I really should have read the reviews before making a purchase. Flowers I ordered were delivered two days late, no curtesy of refunding and the customer service blamed the delivery companies instead. If that is the case, then it should be boldly stated that delivery dates can vary and not advertise it for valentines day specifically. The ‘necessary information’ should be provided prior transaction. A few days didn’t go past and they are now in a poor state dried out while they were watered and put in a good place. I ordered a planted rose so it could last. Attached is a photo of what they have sent vs another pot delivered same day via another company thriving and looking immaculate. Due to no refund curtesy, poor delivery and poor product, there’s no choice but to never purchase from this place again.

My friend was having a big operation, I paid £9 for next day delivery before 1pm, not only did I not receive a tracking email like promised in my confirmation but I had put in the incorrect address which I had to chase up after not hearing anything. The flowers never got sent, as apparently the address I put in didn’t exist, and this wasn’t eligible for a refund or a re delivery (with the correct address). I find this extremely disappointing, as I could’ve been contacted and told the address wasn’t valid, and changed, or received a refund, however this isn’t in their policy.. sending flowers to someone else’s address can easily go wrong, so I wouldn’t shop with this company if I were you. £50 wasted, on flowers that never even left the warehouse, an easy issue to rectify.

Hi I have ordered from yourselves in the past and had no problems but the valentine flowers sent recently were very disappointing to say the least. I ordered the medium one and there's no way that this is a medium size, I'd hate to see the small!

Bad experience with this company. Picked a date for flowers to be delivered and they arrived 3 days late. Granted not the companies fault as they used Royal Mail to deliver and they could not follow through but flowers arrived and almost withered and no attempt to refund me at all simply just we’re sorry and they are on the way. Not good enough for 50 quid and also the flowers were half a full bunch.

Please be warned. When you order flowers from this company, you will not get what you paid for. When you complain, they will argue and not address the major problem. In this case I ordered the Fressia Rose Bouquet and there were no fressia in the bouquet! I sent a photo. They wanted more photos. They were for someone who had just come through an operation so I was not about to ask her to do that. This was explained but they still kept asking. A 10 pound credit was offered. Why would I want to order again from this company? They said dispute it with your credit card company instead. Expensive lesson learned. Do not shop with Prestige Flowers where the customer is never right even when the one photo sent doesn’t lie and should be proof enough.

Royal mail has failed to deliver on the specified day despite no obvious reasons for not being being able to access residential area. Now apparently it may take 3 days which makes a complete mockery of advertising next day delivery and if after 3 days it still hasn't been delivered only the delivery charge us refundable rather than the whole order as the carrier is beyond their control. Definitely won't be using them again as either way they keep your money without providing the service they advertise

Bought flowers for £69.99 reduced from £89.99 more like £10.99 which I would put down to the box the flowers were in. They were bought as a leaving present for a colleague on the recommendation of another colleague. The only thing luxurious about them was the price. I was really disappointed. They looked nothing like the photograph. I will not be purchasing from Prestige flowers again and certainly will not be recommending them.

Paid for a large bunch of roses. Contacted them to say this the bunch is small and before even reviewing the photo I was told the florist manager said they are fine! Large bunch of roses for over £45 and received 9 roses LOL! Joke. Would highly recommend staying away!

Web page coul dbe more use friendly As a newcomer to this web, i had to keep going back to try to set up password. managed in the end, but not as straightforward as i think it could be. After that very happy with the range of product available. I do think the 50p chage for the card is not good for business.

The website is easy to navigate and you are kept upto date with delivery details. Excellent service if you follow the care advice supplied, flowers will last. I've had mine 10 days so far and still going strong.

The bunch of flowers that I received that cost me over £40 were pitiful, I could have got a better bunch of flowers from Tescos for £20, also the roses were already curling at the edges when I received them, I will not be giving Prestige Flowers my business again.

The flowers turned up were basically already dying when they turned up I’ve had them for 4 days and they are nearly dead. So disappointing and especially for the money. Ordered a large bunch and got about 8 flowers wouldn’t want to see what a small bunch would be every time I order from here the flowers are basically dead when they turn up we put the plant food in and keep on top of the water but they die within 2 days. Extremely disappointing. Will never use again.

I feel really sad writing but this was the worst bouquet I have sent to anyone ever. I wanted to surprise my friend for getting good grades for her first semester at uni, but the bouquet she received was a “sorry you failed” from the nearest gas station. The roses had already met God and were half wilted, and the assortment looked nothing like the photo. I felt embarrassed, to be honest, and could not look her in the eyes. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I hope that the shop can improve and others will not feel embarrassed about the flowers their loved one receive. The sweets and the card were very cute, though. Please take this as fair criticism rather than an attack, photos attached.

What I received to what I ordered was awful. The rose petals were brown and the greenery was the same. Ordered a £30 bouquet and would have got better from a corner shop. Waste of time trying to complain as tried offering me £5 off my next purchase, continue to complain to try and get a refund but offer me a new bouquet knowing full well I had said I wouldn’t order again. Final complaint and I get offered a £5 partial refund. Absolutely a joke from this company. Trust me I would not order anything from yourselves again. . This company will not put there customers first
