I felt the size of the bouquet that was received was extremely inadequate considering the amount that it cost. I will definitely be looking for other options when it comes to ordering flowers online again.

Bought flowers that were delivered on the wrong day. Not only that but customer service was as expected same as they send to every one. WISH I’d read REVIEWS before I decided on Prestige. Looking forward to response from Tom he must be so sick of typing the same thing over and over again. Maybe the people who profit from the company should sit down and and start again. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be recommending to anyone. 👎👎

Ordered flowers to arrive on the 28th March to go to Scotland. I received an email claiming they would arrive between 11-2pm. They did not arrive, the tracking on them continuously changes its location and still have not arrived at the destination. Fearing the worse as the order was placed 4 days ago (if they arrive dead etc - I will expect you give a full refund) As it’s unacceptable

Received a bouquet of tulips as a present . When I opened tulips looked about a week old the leaves and stems were already yellow and most of the flowers already opened and drooping . Very disappointed.

Flowers arrived yesterday 28thMarch 2025 were for Mothers Day as u can see from pictures they now look half dead a day later would have been better if I had gone to a supermarket to pick up flowers very disappointed with the quality of them

The roses were already drooping, apart from one Lilie head that partially opened the rest went brown and never opened at all. Flowers arrived late on the Friday of my big birthday weekend, with lots of visitors around and arriving I took a photo of these on the Tuesday and filled in a contact us form. I never heard back. I chased them up with a phone call and was basically told I should have informed them within 3 days and offered me £10 meaning I needed to spend more money for dead flowers! No thank you. The white roses were added to try to make the bouquet look better! I threw these away after 5 days, that was 3 days too long, I still have bloom and wild flowers after 20 days!!!!! (Looking a little sad mind you know, but 20 days!!! ) I’m gutted as my son who has just moved away organised this off his own back. He has always relied on his granny to do things!

Excellent selection of flowers and cards. One niggle in that when the site first asks for a name and address, it was not clear (to me, at least) if that should be the delivery address or the address of the person making the order. At the end of the process, it was clear that it was meant to be the delivery address but it would be helpful if the site was tweaked to make that clear.

Ordered flowers 3 days ago for delivery today. Charged 5.99 for the delivery, but failed to deliver. I'm sure Prestige will blame Royal Mail, however when I contacted Prestige asking if the flowers were going to be delivered, the customer service lady said they have til 7pm so don't worry they will be delivered, she didn't really care that the tracking details showed that the flowers were still in Southampton, 175 miles away, wilting away, and it's not like they were cheap either. Poor customer service, backed up by even worse delivery service ny Royal mail. If you're reading this thinking should I use Prestige...save yourself some trouble and use a local florist who will happily help, and will be more grateful than Prestige Flowers. I wouldn't even have given 1 star buy you have to rate them to leave a review.

When I place the order, it said it would be delivered for Mother’s Day, but the order confirmation said delivery would take place after Mother’s Day on the Monday. 😔

The flowers were meant to be sent as condolences to family of their loss. Prestige flowers employed Royal Mail service to deliver the flowers and left them behind rubbish bin. What should be their brain to use Royal Mail for delivery? The whole exercise was to send the message of comfort and they put it next to rubbish bin. I have no words…

Prestige Flowers are a very easy site to follow and use, you can choose your choice of flowers at the price you wish to pay, also able to add an extra gift if you wish , write a message or send a card. The added guarantee is a good bonus. I have used them for all different occasions, the flowers are always delivered on the day selected and the receivers of the flowers are always very happy with their beautiful blooms.

Ordered flowers at 7:15pm on Thursday for next day delivery it is now 8:20pm on Friday & still no delivery. Royal mail have not updated their tracker & delivered the flowers to the wrong mail centre & since 12:53 today the flowers are still sat at Leeds mail centre. Disgraceful delivery & total lack of clear communication & update. Will never use prestige again

Really disappointed. Have used Prestige several times previously and have been very impressed. This time they used my billing address as the delivery address. I contacted them within 3 hours to try to either change the delivery address or cancel the order. The delivery was not due until 2 days later but they refused to amend or cancel. The flowers they deliver are lovely but their customer service is sadly lacking!

Even though the outside box had been squashed by post office, the flowers inside more than made up for it. The arrangement is beautiful and l am delighted with them. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to give someone a special treat. Thanks so much 🙏 xxxx

I really do NOT like your website. I do not expect to have to make an account with every single purchase I make online. You should have an option to pay as a guest. When I made an account and put my card details in it was not clear how to actually pay. "Checkout Now" is not what I expect to see after I've already put my card details in as I'm already checking out by that stage. "Pay now" is much clearer and should appear immediately under my card details.
