Should have read the reviews before ordering.. Ordered on the 4 Jan for Delivery 10 Jan.. Not received.... Turned up late next day box was wet card inside had perished... Asked for a refund.. Not our fault... 3rd party courier they have no control over apparently.. Complete waste of time and effort Will not make the same mistake again!

Not happy at all with this florist I placed an order online and paid over £30 for flowers to be delivered to a friend after losing her mum and I could have bought a better bunch of flowers for half the price from the supermarket

Ordered a flower set worth £85 and what was delivered was more than disappointing! My mother adores flowers so saw the huge bouquet and was happy thinking my mother would love them. Once delivered, she sent me a picture and the bouquet was less than half the size of what was advertised! I could have got the same size bunch of flowers from any supermarket for less than £30! So disappointing! For £85 I was expecting about more flowers!

Wow, what a lot of bad/poor reviews! Wish I had looked at reviews first However, my gripe is that I ordered an almost £100 bouquet of flowers and what was delivered was most certainly not reflective of that! Contacted customer service and quite honestly they don't care. Their response was that they delivered what was considered consistent with the bouquet purchased. It was consistent with a £25 bouquet purchased in a supermarket. I could have purchased better. They seem to have a template to preach from as I couldn't quite get across it wasn't the quality of the flowers but the size of the bouquet In the interest of customer service and boosting their business you would think they would want to be competitive and want to help their customers but clearly not The pictures I've attached are the £96 bouquet purchased I will give this company a wide berth for any future orders.

Disappointed. They sent a small bouquet instead of a medium. Gave me a credit for the differnce, but that doesn't help when it's a giift to someone else. I also think it should be a refund. Be aware it is also not sent as a bouquet, just loose flowers in a box.

The bouquet of flowers I ordered (January Bouquet) looked beautiful in the advert online and the description was of a lovely arrangement of flowers. However, what arrived was not anywhere near comparable. Overall very disappointing.

I have ordered from the company previously, no problems. This time I ordered a belated birthday bouquet. The order was placed at 10.11 AM on 13th January 2024. As of 6.00 PM on 14th still no flowers. I called customer services in the afternoon and was assured they would be there by 6.00. What state are the flowers be in when. they are finally delivered. I would not use the company again. Avoid.

ADVICE from a sensible person to this company Prestige Flowers and potential customers. BEWARE! Extremely bad and poor service. I would strongly advise this company ensure all flower and plant order deliveries include a physical card that is easily read with the following words of caution: “To ensure ongoing helpful assistance, advice and support regarding possible issues with any of our plants/ flowers, our company suggests you take photographs for at least the first 3days after delivery. Photos to be taken only on a phone that gives ‘time stamped proof” as to when these photos were actually taken. Ensuring you do follow the above instructions should give you, (the customer and the very people we rely on to ensure our business can stay open and exist) the opportunity to send such photos over 3 days after delivery, (time stamped of course!) to us, should you experience any issues moving forward with your purchase, enabling our company to be obliged to look into your queries further. We would suggest even if there is ‘leaf dropping’ and/or ‘buds and stems withering’ during those first 3 days, please don’t ignore this by thinking it will all be ok, because VERY possibly things will become much worse by the time you reach just the 6th or 7th day after delivery . Good luck everyone. It’s been an exhausting experience for me today and am now stuck with an expensive plant that hasn’t lasted a week, that was originally a kind and expensive gift from a dear one 7 days ago. 🙏

Don't bother with this company 3 times I have had late flower deliveries now and the flowers arrive half dead, I will definitely not be using them again!!!

My brother ordered flowers to be delivered to me on my birthday 6th January. The flowers were not delivered, after a few days he requested a refund which was refused, he was told it was up to me to request a refund from royal mail. How can a person being sent a surprise gift know the gift has not arrived? Today 14th January the flowers were delivered in a very poor state see photographs. This is appalling customer service and indeed a breach of the supply of goods and services act 1982,the sale and supply of goods act 1994 and the consumer right act of 2015. Under these laws my brother is entitled to a full refund and even compensation. No surprise there is a problem with uploading my photos to this review.

Like so many of the reviews here say, DO NOT BUY! I wish i had looked at reviews before ordering. I made the order saturday evening under the guide it was NEXT DAY delivery only to be told it will be delivered monday and when they did arrive the bloom is more foilage, VERYT little flower. The leaves are crispy on the ends and have curled. They sent a bunch of partly dead/dieing leafs on sticks and wilting/floppy roses. There are 4 roses and they all look as sorry for themselves as the last! This has been an outrage! I want my money back! DISGUSTING!!

DO NOT USE!! purchased a bouquet of Roses and Lillys for a birthday and what I received was a scruffy bunch of flowers. I requested a refund and was told there's nothing wrong with them. The Roses were rotting the lillys were dying and for £30 I received 4 Roses and 3 Lillys! I will NEVER again and will make sure to tell all my family and friends as well a post on all social media sites just how bad this company are! O what a surprise I cannot upload any pictures!!

Terrible experience. Ordered a bouquet of flowers with a personalised card. Added the personalised card to the basket, paid for both card and flows and sent. Sent an email to the company to check that the card had been added and that they shouldn't send the flowers without the card. Turns out there was a technical error (which they won't admit to) and the flowers were sent without the card. Now someone whose husband has just died is going to receive a bunch of flowers without any note or explanation. I called them to try to resolve this or ask for a refund but they just blamed me for making the "error" on their website. I've just replicated the bug with another test order, and the custom card wasn't added to the basket, so I know it wasn't my fault. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but this is a lie. "Occasionally, mistakes happen, and if our service falls short, we take it personally. While we're human and errors can occur, we strive to get things right the first time. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we appreciate your feedback to continually improve." They did nothing to try to help resolve this. Avoid.

Ordered birthday flowers for a special friend, paid around £45 including delivery and extra £10 for large bouquet of flowers. Arrived in bad condition and some of the flowers were dead looking. Wrong flowers sent and wrong size. Really upset by this once I find out the flowers were awful looking. This was my first experience in buying from this company, never will recommend it. Wasted my money on rubbish. I wish I read all the reviews first.
