Flowers NOT delivered as instructed despite plenty of notice. Automated responses from company and no progress. Have requested refund and will post on social media if refund given. Would give zero stars if could.

Flowers never got delivered. Trying to get hold of them is impossible. Live chat has no agents available just an auto robot. Phone lines are closed in the middle of the day and response to email is also auto generated. I would avoid and use a local florist service. Not impressed at all.

The flowers were great. However the website implied they would be delivered by mother's day. I think this was intentionally deceptive therefore I will never trust this company again.

AVOID, Shocking service! Ordered 7 days in advance, received no delivery information & then the flowers didn't arrive in time for an anniversary. The customer service team then take no responsibility & blame Royal Mail - whom they choose to use as a delivery partner. Avoid & save yourself spending double on flowers

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day. Because my mother wasn’t home at the time of the delivery (am I supposed to ask her to stay home all day to wait for surprise flowers??) they were then taken to a Royal Mail warehouse for 2 DAYS before they attempted re delivery. Prestige Flowers blame Royal Mail couriers but they organised the courier not me. This is supposed to be part of the service I paid for. Bottom line - DO NOT USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS

Don't have your leg lifted. They don't deliver on time even for special occasions. No Refunds offered they are scammers

I received your flowers on Saturday night sent by my teenage son. It’s now Monday and I’ve had to bin most of the roses as they are wilted and the petals are discoloured. The leaves are so dry & breaking. I know he paid almost £50 for the flowers and would have therefore expected them to last a little longer. Waste of money but appreciate the thought.

Extremely disappointed. Order was nearly £48 & paid £5.99 extra for delivery..this was meant to be a large bouquet..about 9 flowers..seriously. tried online chat, phoning & messenger..all conveniently unavailable..avoid this company

My son and daughter sent me a bouquet of your flowers for mothers day this year, as they both live far away and have a family and financial commitments, as well as work, I don't get to see either of them very often, they paid over £30 not a lot i know but it was enough amount to be a better bunch then a £5 bunch from Asda but unfortunately that is all I got, it upset my kids greatly, you need to do a lot better yes you pay for what you get but they paid for fresh and will not be buying from here again

Appalling service from this company! Very suspicious that they have actually earned the 4.4 star rating! Ordered flowers on the 26th March for my wife for delivery on Mother’s Day, they did not arrive! Prestige did not contact me to say they would not be delivered, they replied to my query to tell that delivery would not take place and giving me a link to Royal Mail tracking which just stated that delivery was held up, no reason given! Royal Mail tracking has not changed this morning, so I have no idea if my order is on its way or stuck in some warehouse! I have tried to contact Prestige this morning via live chat, nobody available to help me. I then called them, an automated message said nobody available to help me! I have emailed them and have not yet received a reply! I would not recommend Prestige to anyone and they will certainly not be receiving any more orders from me!

I placed an order on the 17th of March for mothers day. 2 weeks before I needed the order which is more than enough time to get this correct. I had to check royal mail website as I never received any correspondence from the company only to find out they weren't being delivered till the 1st of March, 2 days after mother's day. This is absolutely not acceptable the company didn't want to take any responsibility and blamed royal mail also stating Scotland is a remote area hence the wait... They do not want to refund or be any further assistance. Complete lack of empathy. Date of experience: 17 March 2025

£59.48 for an order for mums day that didn’t arrive.Nobody answering there phone computer telling me it doesn’t recognise my order complete and utter rip off merchant stay well clear .Now need to chase my money back and my 80 year old mother got nothing for Mothers Day.

So disappointed to see what was in the box. I usual receive stunning flowers on Mothers Day from my son. My son will have paid a lot of money for these wilted and yellowing tulips. I was devastated when I saw what I had been sent. I haven’t the heart to tell him at the moment as he is away in holiday but will be telling him not to waste his money with Prestige Flowers ever again. I’ve bought nicer flowers from Aldi for less than £5. It has upset me so much to read how many people have been upset on Mother’s Day. My son spent a lot of money - what a disgrace to rip kind people off. . This company has let us all down. How can they think it is acceptable to charge so much for such poor quality flowers on such a special day. Sorry to all the mums who like me were sad that their children had been ripped off and sorry to everyone who spent a lot of money treating their mum. What an absolute disgrace. Nothing Prestige about these flowers at all.

I updated the delivery address but you delivered to my old address although you did have the new post code. This did cause disruption on mother's day and I still do not have the flowers or chocolate. I'm not sure I will be able to collect them from my old address. I've been let down and want a refund.

I received some flowers for Mother’s Day on the Saturday. I was over the moon with receiving them but I can’t even express how disappointed I was when I opened the box. The bouquet was withered with old dying roses and looked like it had been thrown together. I took several pictures to show the decayed flowers. They were very expensive and should have been bright and blooming for a week however that’s not the case and in the bin the day after. Do not order from here they clearly send out any age flower and no thought put into the arrangement and freshness of the product! Unable to add the photos as it keeps saying can’t upload, convenient.

ordered Thursday and paid extra to arrive Sunday for mother day, flowers not only didn't arrive on Sunday but they were taken to the wrong address and not picked up till Monday on which they had been unpacked and put in a vase by the wrong person, wont ever use this service again, and ill make sure nobody else does either!

Flowers, cake, chocolate and card failed to turn up for Mother’s Day. Tried calling company this morning and their phone lines are conveniently closed despite being open “9am-5pm”. I am so so disappointed and I will be requesting a refund. Wish I had seen the hundreds of negative reviews before buying, but you just trust a company to deliver the goods it advertises.
