Request next day delivery. At no point was I told they couldn’t deliver on that date a then get an email to say delivery is is going to be 3 days later!!!!!!!! Very poor

Order P11179490. I ordered flowers on 4th April for delivery on 7th April and paid £5.99 for named day delivery. The reason for this was that my niece and myself travelled almost 200 miles to visit my terminally ill sister in law on 7th April and as she is bedridden we wanted to be there to sort out the flowers for her. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered until 8th April and had to be sorted by her carers. Most disappointing

Ordered flowers was told they would be delivered 13 th April . Got email to say there not getting delivered till the 15 th April . Email received from Royal Mail today to say theve received my order today the 12 th April what kind of state will they be in by Tuesday the 15th

Ordered flowers...was told I would have tracking ...so far .. no updates ..no tracking updates... don't even know if they have been delivered. Emailed the company but again no updates...still don't know if they have been delivered and today was the day I needed them....

I too wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The flowers delivered were nowhere near what was shown on the website. So so disappointed. Could have bought 3 times the amount from M & S / Sainsbury’s for less than I paid for these. DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT LOOKING AT REVIEWS. WE can’t ALL BE WRONG. only giving 1 star because you CAN’T review without it.

The image on your website compared to what I received were a world a part. I paid £40 + delivery for something you could buy from a supermarket for £10. The personalised note was also soggy. I can’t express how disappointed I was. Thankfully my wife laughed when she saw them as they looked so pitiful. I feel I’ve been taken advantage of by false advertising and scam pricing. Won’t be using again.

My daughter purchased the large ‘Orion’ bouquet and it certainly wasn’t worthy of the cost she paid. The flowers didn’t even last for 5 days, looked like they had multiple substitutions and would not appear to have the extra flowers to constitute a ‘large’ bouquet.

Thought I'd use this company for a Mother's Day gift as I thought it would be more special than buying from a supermarket. The bouquet was so poor, nothing like the picture and at a price of £50 was worse than if I'd spent £10 at Tesco. The flowers didn't open and died less than two days later. Had a personal emergency where my wife was in hospital and communicated with the company on day four of delivery when I was able to. Was told that they couldn't refund/re send the bouquet as they have a company policy of quality issues being made known within three days. Customer service have no empathy for the customer and blatantly showed how little they care. Offered a £10 voucher off next order but anyone can get that by downloading the app so shows the level of their care. Would never use this company again and would highly recommend that no one uses them so they can go out of business as quickly as 9 flowers are. Avoid at all costs.

I have just read so.e reviews and I am shocked to even think they would pack flowers/bouquets in a damaged or broken box because they do not. It's been damaged on delivery.

Shocking. I wish, I would have looked on here, before putting my order through! Ordered flowers on Tues and paid extra for a Thurs delivery (For a work colleagues retirement). It's now past 3pm on the Friday, with still no sign of any delivery. Whilst trying to raise this with them I'm getting the same copied and pasted messages back which makes me think I'm just talking to AI. Even though, I've asked a couple of times, there's been no hint of any sort of compensation. Awful experience all round and I will never use this company again.

So disappointed. I ordered a bouquet for a friend and upgraded to the large bouquet. The bouquet delivered looks nothing like what I ordered. Prestige Flowers response is for me to follow the flower care guide! I will not be buying flowers from here again and would not recommend anyone else does. Feel free to look at their Facebook page for hundreds more unhappy customers.

Does not match the photo expected the same number of flowers, considering I chose large for the quantity, maybe large is for the length of the stem.

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet, luckily I asked for a medium size instead of standard (ii would have been better at a petrol station) I measured the vase top as being 5” and in that was four geberas ,three large carnations and a stem of small orange Lilly heads of 4 and a small amount of filler.Not at all happy,fair enough if I had just left it as standard but to add an extra £5.00 was an insult.I used a £7.50 loyalty voucher,in fairness this was all it was worth,not nearly £30 as I paid.Won’t buy again from here,thankyou 😤

Dissapointed. Flowers were late even though I paid for express, they were over priced for the rubbish that arrived. So wilted and absolutely nothing like the photo. I wasn't expecting identical but something vaguely like the photo would have been nice. It was a mothers day suprise as I live too far from my mother and it would have been better to not send anything at all, I was so embarrassed.

The selected delivery date was not met- instead it was 5 days late. The flowers were in poor condition. £5 compensation offered for over £30 worth of goods.
