Shocking flowers. So embarrassed that my Nan received these for Mother’s Day. Considering they were £48 i was expecting something decent but could have gone to a supermarket and bought a much nicer bouquet for half the price. Have got in touch and complained but they’re not interested! Said I need to leave the flowers for 3 days to bloom. 3 days isn’t going to improve the look of the flowers!!

I purchased a Mother’s Day bouquet and am not impressed. I got a simple spring bouquet only to find some of the tulip heads missing and the rest to be well past their best. I would have been better purchasing something from the local supermarket

Just disappointed in the quality to be honest. Paying £40 for a large bunch of flowers and they weren’t conditioned and some looked in a poor state. Browned around the edges.

Had to give one star but that's being generous. Bought cheaper flowers from a late night petrol station that were better than these shrubs. Mothers day present but felt embarrassed when they arrived and told her just to chuck them. Do NOT waste your money on this garbage site! Expect a full refund.

Well, I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my daughter on 29th March, paid the extra to get a before 1pm slot and she still hasn’t received them! Not sure if this is a scam company as I have never used them before. Please advise how to get a refund, and I will not be using these people again. Out of order 😡

Nothing like the picture in terms of fullness, In years past I had been extremely happy with prestige flowers but this bouquet was sparse as if they had ran out of flowers and some flowers look unhealthy! I was very upset and embarrassed to see my mother open the box to something wildly unlike the preview photo! I would highly reccomend the company uses accurate preview photos since not providing what we all paid for is of course categorically wrong and will tank their reputation and credibility immensely. I even paid extra for larger than the standard size, I assume the standard is even more underwhelming. I will never use prestige flowers again, though I hope the company attempts to gain back some trust by righting its many wrongs against several mothers day customers!

Order made on 18th March for delivery on Mother's day (30th March), just been told order will arrive on the 2nd April!! Clearly they aren't good at logistics.

Received flowers from my Daughter for Mother's Day. Absolutely beautiful. Colourful, vibrant and really fresh. Fragrance is amazing. Only downside was that she was disappointed regarding 1700 delivery time. She expected me to receive them in the morning. Thank you.

Arrived 60 hours later than offered and you could tell the flowers had been languishing in a postal depot for 2+ days When I raised a complaint I was told tough read the t+cs and its a third party distributor we can be held responsible for I would caution people against using this service if anything goes wrong they don’t care - that’s what £65 gets you!

Today’s Mother’s Day! I ordered my mum flowers at the beginning of March and Payment was taken They didn’t even bother to turn up with the flowers today, I can’t even choose where they are because they are closed, I will be on the phone first thing tomorrow morning getting a refund and I will never go near these people. They have ruined my mother‘s Mother’s Day. Disgusting

Disappointing, The Medium summer lilies included a single lilly stalk with only 3 flowers (2 still fully closed and one barely open) the picture advertising showed over 14 flowers in the image. The "summer lilies" was mostly leaves, with 6 pink roses, twice as many as lilies despite the name, and despite the advert showing no lilies. This is such a small bouquet I cannot believe I haven't actually received a small roses and lilies instead. Happy mother's day indeed. See the example image they give and the actual bouquet.
