Very underwhelming bunch of flowers delivered to my partner. Packaging damaged, flowers not arranged or trimmed just tied together, paid for a large bunch which looked really small on arrival. I have honestly bought nicer bouquets from supermarket at a fraction of the price. Customer services have asked for a picture of the bouquet and continue to tell me I am wrong and the bunch is adequate which I strongly disagree with.

Order was placed four days before required delivery date. Additional delivery charges were applied for specific delivery date. Flowers arrived one day late. Flowers were damaged and had not travelled well in packaging. Telephone lines were closed at 4pm on Friday despite stating they were open until 5

Very disappointed 😞 Bouquet was very small, not medium as paid extra. Foliage appears to be old and dry. Card was as described.

The flowers were delivered on time, however I was very disappointed when I saw them. The bouquet was quite sparse and looked nothing like the picture online and looked quite pathetic against the other bunces of flowers received by my Mum from her grandchildren that came from the supermarket.

I ordered a rose and lily bouquet for my wife’s birthday, specifically choosing large. The flowers sent were exactly the same quantity shown as the medium on the website and the quality of the flowers sent were poor. 2 lilies were snapped and photos of disappointment were sent. The response email was that the manager was happy with the quality sent which was both worrying and frustrating as it did not meet myself or my wife’s expectations at all. I’ve also tried to upload a photo for proof with this review but coincidently it keeps failing unfortunately. Go elsewhere for your flowers!

I used Prestige about 2 years ago and was disappointed.. thought to give them another chance this week, and I was disappointed again, in one word, RIPPED OFF,again... unbelievable.. The photo of what my order would be and what my mother-in-law received, world apart.. WON'T BE FOOLED AGAIN.

Our first time ordering flowers from Prestige Flowers of UK was very satisfying. They have included us in everything they did to make sure the delivery was done properly specially in our time of need, as we live in Canada, and our relatives in Scotland were very happy and satisfied. My boyfriend got me some flowers for Valentine’s Day, they arrived late last night and they are just so beautiful. Beautifully packaged and beautiful to look at. Will 1000% be getting more flowers here. They’ve arrived all in one piece, none dead or dying.. just love them !

I ordered flowers and vases for different people got flowers but no vases I also went to get flowers for myself royal mail sent bk flowers and I was told I wouldn't get refunded

Order arrived on time but flowers do not resemble the picture on the website. They look like a cheap supermarket bouquet. I wish I would have read reviews before buying. Only plus is delivery was on time but they were dispatched in a box the day before using Royal Mail, so not even totally fresh. Disappointing, never again.

Valentine’s Day flowers were not delivered until 6pm but vanished and no knock at the door….refused to refund….poor service….dont rely on your valentines flowers being delivered on time even at all!!

Very very disappointing! The flowers were very disappointing and did not look anything like the picture. They were sent in sympathy for a family loss and they were not good value for money and were very poor looking.

I ordered a £50 bouquet of flowers for my mum’s birthday. The flowers did not arrive on the delivery date and have still not been delivered (4 days after the date I paid for). I had to engage in a number of emails to try and get refund, which I still have not been given. I was initially offered £4 of credit (after emailing a number of times). It’s a massive waste of time and all bit mean to be honest. I would use a local florist in the future.

Flowers for Valentines Day won't be delivered until 17th of Feb. They were ordered on the 10th, and delivery on the 14th before 1pm was paid for. No issue refunded, customer service has been shocking and non committal. Will never use again, and will advise others not to use.

Got it as a gift from my partner for Valentine’s Day. And I have to say Prestige Flowers are rubbish. Bouquet was nothing like in the pictures on the website, they make it look very nice on their website however, in reality is miles away from how it looks on their website. He paid extra to have a large bouquet, and it was a total disappointment! The greeting card was damp, but not damaged. All in all, if you are used to the VERY BEST, Prestige Flowers is not the place to order. Would have uploaded the pictures, but it wouldn’t upload for some reason. Maybe it’s not allowing to upload intentionally as I chose 1 star at the start of review, who knows.

I ordered a dozen red roses for next day delivery and unhappy at whoever delivered them as did not knock on the door and just put them behind the bin. Also the flowers were of poor quality and not fresh. What a waste of money.
