A Sunflower plant that was gifted to me by my cousin for my birthday. It was beautiful when it arrived, but within 48 hours the leaves had started to curl up and the flower was dying off. I made sure the soil was damp and moved it to the kitchen windowsill, but it has continued to die off, with the buds turning brown as well. Within 9 days it looked pretty sad. I didn't want to mention this to my cousin, so contacted Prestige Flowers direct, but was told my concerns should have been raised within 3 days of delivery... Also the marketing photo makes the plant look much larger then it is. That's an observation after looking at the website to find details in order to contact customer support. And I cannot upload photos to support my review.

Please make it clear that the ‘reward’ of £7.50 can only be used on orders over £30 and NOT AT ALL if you pay with PayPal. Your response to my call was pathetic - it’s how you handle customer complaints that is important. It needs improvement

I ordered a set of flowers Monday to come for Tuesday as a late birthday present thinking theyd be abit nicer than going to the shop £44 was payed for a large set of flowers within the day they came 2 of the flowers were already discolouring. When complaining abit this and that my large was infact a small I was offered £5 credit now I’ve declined the £5 to say I want more I’ve heard nothing since. Stear clear!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered peony bouquet on Friday for delivery on Sunday. Flowers arrived on Monday and were very tired looking. Buds were discoloured and those which had opened had withered outer petals. Haven't bothered to complain as it looks from other comments company couldn't care less. BE WARNED!

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet I ordered, and subsequent dealings with this company. I ordered the ‘Rose Meadows’ for £38.47 as a new home gift for my daughter and her partner. Photo on the website is very misleading, as what turned up was very different to what was shown on my order (see photo of what the order looked like versus what we got). On sending an email about this, I was told the photo on the website was of a different size to the standard that I’d ordered, so nothing they would do about it. I’ve had better bouquets for half the price, and I won’t be using them again sadly. I’ve given one star for the delivery being on time, and one for the flowers we did get.

Purchased the large peony bouquet for my wife, when celebrating our anniversary and this was not certainly money well spent. The bouquet hardly bloomed over the week and in fact arrived with dark spots on most of the buds, which only got worse over time. Will certainly not be purchasing from here again. Better off going the petrol station.

Ordered large sunflower. Arrived looking withered and within 2 days flowers were dead. Also received sunflowers from Tesco which were beautiful, so much cheaper and still look lovely 8 days later. Because I don’t have a date stamped photo prestiage are not interested. Never use this service again

Poor service and poor recompense. Pre-1pm delivery (premium price) did not arrive until later in the afternoon, after our family had to leave the house for birthday lunch elsewhere. Whole purpose of flower delivery wrecked. On complaint to Prestige, they refunded the delivery cost only.

I ordered Brilliant Sunshine Not as lovely selection of flowers as had hoped, only 1 orange flower, nothing pink, disappointing as paid extra £10 for the larger bouquet. Packaging was good and all flowers arrived in good condition. Photos of expected v actual

Item wasn’t delivered to the correct address and was left by a courier in a ‘safe place’ that I the customer didn’t choose. Item was then lost and essentially Prestige flowers just copy and pasted their terms and conditions at me making it my fault and refused delivery or refund. So long story short - if you are going to get flowers from them, just hope you don’t have any problems because there is zero customer service and their advisors only know how to use the copy and paste tool rather than actually try and help you sort the problem. My husband has used this company for many flowers for myself and now we will look elsewhere.

I placed an order for flower delivery to a friend for her birthday, with a clear delivery date set for the following day. Not only was the courier two days late, but the flowers that eventually arrived were in a terrible state—almost completely dead. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, I was advised to place the flowers in water and wait to see if they would improve. Frankly, I find this response unacceptable. You are a professional flower delivery company, not a gardening advice line. Flowers should arrive fresh and beautiful, ready to brighten someone’s day—not accompanied by instructions on how to try and revive them. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frankly embarrassing, as what should have been a thoughtful gesture turned into a frustration for both me and the recipient. I will not be using your services again and will make sure others are aware of the poor service I received. and no offer of any kind of refund,.. avoid

The product is absolutely shocking. The website shows a blooming, healthy looking bunch on peonies, with fresh green leafage. What arrived were dying buds, drooping heads, brown petals and wilting greens. These arrived looking like Tim Burton had used them in one of his dark tales. My fault, I should have supported, and stuck to local. My advice. You do the same. The above was my original review which I wanted to update with the final response from Prestige Customer service, which was... [Quote] "After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered." Shocking response after seeing the images.
