If there was an option to give a star below 1 I would. I had stopped ordering from eflorist because I had made a special date order which I paid extra for for it not to turn up. Thought “Prestige” would mean better service and more professional but oh was I wrong. Gave me an order number which couldn’t be tracked and also no order confirmation came through email either. And now today it should have been ordered but it hasn’t which is great. Looking at the reviews can clearly see I should’ve gone there first before ordering. Will be escalating this immediately to trading standards.

Awful...4 roses and few much cheaper blooms for £42. Total rip off...I'll add photos of what I expected and what I got. Please use a reputable interflora florist. Don't waste your money.

Received flowers for our golden wedding, very disappointed with the condition of the them, they certainly were not fresh and overpriced for what we received, roses had brown on the petals and 2 of the freesia broken. I contacted Prestige as I was upset for the lovely lady that kindly sent them. I had to send photos, which I did, they agreed they where not of the standard and offered £15 voucher, I accepted which now I’m sorry I did, having looked at the prices, I would have to spend another £20+ in total with delivery along with the voucher, that I’m afraid that won’t be happening. 4 days later the flowers are dead, the ones from Tesco have lasted much longer. A very disappointed recipient, not to be repeated.

Not happy at all with flowers sent to my mum. Not worth £50. Flowers were pretty but extremely over priced for what was received.

Hi, Ordered flowers for a very dear friend who had just lost her brother to a terminal illness. Thought roses and freesias would be a perfect scent and combination, went with a standard bunch for £37.99 - delivery Although they were delivered on the day specified they weren't of great quality, the roses were starting to wilt and the bunch it self was so small, not reflective of the price at all. Sadly I will not order again and wish I had read reviews.

Ordered next day delivery didn’t come next day was the day after flowers were delivered by Royal Mail when I ordered I had googled florists in my area and they came up but they are not in my area they are online and the flowers sent from a different country!! When arrived they weren’t what o was expecting after asking me for all sorts of pictures that I couldn’t get as I didn’t have the flowers and didn’t want the recipient to know I was unhappy they told me basically tough they are what you ordered! No refund for the delivery either but a big patronising email about what I should expect from postal delivery! Again I want under the impression this was a postal flower service as they came ul as being in my area! My advice go to a supermarket you will get more for your money! Won’t be using them again!!

Flowers were never delivered on the date to France. I have spoken to 4 different customer service people about missing details on my for’ over the past 5 days. There are no missing details and I keep being referred back to a UK postcode, despite clearly saying France on my order and paying for UK delivery. I was assured twice this was resolved. When I checked my account no tracking and no flowers sent. On querying this I was told the same thing again. My mum is now left without some flowers on her first birthday 2 weeks after her husband’s passing. I have been really let down.

Four days after delivery the flowers were withered & drooping badly. Contacted customer services & they have a window of only three days in which to try & resolve any concerns. This information is in their terms & conditions, not sure who would automatically read terms & conditions on receiving the gift of flowers. Customer services solution - a voucher for £10 on a future purchase. No offer of any replacement or refund. Do not waste your money on Prestige Flowers.

A joke of a company Ordered a simple bouquet from site, few days later, I got the tracking info, wrong address, emailed to say so and included the right address, day later checked tracking info again, was changed to right address, day later, flowers arrived at wrong address, they offered to re deliver, fine, they said it was left with a neighbour, no sign of them, Royal mail at fault too, when delivered. To wrong address, they were left at door, avoid this company, flowers were poor also

all I have learnt from ordering flowers from this company is to in future always check reviews first. Ordered the large brilliant sunshine bouquet for my sister in law. I received a bunch of rubbish, flowers slung together looked awful, my 5 year old granddaughter could have done better. The bouquet was not a bouquet, it was just a few stems stuck together in a very haphazard way. £40 wasted not including postage, a £10 bunch from Sainsbury’s would have been better. Emailed prestige, got no where, sent pic of bunch they asked for more pics, u don’t need more pics to see what a disgusting display it was. Got offered a £10 credit? Like I would order from them again. Avoid this company. You only need to see all the bad reviews to see what I am saying. Also on their facebook all comments are hidden? I wonder why ? And so many angry faces on the pictures of the bouquets that they are advertising. You will not get one like this. Do not waste your money with this firm. Completely unacceptable I have added pic of photo from website and a photo of the bunch received

If I could write a review of 'Prestige Flowers' I would NOT GIVE them ANY stars. If you click on 'next day delivery' as you start your order be aware that the date may change and you will then be told by customer service agents that that date is what you selected. ie cover for their late delivery. So so disappointed that my order did not arrive for my granddaughter's birthday. After several emails with "customer service" I was told that was the date I selected so no further discussion. All they had to say was there's been a mix up and offer a small token gesture for future purchases and I would have remained a customer. Blatantly obvious that once you've paid they are not interested in keeping you as a customer. Any way there are lots of other online flower suppliers and I will be using them in the future. My advice is to avoid Prestige Flowers as there is nothing Prestige about them.

Purchased a bouquet of flowers for my Grandma's 90th birthday. I paid £10 extra for the large bouquet on what was already an expensive bouquet. Total with a card was £69.97. The website stated to show a medium bouquet image. When the flowers arrived, the bouquet was no bigger than the online image. Furthermore, the roses were still in bud but already browning on the petals. This indicated poor quality. I emailed Prestige Flowers and provided photos of the flowers. They requested further photos so I added this from the day flowers were delivered and also recent photos of how the roses had deteriorated over the few days of having them. Prestige Flowers agreed to a partial quality issue and offered a £15 credit on account. As I do not intend to shop with this company again I refused the credit on account and stated I wanted a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to flowers not being as described, not of satisfactory quality or not lasting reasonable time. The response was a u-turn on the quality issue. They believed there wasn't one, the guard petals were still on roses and we should have followed the care guide, taken guard petals off and wait 3 days to bloom. There is nothing in the care guide about guard petals and even so, it would not of saved roses that were already browning on all petals still in bud when delivered. After a few emails, Prestige Flowers refuse to do any more than what they initially offered. The picture is from morning of delivery. The roses are already browning on all petals. By day 3 they were wilting and by day 6 were dead with out ever coming out of bud. This is a bad experience, a special day ruined and a company I will never deal with again.

My daughter in law has still not received her flowers which will now be dead.. Apparently they are being delivered tomorrow.. They were dispatched on Monday.. I have already reviewed this order.. I did apply my credit manually and it was taken off and then removed.. This is my reply to Katie who said I can still apply my credit next time!!!!!! . No compensation offered or even my credit refunded.. Can't see there being a next time.... No personal contact has been made to me at all

Ordered these flowers for a loved one on a very sad day. The quantity and quality received was nothing like the images or description. I emailed after the weekend on day 4 of receiving them with photos and explanation of my upset and embarrassment that I had sent these to someone. I was told I had emailed too late (4 days after receiving them) and a good will gesture of £10 credit would be applied to my account. I do not wish to purchase anything again would not waste my money. They have refused to refund my money. Do not waste your money!!

Absolutely awful bouquet of flowers, nothing like the description or picture! Could have bought a much better bunch of flowers from a supermarket! Appalling customer service when I tried to complain, just kept getting the same response that was pretty much them dismissing that there was anything wrong. 5 roses and a bit of greenery for over £40, that’s a joke. Will never use this company again, daylight robbery prices and a don’t care attitude towards their customers. They flatly refused a refund or replacement flowers to be sent.

Extremely disappointed! An appalling state of affairs:-Flowers were half-dead when delivered. Flower heads just fell off on some without ever opening. Bunch was nowhere near the size I was expecting from the picture and the price! I had arranged for these to be delivered as coming from my Autistic Grandson for his Mother's birthday as he wanted to do this special surprise for her (unable to do this for himself)and I had completed the message card accordingly on the website. However, no card or message was delivered with the flowers so my Daughter had no idea who they were from until I arrived and due to my Grandson's problems, he had forgotten all about our arrangement so was unable to enlighten her. I wish I had read some of the reviews viewed here now and agree with them....will never use this company again. They certainly did not meet their mantra of priding themselves on "delivering happiness" to this customer.
