I ordered some flowers for my wife anniversary it cost me over ÂŁ40 and when they got delivered there was hardly any flowers i would have got the same amount and better quality up the road for ÂŁ10 when I contacted them they said they was fine

Despite sending me another bunch of roses and Lily’s and following all their advice, the same happened. Roses and Lilys never bloomed just 1. Whst a waste of money. Also tried to add photos but would not allow below?

Wish I’d read the recent reviews. Ordered next day delivery, unfortunately the payment went through one minute after 4pm on Saturday. Contacted customer services immediately but couldn’t cancel the order or update the message. Very much “computer says no” experience. Also discovered that the flowers will be sitting for 24+ hours with Royal Mail before delivery. Doubt they’ll be in very good condition when they arrive. Not very Prestige! Shop local.

Pity I didn't read these reviews before ordering i would not have used this company nor ever would again not the flowers I ordered the 50% off is a rip off & customer service is a joke.

I can see that our review team reached out to you yesterday in the hope of resolving the matter. As an online florist, we do ask for images when concerns are raised, as stated on our website. Unfortunately, we did not receive any on this occasion. As a gesture of goodwill, a voucher for almost 50% of your order value was offered, which was declined. Our team also offered a replacement bouquet, which was again declined. I’m very sorry that the resolutions provided were not suitable for you. I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife’s birthday, and what was delivered was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The bouquet was completely different in style, quality, and presentation — it honestly looked like a last-minute replacement with no care or attention. Even more frustrating, this is the second time this has happened. After the first issue, I gave this company another chance, hoping it was just a one-off mistake. Clearly, it wasn’t. For a company that claims to deliver special moments, this is a huge letdown — especially on such an important occasion. I spent good money expecting a premium product, and what was received was far from acceptable. I would never order again and highly do not recommend this company to anyone. You’re better off going elsewhere if you actually want what you pay for. Absolutely unacceptable.

I appreciate that a customer has to pay for the delivery and card but the flowers for my daughter's 1st wedding anniversary were honestly not really any different from a bunch of flowers from Tesco's that costs ÂŁ10.00! I expected more flowers in it. Some of the rose buds were going brown, why are they not put in water?

Completely mediocre and vacant to owning up to the problem! Bouquet was nothing like the example instead was completely different no likeness whatsoever! Ruined a very special occasion due to the mediocre state already almost fully bloomed stems! Not much of a scent and instead being given patronising replies on emails about petty pedantic condition of the flowers! ÂŁ50 down the drain horrible! STRONGLY AVOID awful awful deliverance....their CS so called doesn't care doesn't want to know

Sent miles away from location. Thought it was a local florist. My mistake. Asked for morning delivery. But didnt pay extra on top of ÂŁ6.99 for guaranteed delivery on time. First attempt at 18.15, so no use when office closed at 5pm. Tried to redirect to the lady's house (late anyway). Still not delivered. Bad servcie feel let down. Next time will go in person and sod doing it on line. Very disappointed.

I have received Prestige flowers from my family on special occasions over a number of years and the bouquet I received today didn’t disappoint. A stunning mix of roses, carnations etc,carefully packaged to ensure freshness.Once again I am delighted and would recommend them.Thankyou.

I ordered flowers and a cake from Prestige Flowers and was really disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like the pictures on their website and were poor quality. The cake arrived smashed and couldn’t be eaten. When I complained and sent photos, Jennifer R. from customer service replied but just brushed it off, saying the flowers would “bloom later,” and completely ignored the smashed cake. This was supposed to be a special gift, but it turned into a big letdown. I won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend them.

I found the website cluttered and confusing . I did enter the recipient address but somehow my address was the delivery address on completion of the order. Help line was closed so I emailed the problem. The following morning I phoned and the person was quite unsympathetic . She says the website says delivery address clearly- it does not Although a new customer she offered no token compromise.
