I ordered a large bouquet of flowers. Sunshine bouquet... I am extremely disappointed with what I received. I will not order again. On a positive note. The card was exactly the same as what I ordered.

My boyfriend ordered me a roses bouquet they came moldy and half dead he paid £60 and they r awful. We rang to complain they said he could have £15 credit- we won’t be using you or rescinding you again

don't order with this company for international deliveries , the flowers and chocolate for my mum Birthday which should have arrived on the 11th ,have still not yet been delivered till today .

I ordered a large Orion (£64.99 plus delivery) for my mums birthday. They arrived on Thursday (10th July) and they looked very small for the amount I paid. I contacted you guys who confirmed I had been sent a medium size instead of the large and was offered a £5 refund (which has now been received), however, the overall quality of the flowers was also terrible. On Monday (14th July) the flowers had to be thrown away as they had died. For the price I paid, would expected a much better quality!

Wont allow you to put one star without a comment. Was asked to provide a photo of 3 days late delivery flowers from a friend whose father has just passed away. Offered a 10 pound return with a voucher, after spending 45 pound. Plus delivery. Also a voucher

I ordered what was meant to be a thoughtful and high-quality gift, only to be left thoroughly disappointed. Not only was the delivery late, but the parcel was inexplicably left in a recycling bin in direct sunlight, despite two people being home all day and no attempt made to knock or notify us. The hamper itself arrived in a spoiled and frankly unacceptable condition. The wax on the cheeses had melted, ruining the contents and presentation completely. This was intended as a celebratory gesture, but what arrived felt careless, poorly handled, and far from premium. The response from customer service has been polite but generic, falling back on policy explanations rather than addressing the core issue: the product was delivered in a damaged, unsanitary state and failed entirely to live up to the standard advertised. This experience has left me questioning both the quality control and the company’s ability to resolve genuine customer concerns with care and accountability. I will not be ordering from Prestige Gifting again, and I would advise others to think twice if they’re looking for a reliable, high-quality gifting experience

Sadly I was looking to send artificial flowers to a close friend who will be in hospital for some time. Being a nurse I am aware that real flowers pose an infection risk. I clicked a link saying artificial flowers on the site and unknowingly sent real flower.. sadly she could not be given these flowers. Please be aware of this as despite communication I have not been offered any recompense.

Delivered in good time Flowers received part good part poor and broken Paid extra for a large and it looked pretty standard when received Customer service very poor I'll be going to a shop in future at least I can see what I'm getting Thumbs down from me Pictures taken of good and bad only acknowledged the good For some known reason won't allow me to upload the images of the flowers

I took a chance on a new business, I send flowers all the time through my job. In the first instance, I didn't receive an email confirmation. The business use Royal Mail as a carrier, who said they attempted two days in a row to deliver but didn't, as the person is in and the door bell didn't ring. I then asked for redelivery the next day (three days after the initial attempt) and it hasn't gone out. It still hasn't gone back out two days after last rebooking the slot. I have called up to ask for a refund, and got told it is my responsibility they haven't been delivered, and no compensation will be due. My gift recipient is due to receive some dead flowers at some point, I have spent £50 on a very important gift to not be delivered due to their terrible carrier.

Ordered ‘Large’ bouquet of Peonies and was sent the below. Some of the flowers and the box were damaged upon delivery, and the bouquet was very small compared to what I was expecting as a large. I was not able to gift these as intended. Unfortunately, after a back and forth with the customer service team, I was provided less than a third of a full refund (£15) so a very disappointing experience.

Avoid like the plague absolutely disgusting company. Ordered flowers well in advance for a funeral. Was supposed to be delivered between 11 & 2 on the 11th. Attempted delivery at 6.30 when funeral home was closed. Delivered the next day and left flowers at restaurant next door which I could net get access to before a 9.30 funeral on Monday. Apparently none of this is there fault. They use Royal Mail for there deliveries. There site gave the false impression that they were a local company which they were not. So no flowers for a funeral of a close family member. And they flatly refuse a refund. I will be taking this further.
