Dreadful flowers-arrived 24hours late.. for Mother's Day... wilted after 4 days... customer service no help!! They only help after 3 days... so pay for a bouquet and it dies within 4 days 😌😌terrible value for money-my Tesco bunch were still alive and beautiful (and half the price!!!)

Delivery was on time, but the Roses were beyond saving. Heads were broken, clearly not in a good state when packed, and package thrown over back gate (despite the recipient being in. The freshias were lovely, and they lasted well and as expected. But the whole order should be in this condition. I haven’t bothered contacting customer services as easier to find another source, I have used postal services before and no issues at all. This just ticked the box that I sent flowers but not satisfactory for the recipient or value for money. It’s not worth the disappointment I’m afraid

P11193773 - failed delivery due to Royal Mail means flowers are not arrived. Prestige took zero responsibility, will not offer a refund and essentially said it's not their issue. Worst is, they can claim from royal mail so not only am I £60+ short, they will claim which make it extremely profitable for them not to offer refunds. Wish I'd checked here before. Really really poor

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered sat 12 April , didn’t arrive just rung customer service only to be informed that the post code that I always use is a digit wrong & therefore my fault so nothing can be done so including postage I have wasted Ā£36 . Absolutely fuming I’m 78 & can’t afford to lose that amount of money so now will have to order some more but never from prestige .

I ordered these flowers as an anniversary present. When received the red roses looked terrible, old and damaged. When I contacted customer services with photos their answer was just the damage is only to "guard petals" and there is no quality issue with the flowers. Nevermind how they look and what that says to the person receiving them !! They really do look terrible and the response from the company is rather astounding. I would think twice before spending your money here.

Poor quality and quantity received in relation to what I thought I had ordered. Not worth the £49 paid for them. Emailed a complaint with pictures to be told nothing wrong with the flowers?

I wish I had taken a photo of my bouquet when I received it. It was absolutely shocking. I paid over £60 for the worse bouquet of flowers I had ever received. It was already dying when I received it, the roses were already dying, the lilies never opened. This was the first and the last I will buy flowers from this company. The flowers my husband got me from another company are still triving 2 weeks later.

I ordered the upgraded Large Ivory harmony flower that obviously increased the cost. The quantity I received was shocking I wouldn’t be happy if I got that quantity in a standard package especially considering I paid a little under Ā£50 . I emailed a complaint and I was told they don’t see anything wrong with them i responded I wasn’t happy they told me there’s nothing they can do. The quantity of flowers compared the price is ridiculous would never order from these again

Horrendous. No body every use this company. Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife on the morning of our wedding. Still no flowers a day later. So if you are wanting flowers for the biggest day of your life to be delivered to the love of your life. Pick somewhere else

Request next day delivery. At no point was I told they couldn’t deliver on that date a then get an email to say delivery is is going to be 3 days later!!!!!!!! Very poor

Order P11179490. I ordered flowers on 4th April for delivery on 7th April and paid £5.99 for named day delivery. The reason for this was that my niece and myself travelled almost 200 miles to visit my terminally ill sister in law on 7th April and as she is bedridden we wanted to be there to sort out the flowers for her. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered until 8th April and had to be sorted by her carers. Most disappointing

Ordered flowers was told they would be delivered 13 th April . Got email to say there not getting delivered till the 15 th April . Email received from Royal Mail today to say theve received my order today the 12 th April what kind of state will they be in by Tuesday the 15th

Ordered flowers...was told I would have tracking ...so far .. no updates ..no tracking updates... don't even know if they have been delivered. Emailed the company but again no updates...still don't know if they have been delivered and today was the day I needed them....

I too wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The flowers delivered were nowhere near what was shown on the website. So so disappointed. Could have bought 3 times the amount from M & S / Sainsbury’s for less than I paid for these. DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT LOOKING AT REVIEWS. WE can’t ALL BE WRONG. only giving 1 star because you CAN’T review without it.
