I ordered a dozen red roses for next day delivery and unhappy at whoever delivered them as did not knock on the door and just put them behind the bin. Also the flowers were of poor quality and not fresh. What a waste of money.

Hugely disappointed that Valentines Day flowers failed to arrive in Valentine’s Day Ordered on 10th, so in plenty of time Apparently flowers are still with Royal Mail Won’t be using this company again

Do not use. Flowers didnt look anything like the pictures on website. Paid £10.00 extra for large selection and wouldn't like to see what the normal bouquet would be. Totally disappointed and wouldn't use again ever!

Ordered a bouquet and add ons for valentine’s day which didn’t arrive. Don’t advertise a service you can’t fulfil. No customer support available via chat and unresponsive through email. Terrible experience!!

I used prestige flowers for valentines day without reading reviews first. Have to say after reading them I was surprised to see all the negatives. Totally opposite experience for myself delivery on time flowers we're lovely brought a warm smile to my wife's face. Ihave had a great experience thanks to all concerned and at short notice

I ordered flowers for valentines day.As of yet they have not been delivered. Is the company a scam? What good are flowers tomorrow? Like sending a get well soon card to someone who o has passed Very very disappointed

Being from the USA we have delivery service for everything, that being said, when your first notification says delivery Saturday between 11am-2 pm, you figure by the end of the day right, No, next notification was Monday, my wife had left Scotland for the week.I guess they count on the Royal Mail for deliveries, very unprofessional, I would have tried for a refund but the hassle involved was not worth it.If your not concerned about your flowers getting there when you expect, then shop away.Thank You

I ordered flowers for valentine's day which did not arrive, I have had no contact from the delivery company or yourselves. I am requesting a full refund, my wife was very disappointed as am I and believe she deserves some form of compensation for this disappointment.

Very disappointed with flowers. They didn’t arrive until 2pm and had no dispatch notification that was promised, and when they did arrive they were wilted and had black marks on roses, will not last as were not fresh, this was a £55 medium GRANDEUR, and did not look as described. Absolutely not worth the money and could have bought much nicer fresher flowers from shops at a price that was affordable and half the price of this disappointing bunch. Will never use this company again

My husband got me these today for valentines day. They were delivered at 11.00am. Looked lovely. It is now 8.30pm. They are nearly all dead. I demand he has a refund. Absolutely shocking!!

Placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend whilst she was at work, they never arrived, tracking doesn't work either. This service is unacceptable, wish I didn't use this service now!! Will want a refund which still won't be enough for this awful service. Don't pay for premium delivery as it won't get delivered anyway.

Awful service, false advertisement. I purposely bought these flowers off this site to be delivered for Friday 14th Feb. Ordered it on Wednesday. Still hasn’t been delivered overall don’t use these guys if you want it delivered for a certain date. Order ref - 8560457

Ordered flowers for a friend of mine on the 7th Feb to be delivered to his wife at work unfortunately they didn't arrive my friend was so annoyed as he wanted to surprise his wife this has happened a few times now so I definitely won't be using prestige again and I recommend no one else does either as there are much better companies out the and definitely more reliable should be ashamed of yourself

Absolutely awful flowers, did not look anything like the flowers ordered. Indeed, I felt embarrassed by the quality of flowers sent as a gift. All greenery, two lillies and five roses. Compare for yourself, this is definitely a case of misdescription. When I complained they said that the two lillies hasn’t bloomed yet!!!!
