Ordered flowers at 11am on Saturday. Website stated "order by 2pm for delivery on Mothers Day". Not delivered. Just received email from Royal Mail that they will be delivered today, Monday. Why say they will be delivered on a Sunday and then use a service that does not operate on a Sunday? Won't be using again.

I ordered on 28/3 a Rose Medley for my Mother for Mothers Day to be delivered on 30/3. My mother did not receive it. I had no emails to say there were any problems. I am so upset and disappointed. My 87year old mother spent all day waiting for flowers that didn’t arrive. I have lost confidence in Prestige Flowers.

Let down after let down with this company. Bought flowers for Mothers Day the past 2 years and both times arrived days after. Really disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Can’t be promoting ‘order your flowers for mothers day’ if your not delivering them til the next week. Obviously not a coincidence if this has happened 2 years in a row.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers for a special occasion, but they were not delivered on time. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I received no helpful response. This ruined the surprise and caused a lot of frustration. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.”

I sent flowers to my Mum in the UK from Australia, thank you so much, they arrived on the day, I had tracking information which gave peace of mind on the other side of the world. I couldn't be there but my gift was.

Fraudulent company, ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on 30/03 which never arrived, never got a tracking e-mail either, breach of trust and contract, do NOT entrust your special gesture to these jokers, will just make it look like YOU don't care instead

first and last time to be ordering flowers from here. i ordered this as a gift for my mum for mothers day once the flowers had arrived, it seemed like someone ahd just purhchased a bunch of flowers from tescos and placed it in a box. its actually embarassing the price i paid for it was ridicilous compared to what i had received. as well as this, the picture are completely different to what i had received. i could have paid £10 for a similar bunch from my local store. i 100% wouldnt recommend and wouldnt be ordering here. i ordered based on the positive reviews but im not sure what went wrong with my order! its actually ridicilous and i will be complaining about this.

When placing an order with this company I got the option to get the flowers delivered Sunday which I had intended for Mothers Day. The flowers were in fact not delivered today which ruined my mother's, mother's day! I am so disappointed with this company as my question is why did they give the option to deliver on Sunday?! If I knew they were not going to be delivered today, I simply would not have ordered them!!

Mother’s Day flowers order has not arrived. Hate to think what state the flowers will actually be in if they actually arrive tomorrow. Other more clearly decent and ethical companies that I looked at would not accept orders (made clear on their websites) submitted over the weekend due to risk of not being able to deliver as promised. Prestige had no qualms about confirming my order and then failing to deliver. Disgrace of a company - just shows that it is much better to use a more local established business, even if you have to pay extra.

Am livid that an order placed at lunchtime Friday was not fulfilled for Mother’s Day. Had a very disappointed and upset mum. It’s ridiculous that this couldn’t have been delivered with a whole Friday afternoon or Saturday day to let me know if issues with my (very expensive) choice. Do better! (Order 8715504)

I received a beautiful huge bunch of tulips and gypsophila from my son this morning via Prestige Flowers for Mother's Day. This is the second time I have received from them in last year. Flowers absolutely beautiful quality, so fresh and vibrant. All whole, no breakages at all and surrounded very classily with a matt white fluted cellophane. Boxed nicely and safely. They are perfect, really delighted! Thank you.

Roses were past their best within 4 hours of receiving. One order I ordered for Mother’s Day has not arrived in time so very concerned about the state the bouquet will be in when it does finally arrive given that the one that did arrive had roses that have died

Just the worst. They delivered the most pathetic bunch of flowers to my mum on Mother’s Day. Absolutely nothing like what they advertised online and the flowers almost dead. Complained and was offered a £5 voucher (having spent £45). These guys are sharks
