received. Nothing like the picture in my opinion. You’ve given us about 6 flowers. What you sent I can buy at a supermarket, it’s ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I want a refund. I used to work in a florist and know how to put together a bunch of flowers but seeing as I longer work there, I thought I’d give this company a try. NEVER AGAIN. I WANT A REFUND. I will attach 4 pictures, the first 3 are of the website showing the varying sizes and what they look like. The first pic will there standard size, the second pic is there meduim size for more money (which I ordered and expected to arrive) the 3rd pic is what they call there large. The 4th pic is what was received. Appalling. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves. Please look into this and refund my money.

I ordered the Lomond (large) flowers on the 17th of January 2025 costing £66.48 . They were delivered the next day by Royal Mail. Unfortunately when I went to see my new granddaughter on Thursday 23rd, the roses and some of the greenery had wilted. As Prestige give a 7 day guarantee I phoned them to complain and was told that I had to complain within 3 days of delivery. So, the 7 day guarantee obviously means nothing. I definitely would not recommend this company!!!!!!!

Always enjoy sending Prestige Flower and gifts with the flowers , Always great prices as well . The ones I've just sent are for my Daughter whom is turning 30 they always make her smile . She is unfortunately working on her birthday this year so they will put a big smile on her face . Thank you for great flowers

I ordered a card with the flowers. It was fine and just as I designed it. However, the flowers are not what was in the picture advertised on the website. Many of these flowers grow in the grass outside. It's deceiving. I could have bought a much better bunch of flowers from the supermarket for much less money. They don't look fresh in the picture because I am visiting my mum one week later. But that's not the point at all. The bouquet ought to be much better than this. I've taken a picture and I have also tried to upload the actual picture of my bouquet but for some reason it's not working.

Definitely do not use unless you are prepared to be let down by delivery (Royal mail) My order wasn't delivered and sent back leaving me in a position where i had to order from another place for same day delivery which obviously left me well out of pocket .

Flowers were delivered on time hence the one star. They look appalling! Nothing like the picture. seven roses, lilies totally closed and very little greenery. They look embarrassing - sent as a birthday present.

I can't say enough about this company. Found them by chance last year for a birthday bouquet for mum in the UK and the flowers were gorgeous. Just sent again for this year's birthday and mum said by far the most beautiful bouquet she's ever received. Couldn't come up with one negative about Prestige Flowers. Client for life.

Dreadful service. We were expecting a wonderful delivery of flowers and other gifts and spent nearly £200. The was an error with the address and instead of making contact to rearrange the delivery to the correct t address the courier return to base. The company refused to re deliver and offered a pathetic £25 for a new order. Shameful service. They have ruined my daughter’s birthday. Avoid!
