I received a lovely bouquet of flowers from friends yesterday. Within hours 5 out of the 6 roses have dropped and beyond help. This bouquet was by no means cheap and I am really disappointed. This morning finds them in no better shape

Absolutely raging, I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday today 5/07/25 paid £43.47 paid for next day delivery. Just got an email from Royal Mail saying they have the said parcel and delivery will be Tuesday 8th. That’s 4 days away the flowers will be dead!!! I am a florist with over 50yrs experience and trusted Prestige Flowers with my order but never again. 😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible experience with Prestige Flowers. I ordered a £40 flower arrangement as a surprise anniversary gift to be delivered to my wife. Instead of ensuring proper delivery, they left it in a so-called “safe place” without confirming with anyone. My wife checked with the reception—no one received it, and there are no neighbours at that location. Prestige Flowers refuses to take responsibility and blames the courier, even though it’s their job to ensure safe and proper delivery of gifts, not just parcels. They clearly care more about taking your money than delivering the service they promise. They ruined a special anniversary moment and left me with nothing for £40. This was a complete waste of money and time. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it—especially if you’re sending something that matters.

I cannot complete my order. I have processed payment several times but then my order remains in my trolley with no way to send it. I then get a email to say item left in my trolley. This is an ongoing problem. Time to find an alternative supplier I think.

I ordered 2 bushes of flowers 💐 both for special occasion birthdays, VIA Sendabloom and Groupon, went large with both and looks like I just have Standard sizes, I was Mortified when seeing them with my friends.... I've sent reviews on Trust pilot and Groupon.....Very Dissapointed, have had cheaper better bunches in supermarkets!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers for a wake, and their website promised next-day delivery. It’s now three days later, and the flowers still haven’t arrived. The funeral is tomorrow, and this was meant to be a final gesture of respect — now completely ruined. This wasn’t a gift or a casual order. It was for a deeply emotional, time-sensitive event, and Prestige Flowers failed completely. No proper communication, no accountability, and clearly no urgency. If you can’t deliver on your promises — especially for something as important as a wake — you shouldn’t be offering next-day delivery at all. I’ll never use Prestige Flowers again, and I’d strongly advise others not to trust them for anything important.

Absolutely Stunning – My Go-To for Flowers! This is my second time buying from them, and once again, they completely blew me away. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered with care. You can tell they put love into every bouquet. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed with the £50 flowers I purchased for a work colleague. I selected the larger size and they looked very sparse. They certainly weren’t worth the price and I felt embarrassed when she sent me a picture.

Ordered Large Bouquet, plus card and Cake for next day delivery for a specialbirthday, they arrived 2 days late and the flowers were already wilting, plus cake inedible.Only compensation was £5 for late delivery, which didn't help the upset on our special day.

A Sunflower plant that was gifted to me by my cousin for my birthday. It was beautiful when it arrived, but within 48 hours the leaves had started to curl up and the flower was dying off. I made sure the soil was damp and moved it to the kitchen windowsill, but it has continued to die off, with the buds turning brown as well. Within 9 days it looked pretty sad. I didn't want to mention this to my cousin, so contacted Prestige Flowers direct, but was told my concerns should have been raised within 3 days of delivery... Also the marketing photo makes the plant look much larger then it is. That's an observation after looking at the website to find details in order to contact customer support. And I cannot upload photos to support my review.

Please make it clear that the ‘reward’ of £7.50 can only be used on orders over £30 and NOT AT ALL if you pay with PayPal. Your response to my call was pathetic - it’s how you handle customer complaints that is important. It needs improvement
