Delivery arrived extremely damaged, most of the flowers broken. Water logged card. Customer service appalling!

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. One for my stepmother that arrived on time, the other for my mum did not. They eventually arrived on the Tuesday! I contacted Prestige and they replied with a series of generic emails and my issue has not been resolved. To add insult to injury I continue to receive advertisement emails from them every day. I would never order from them again.

My order was delivered correctly on the specified day and the recipient was delighted with their flowers. First time using Prestige Flowers and would definitely do so again in the future.

Wow !! I had some ocean lillies sent to me , which was so lovely. They are stunning , they smell incredible and honestly couldn't be more beautiful!! The smell fills the room & the size of the flowers are bigger than your hand . I would use this florist myself to send someone some flowers .

Beautiful flowers but completely wilted after 5 days, considering how much you pay I expected them to last longer, a supermarket bouquet bought three days before lasted longer. Was upset as they were a mother's day gift, very disappointed with the quality

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They misrepresent what they are selling and I am embarrassed that my mother received a bunch of flowers that cost £41 (inc delivery) that I could have bought in a supermarket for less than £10. I was actually shocked when she sent me photos and complained straight away and said ‘there was a slight quality issue’ and I was offered a £5 credit to which I responded that I wouldn’t order from them again. They offered to send a replacement bunch which arrived today as was the same as before. I have just emailed again and am contacting trading standards as they should not be allowed to continue scamming customers. We send flowers to loved ones at difficult times along with times to celebrate and I am embarrassed that this bouquet appeared to represent my appreciation of someone that had been through so much and this company unashamedly think it’s acceptable to mis-sell their products.

Excellent service. Arrived next day exactly as described and pictured. I was a bit worried as I had placed my order BEFORE reading the reviews which were less than favourable so when I received the picture of my sister in law with the flowers she received, I was very relived and pleasantly surprised as they were better than I expected. My sister in law is currently having chemotherapy for breast cancer and my wife (her sister) wanted to brighten up her day in time for Easter. I ordered a small bunch of Tulips (her favourites), a box of mini Easter eggs and a written card to be delivered the following day (today, April 15th) and she recieved them on that day at around 4pm. Royal Mail kept me updated with tracking information and informed me when they had been delivered so hats off to them also. Couldn't be happier and I will use Prestige Flowers again. Thank you guys. Happy customer and even more happy recipient here!

Extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers sent for a birthday gift 6 white roses and two pink Lillie’s plus foliage at a cost of £38, I know I could have bought better from any supermarket, looked nothing like the picture. I was offered a £15 credit of my next purchase but wouldn’t want to be embarrassed by sending to anyone again. I feel I have been totally ripped off.

Please do not use this company they are a rip off, I paid for a £40 bouquet to be delivered to my mum, Pink sunshine should have been all pink flowers a large bouquet they come with mostly green foliage and a few flowers which were white. I I tried for a refund but all they want to do is give me a £10 voucher. It is despicable and disgraceful and unacceptable. They are just a con. Please do not use this service if you want some decent lovely flowers. They cannot refund me because you need to answer back with 3 days but unfortunately I was in hospital having an operation.

Yesterday was my wedding anniversary, and this morning I am stuck in waiting for delivery thanks to the Royal Mail changing the delivery time to when we were out having dinner. Useless!! Won't do this again - once bitten, twice shy.

Flowers were orderd a week in advance - but arrived a day late for my mums birthday - 50 pounds did not look like a 50 pound bouquet. Will use a florist in future.

One star is too generous!!! My daughter spent her money for a mother's Day bouquet for me costing over £28. They arrived on the wrong day, most of them dead, sent out in a dry cardboard box and nothing like the picture. We have emailed twice asking for a full refund with no reply. Will be reporting to trading standards. Avoid, avoid , avoid.
