The product is absolutely shocking. The website shows a blooming, healthy looking bunch on peonies, with fresh green leafage. What arrived were dying buds, drooping heads, brown petals and wilting greens. These arrived looking like Tim Burton had used them in one of his dark tales. My fault, I should have supported, and stuck to local. My advice. You do the same. Order Numer, should prestige want to investigate is 8909797

Twice I’ve ordered from them and both times the flowers arrived dropped and half dead. Use inteflora or a local florist these guys are scams.

I wish I could leave no stars! Flowers delivered to the wrong address, no card left at the recipients house to say where it had been delivered, tracker and picrure provided clearly shows wrongful delivery. Very unhelpful when I contacted them for help and when I asked for a refund. Will not be using again!

I ordered some flowers for Tuesday payed 56 pounds 8.99 of that for delivery never got them ,Tuesday was the day where the receiver was in , so I never got anything for my money and I will not ever use them again, absolutely money wasted.

I ordered a large bouquet and afternoon tea package. The bouquet was not large and not all the items were in the afternoon tea box.The photos were totally misleading. I was then asked to contact the recipient and get them to take photos not what you want to do when recovering from an operation!

I was honestly quite disappointed when the receiver sent me a photo thanking me for the flowers. The bouquet looked very underwhelming compared to the photo on the website to the point I felt slightly deceived - I have included the website photo and the photo of the flowers below for comparison. Flowers did arrive quickly.

Although the flowers looked lovely, I ordered from this company as I thought it was a small independent florist, so when the bouquet arrived from M&S I was a bit shocked and annoyed. Also I paid for a message to be written and this was not included upon the flowers therefore leading to my relative questioning who had sent her flowersm

I use prestige flowers at lest once a month to send to our team members to say thanks. The flowers always arrive on time, are so well priced and are beautiful. We usually get a photo a week later showing us how well they have lasted and how happy they are with them. I can highly recommend prestige flowers.

This is the 7th month in a row Ive sent flowers to Manchester England. I'm in TEXAS, US. It has always gone smoothly, except for 1 mistake on my part once, & they even helped make that right! I do prefer the arrangements in the US better, as they are more creative & special occasion specific, such as PRIDE month etc. but their service & on time delivery has been great! 👍🏻Rod Steel

The first time I bought flowers for my friends 50th and they were lovely prompted me to buy for my mum to cheer her up. The posy office delivered them limp and not much of them. So I complained yesterday. I received an email stating don't send too many emails. When I sent my complaint I attached a photo of them. I then got an email asking could I send an email when I already had. Anyway deep breath and I sent it again with more photos. Their reply: the Florist Manager reviewed the photos and stated they felt they were of the correct size and when the budded flower come out that they were of standard. Wow the flowers are limp and my mother said she could have bought better at Sainsbury's (no disrespect to them). So beware....

Shocking, appalling customer service. Flowers delivered 1 week late, almost dead, wilted. No apology. No offer of compensation, nothing. Will never use them again

Just received my flowers, or should I say dead flowers a day late 5 dead red roses and 4 dead lilies. Do not order from this company. Worst flowers I’ve ever seen.
