Flowers for Mothers Day,not impressed.The blooms were half dead on arrival. My son's paid a lot for these and as some other recipients commented would've been better off buying fresh flowers from supermarkets

Very disappointing on mother day. A medium bunch of roses and Lillie's, three roses that look half dead and two lily stems. Not worth the money and nothing like the picture advertised online.

So disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers delivered to my mother in law today - really sad. Will never order from here again - what a shame! Wilted tulips and hyacinths- looked nothing like the photo. Extremely disappointed - esp for the price I paid!

I ordered two large mother's day bouquets and had the order accepted for delivery on Sunday 30th March. When I tracked my order it says it will be delivered by Tuesday the 1st April. This is unacceptable, if the order is accepted for delivery on a certain day then they should be delivered on that day. The office is closed so I am unable to speak to anyone today to resolve this. Would have given zero stars

If I could give one star I would... Absolutely shocking for what I paid. Got them for my mum for mother's day and honestly could have picked a £10 bunch up out of any supermarket and would have looked better. What a total rip off. Not even remotely resembling the pict5of flowers I chose. No one to contact about a refund of complaint. Won't ever use this site again.

Disappointed with the quality and quantity of flowers delivered. Paid extra for a large bouquet and at best it's small. Lots of the flowers already withered upon delivery.

My daughter order me some flowers for mother’s day . The flowers came in a horrible condition. She is only 13 and she has saved her money in order to get me a decent bouquet of flowers which she paid £39!, to recieve some dead flowers ! Save your money and go M&S or Tesco and get some beautiful flowers for half of the price . She sent an email with the photos attached .Lets see how their customer service will respond .

Ordered flowers for Mother’s day. Bouquet looks nowhere near as impressive as photo on website (even taking into account that flowers have not yet fully bloomed). For the price paid, would have got 2 far more impressive looking bouquets.

Would not recommend Prestige Flowers at all. I ordered Country Garden bouquet for my mother for Mothers Day. The bouquet was appalling and definitely not worth the money - the roses were dying and the bouquet consisted of mainly greenery. Looked nothing like the photo displayed . I contacted prestige flowers regarding this and they said the roses were intact and had their guard petals and needed to be removed. It wasn’t just the fact the roses were of poor quality there was hardly any other flowers but in fact more greenery. My mother was very disappointed as I had sent them for Mother’s Day and the quality was poor. Would definitely not recommend Prestige Flowers. Customer service is appalling. Bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. I sent photos to customer service and their response was poor.

My daughter sent her some cyclamen from Prestige for Mother's day. They arrived in a large box labelled "this way up".Unfortunately they had been packed on the side and as they were virtually bone dry everything went over the floor on opening. Disgraceful, from being elated she was upset.

My son brought these with chocolates and a card for mothers day. Must say the flowers were not as lush as showing in the photo. Some of the gyp were dead and were not worth the money he had spent

Ordered a bunch of tulips for mothers day. They arrived all drooping, been in water for over 3 hours and they're still the same, look terrible. Not happy considering the price and occasion.

I never usually leave reviews but I have had to write this as I paid over £40 for mother's day flowers with the extra £10 for the large bouquet. The flowers that my mum received are withered and a tiny bouquet. I could have got much better ones from a supermarket for a lot less. This service is unacceptable!

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. When the flowers arrived, they were not as described in the product listing. The blooms were discolored, and many of them were already dead. The stems were dry and unstable, which made it impossible to display them properly. I had hoped for a fresh, vibrant arrangement, but what I received was a far cry from that. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers and am currently expecting a refund. I hope the company will address this issue and ensure better quality control in the future.

Extremely disappointed I ordered for my mum over a week ago for mothers day and she hasn't received them. This is the second time ordering flowers for mothers day and I should have known not to use prestige flowers the same thing has happened again.
