Extremely disappointed. Ordered as a team collection for a colleague who was undergoing an operation. What was delivered very poor quality - no way is there 21 stems in the photo below and as others have also written, mainly green stalks, no variety of flowers. The picture on the website shows a selection of different types of flower. Something like 7 or more different blooms and plants. The product sent only looks to include 3 or maybe 4 and 80% of them are one type which make the product look much less classy than the picture that secured your sale. It is the opinion of the seven customers of this product (as reviews show below), that the quality of the blooms sent are substantially poorer than the quality and range advertised in your picture in order to secure the sale and I would question whether Trade Descriptions laws have been breached. In my view if these are assembled by “experts” they may require upskilling/retraining. There are now seven customers you have lost through this particular item. When raised through the online chat the only response I received was pointing to me to text that highlighted the product received may be different to shown. I have previously ordered through and received high quality products but I will not be doing so again.

Order 8986933 looked beautiful online, large flowers with life, and a box of chocolates. Sadly, arrived over 3 hours late, missed the birthday girl, no chocolates, damaged roses and lily??? See photo. Was silly to order but am abroad on holiday. Of course I look and feel silly.

Absolutely dreadful experience! I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a medium bouquet, supposedly on sale for around £35, as a birthday gift. What arrived was a complete disgrace. The flowers were ruined, clearly past their prime, and one of the roses was unmistakably dead. When I complained through their support chat, they brushed me off, claiming their florist manager said the bouquet looked "perfectly fine” which was a blatant lie. The condition of the flowers was far from acceptable. I'm utterly disgusted and extremely annoyed with the service. Consider this a major warning: DO NOT buy from this company. Numerous other reviews highlight similar issues, so save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!"

Well, at least the flowers turned up on time, thanks to the Royal Mail! Received the Roses and Lillies, for a special 17th birthday. Delivered on the Saturday, a surprise for the Sunday ….. by Wednesday, the roses wilting and no sign of the lilies blooming. Spoke to customers service, advise, we should have called within three days, if flowers were not blooming and then we’d have been given a ten pound voucher, although the flowers cost, with the vase and chocolates, nearly forty pounds! Thanks! Would definitely not recommend!

I ordered a bouquet for a friend recovering from an operation. I upgraded to medium size for an extra £5, so cost of flowers was £33. The flowers were delivered on time. They were the correct type of blooms and in good condition but the quantity of stems was pitiful. I was embarrassed by how puny it was and disappointed that it had cost so much. I immediately emailed Prestige Flowers to express this . They asked for a birds eye photo of the bouquet once it was arranged in a vase. Again, embarrassing asking my friend to take such a photo. I sent this in another email. Heard back very quickly that the "floral manager" had assessed the photo and it was indeed the correct size. I complained further and was told "that given time the flowers would swell with water and plant feed and ought to appear more like the advertised bouquet." This is insulting, I know flowers open up but they don't clone themselves in water! I then discovered Prestige have a No quibble 100% satisfaction guarantee. So I rang them up. I was told all the same things again, basically floral managers opinion is final. I said I wasn't satisfied and got nothing but a lot of apologies. Now, when I look at other reviews I realise too late that this is a common complaint. Buy your flowers from elsewhere!!!

Again. Pathetic tiny selection of flowers. White ones, and the roses going brown. Rest were wilted or damaged. Feel really bad for the person who sent them to me. Dreadful quality.

I wish I read the reviews beforehand! I too was very disappointed with the flowers. Not AT ALL like on the photo!! Pathetic looking bouquet thrown in the vase, not arranged nicely.. Prestige flowers!! Not at all! Please do not use their service, it is very bad!

I live in Canada and ordered a succulent plant to be sent to Ireland. I'm happy with the service and how quickly it arrived. My niece in Ireland was happy with the surprise! I didn't realize such services existed till my niece sent flowers from Ireland to Canada. Thanks

Placed order on 31 July for delivery to Aberdeen on 4 August as a birthday present with flowers, card and cake. Confirmation states 4th as well. Delivered a day late. Company said Scotland and Ireland take a day longer and that this is clearly stated on each product page. It is not. Complete con. No warning when ordering or in order confirmation. Would never recommend this company.

If I could give them ZERO I would! This company has the most appalling customer service policy and department. I ordered some flowers for my 93 year old father to give to my Mum to celebrate their 66th Wedding Anniversary. They were ordered 29th July to be delivered on 1st August. It is now the 5th of August and the flowers have still not arrived! I have called and emailed their customer service team who have been most unhelpful. It was only on my third attempt and demanding a full refund that this was actioned. They try everything in their power NOT to give you a refund. You have to make sure you read the small print as they can deliver flowers up to three days after the delivery date without any recompense! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They are the worst online flower company I have ever used. Customer Service is key in any business!

I tried to get a refund for an embarrassingly small bouquet that was meant to be ‘large ‘but was told my photo did not show the stems clearly, which it did. Customer service was frustratingly unhelpful . Will never use again. Compared to M&S and Next the bouquets are very poor and definitely not as advertised.

Ordered a Grandeur bouquet for my wife's birthday, expecting something special. What arrived was small, underwhelming, and didn’t match the description at all. Even worse, the personal message I included was completely missing, so my wife had no idea who sent the flowers — ruining the entire surprise. I contacted customer service and sent them a photo of the flowers, only to be asked for more photos instead of being offered a real solution. It feels like they’re just trying to avoid responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the service and how the complaint has been handled. I won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them based on this experience.

Website vey complicated to use. I nearly gave up! I do not recall being asked for my email address and did not receive an acknowledement, so probably did not leave one. Fingers crossed delivery will be made as requested!

Flowers arrived on time. Flowers looked okay. Carnations weren’t the best. Followed instructions got them on the Friday all dead by Tuesday. My husband paid a lot for them so very disappointed apparently you have to tell them within three days if any problems so they offered me a ten pound voucher I wouldn’t buy anything else from them so declined. Please be careful if you order anything. I tried to upload photos but it wouldn’t take them

Flower ordered for birthday. Opted the large one for it to look better, but the flower that arrived looks like flowers for mourning, flower placed on a wreath. I asked for remake but they decline. Requested for a refund but they still declined. I was ordering for years now but this is the first time I felt really disappointed especially with the customer service.
