A little disappointed in the flowers I ordered, ordered delivery for my mum on Mother’s Day, cost me £46 with delivery, paid for the larger bouquet, have previously ordered for friends and flowers have came open in a cardboard holder and the message card attached, came in a closed box and the card just thrown in with various other leaflets, small bouquet, probably could have bought a bunch just as pretty and bigger in Tesco for £15

The £45 bouquet my mum received for Mothers Day was so disappointing, the roses were brown and the bouquet was a lot smaller than the website described. I emailed to advise this and was ultimately told to remove the bad petals and use the correct vase. At the grand age of 73 I think mum knows how ensure her flowers stay fresh as long as possible. I will not be using this company again. I’ve tried to upload photos but it won’t allow me to.

Its mother's day , ordered flowers for my 95 year old mother, with cake and card , no delivery arrived , all her friends in the next rooms all have there flowers and cards , my poor mum has nothing thanks to you guys at Prestige . No person I can call or no way of finding out what's happened to her delivery . So disappointing , certainly a learning curve , always order by phone a nice local company you can trust will deliver.

Only giving one star as it’s impossible to give zero. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day two days in advance. Nothing arrived no message no contact no clue. Do not use if you want the recipient to talk to you again. Awful, may be a con.

Flowers were delivered to another street but to be fair, this was the Royal Mails fault and I was lucky the home owner delivered it. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture as seen compared to what was advertised! Such a disappointment, the flowers did not look healthy either. I would think twice to use them again and will just go to Asda where the quality is better!

Ordered for mothers day around 4 weeks ago. Tracking said no one was in at my wife's workplace which has open doors between 6am and 11.30pm. It was a more expensive option than some other sites. Tracking says they will reattempt to deliver tomorrow (whats the point of that?!) Would not recommend or ever use them again.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they will not be delivered until Tuesday. First world problems but what’s the point in such a late delivery. If they couldn’t fulfill order then don’t take my money. Won’t use again

Placed order for Mother’s Day 3 days before in order for my Mum to receive flowers on the date. Sunday came and went and she never received the flowers! Massive disappointment, massive let down, will never ever use them again !

I ordered some flowers over a week ago for my mother in law for Mother’s Day, I have had no email with tracking details. They still haven’t turned up. These were a gift off me and my late boyfriend as it’s her first Mother’s Day without him and this little surprise was meant to make the day a bit easier and it’s been ruined

Very disappointed with the flowers received from your company, if this is the best you can do it is certainly not how you describe yourselves on your website “we describe ourselves on delivering happiness to our lovely customers” you do not deliver on your promise. The star status does not even credita 1 star. It seemed very convenient that a photograph could not be uploaded.

Shocking flowers. So embarrassed that my Nan received these for Mother’s Day. Considering they were £48 i was expecting something decent but could have gone to a supermarket and bought a much nicer bouquet for half the price. Have got in touch and complained but they’re not interested! Said I need to leave the flowers for 3 days to bloom. 3 days isn’t going to improve the look of the flowers!!

I purchased a Mother’s Day bouquet and am not impressed. I got a simple spring bouquet only to find some of the tulip heads missing and the rest to be well past their best. I would have been better purchasing something from the local supermarket
