Regular customer for years and recently the quality of the flowers has really gone down. I’m so embarrassed at the last 2 deliveries, in June and now July. A bunch of peonies arrived with several dry/dying already, which continued, they never bloomed. Then yesterday I saw my niece received a really poor bouquet of flowers, with roses dying already and several lilies that had broken off already. I am so embarrassed and upset, especially considering the amount of money I spent. Supermarket flowers would have been better and my gifts looked awful in comparison to other bouquets received.

I bought my Mum some flowers as a get well soon due to her having an operation. The flowers came and were Beautiful, she was really pleased with them. 4 days later the flowers were dead. I contacted customer services and because they have a 3 day window policy and I complained on day 4 they offered me a £10 voucher. Why would I want a voucher when I wouldn’t buy from you again? They wouldn’t even give me £10 back! Really unhelpful and don’t seem to have very good customer service. All they do is quote the policy and procedure’s!

I received a bouquet and teddy that my partner had ordered. He had paid £10 extra for an upgrade to the bouquet as he liked the look of the pictured bouquet online. When it arrived, it was half the size, nothing like the picture and resembled some supermarket flowers. When he contacted customer services, he got a snotty reply saying that the bouquet was sufficient for the price he paid and that they would not be refunding any money!

Just a warning to everyone who buys flowers from here. We bought flowers for a 40th wedding anniversary for last Saturday, we bought these days in advance which gave us an option for the delivery. On Saturday the courier confirmed delivery then later on during the day cancelled delivery explaining that our delivery was delivered to the wrong hub. We contacted Prestige who basically washed their hands with our orders & said the courier is at fault but give them 3 days. Then they would look into our complaint, 3 days sitting in the hub omg Prestige you really need to sort out your customer service! Great at taking your money but absolutely clueless about customer care. Your loss someone else gain!

Absolutley disgusting service. All 3 bouquets sent to wrong address & wouldn't even compensate me. Offered me a measly £20. I would urge people not to use these people. I ordered as a thank you to people who helped with my dear mothers funeral. I can only thank God I didn't order her funeral flowers from them. One star is far too good but unfortunately it doesn't give the option of zero stars. Please save your money & shop elsewhere

Customer satisfaction is clearly not something they care about. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my wife. It came past 8pm! They day had gone by that point. I raised a complaint with them, asking for a refund on the delivery and they passed the buck to the delivery company they use. This is the definition of lazy and poor customer service, rather than attempt to resolve the issue and retain a customer you ‘get out of it’ on a technicality, blaming logistics. If your outsourced delivery company is getting things wrong then it’s your problem as well Prestige Flowers. You don’t operate independently from the delivery service you use, you work WITH them. So if they’ve messed up, I’d expect you to be rectifying that. After all, you’ve chosen to go with that delivery service and they operate as a representative of Prestige Flowers. I won’t be using Prestige again, my wife recieved flowers from friends, who use other companies (bloom & wild). Those orders actually got delivered during the day! I know where to go next time.

My daughter ordered for me on my birthday yesterday and half the bouquet is dead its looks like very old bouquet you people sent me. When I sent pictures to my daughter she was very disappointed. You people charged alot and not taking any responsibility to make sure we received fresh bouquet or not. Shame on you people.

I ordered some flowers for my sister in law who had just had major surgery, Inwas excited for her to receive them. I after receiving a phone call to thank me, she told me that the box the flowers came in was smashed all over the top & had broken some of the bulbs off but it wasn't a problem she had taken them off. She isn't one for making a fuss but I was very disappointed to which I explained on live chat. I sent a photo of the box which in my opinion should have been enough being the state of it but unfortunately it wasn't enough proof so they offered me £10 voucher that I declined which I personally thought was an insult. I will not be using prestige flowers again & I will not be recommending them either.

I posted anonymously 6 days ago about a bouquet half the size of what is shown online and was told by online chat that the buds were yet to open. I have ordered casually for my friend for years and never been disappointed. The flowers have always lasted up to 2 weeks. Firstly there was very few buds to open and secondly here is what is left of them after 6 days. I can see so many poor reviews of similar nature and yet customers are being ignored and fobbed off. I will never order from prestige again. So much for customer care. Also, my photos are not uploaded to my last review and will not upload to this review.

I ordered the flowers for my partners birthday whilst I was away on business. The flowers arrived on time and initially looked ok, although a bit sparse for the price paid. However, WITHIN 24 HOURS the Roses had dropped and died and the calla lillys stems had turned to mush, therefore the main features of the bouquet had to be thrown away. When I returned after 5 days my partner explained what had happened, but it was Friday, too late to call the help line. I communicated by email and got the response that because I had not taken photographic evidence they could not do anything about my complaint. I mean who warns the recipient of your gift to take photos if the flowers die? After pushing they offered a 10 pounds voucher to spend on their "prestige flower Service". Of course, I declined the 10 pounds voucher as I would never go near them again and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. Having posted my review, I notice the majority are also 1 star, that is actually because you cannot award zero stars.

Had some flowers delivered sent for an anniversary, to say poor quality is an understatement! Half the roses were going brown on the petals and when you removed the abundance of foliage your left with a smaller bunch you would buy from a supermarket! Don't waste your money!

Terrible customer services, no..accountability for their own website issues, comms to royal mail from them as per advice from royal mail.saying the sender requested this and denied by customer services at Prestige flowers. I have never dealt with a florist that thinks it's ok for flowers to stay with royal mail for 3 days and not care about customer service or expectations.

I really wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. The flowers I ordered were delivered a day late and looked nothing like the photo. They were almost dead a couple of days later. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I would never use them again

I ordered flowers to be sent the next day for my sisters birthday. When she received them they looked nothing like the photo. The flowers are drooping and almost dead. I would not order from this company again and want my money back. The quality is not even worth 1 star.

I sent condolence flowers for the roses to look aged on arrival. I emailed Prestige Flowers to see if anything could be done to remedy the situation. They requested pictures which I sent. They responded to say that nothing was wrong with the roses. They claimed that the “aged” petals were guard petals. Well those “guard” petals migrated to the rest of the rose making it well and truly dead looking even after following the recommended guidance on maintaining them. “Guard” petals my ****. I have used many florists for occasions but this is by far the worst. Given the comments others have given it seems to be a trend. The only reason I give them a 2 star and not a 1 star is that I’m not going to lie about this review as the lilies were actually very nice. However, the roses a huge disappointment. Want my advise? Don’t use Prestige Flowers.
