Terrible product. Flowers that are delivered do not reflect what is advertised. Abysmal customer service. Ordered these for a birthday gift on Monday 1st to be delivered Thursday 4th, came the day after the persons birthday. Box was damaged and flowers also and stems where very sparse. The customer service team and florist manager seem to think the attached picture of the end product reflects what they advertised. I would not use these people. These flowers cost £37.00 including delivery

Received these flowers from friends which was a lovely thought but so disappointed with the flowers . By day 3 they looked dead . All 3 roses had dropped as well as other flowers and were brown . Feel bad my friends spent their money on them .

Don't use this company in the picture on the website theflowers look lovely a nice big bouquet but what turned up i could of got from a petrol station for £8 and I paid £45 with delivery. I even paid extra for a large bouquet I was very disappointed. I contacted them and after sending pictures of the flowers to them they said that I had been sent the right bouquet. I won't be using them again and would advise anybody else not to.

I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday from my grandsons. The flowers are beautiful, thank you prestige flowers, i would have given 5 stars, unfortunately despite paying for delivery on my birthday they arrived a day later

Ordered flowers for friends experiencing a bereavement. That was Thursday with next day delivery. Saturday, 48 hours later, they have still not arrived. No reply to my ‘live chat messages’, emails or calls since Friday. Zero customer service, zero interest once they have your money. Avoid.

If you’re in Scotland not worth ordering for a specific day. Not said up front but rolled out as an excuse for late delivery is this: deliveries to certain areas, like Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other remote regions, sometimes take a little longer than usual, as explained in our terms and conditions’. So… only deliver on time in England and Wales?

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I could have bought better flowers at Tesco for a 5th of the price or even from a garage forecourt. Absolute rip off for £36. Will not be using this company again. Absolutely embarrassing.

Honestly the worst flowers I have ever seen I payed £60 and I would say £15 flowers from tesco are a lot better look at the pictures

Ordered a "large" bouquet, arrived on time, however I was very underwhelmed with the arrangement. Looking at it, I thought I was sent the small or medium option in error. Contacted them and was told that "we can confirm that the bouquet you received is of good quality and matches the size you ordered. Please note that some flowers are deliberately sent in bud form to ensure they stay fresh and last longer, we absolutely understand that fresh flowers can sometimes appear slightly different on arrival, especially before they've had time to fully open and bloom." All of the flowers were already in bloom apart from the lilys so they are not going to change much. I have now given up on buying online flowers.

What a disappointment! Upgraded to the medium bouquet and received 9 limp flowers for £35. After sending photos and them being reviewed by prestige apparently that is perfectly ok.

My flowers, arrived by fedex 3 days late in france, apparently only half the address was on there, ( how that happened i don't know, as i put the full address) there was a telephone number which could have been used to call my son straight away, (if as they said no complere address) by the time they called the cream flowers were brown. It was for their 1st wedding anniversary, very dissappointing.

I will try to shorten this to relevant points I received the Da Vinci bouquet as a gift from my daughter.i was thrilled, they were on time well packaged and breathtaking!! They gave me such a lift. After 6/7 days however they were gone -dead despite me following the instructions to the letter. I emailed customer services explaining my disappointment Georgia replied apparently there is a three day window in which to complain she told me!! I replied I would have had to have a crystal ball to know they were going to die. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered a ,£10 voucher. Totally inadequate - a replacement bouquet or full refund at least. I later found my daughter had purchased the premier delivery package hoping to use your services again. My daughter also emailed you only to be met by the same intransegence So disappointed

Giving this company one star only because there isn't a zero star option! Ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet. Paid £45 including postage. What arrived looked like something that had been put together from leftovers. Nothing like the picture on the website. Fobbed off and told I got what I paid for upon contacting customer support. Total rip off. Buyer beware!!!!!

Prestige Flowers have an easy site to follow, first choosing the colours, type of flowers, the size of the bouquet that you would like to send and even next day delivery from late the evening before. Also you can add that 'little something extra' with a touch of a button. The flowers have always arrived on time and the receivers are always very happy letting me know how lovely the bouquets are. I so wish id read the reviews before purchase. I was very disappointed and embarrassed with the bouquet that was delivered to my friend. It was not a true likeness of what she should of received, i have seen nicer arrangements in my local garage. I will say though, they did arrive on time and Natasha at customer service was very polite and professional. I have been offered a small site credit, which would be great if i had any intentions of using them again, it would have been better as a refund to my account. After reading the reviews, My experience was definitely not the first. Perhaps going forward you can state the average stems for each bouquet, so you have an idea what your getting. Or change the site photographs to reflect exactly what you will get.

The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the one I placed the order for & some look worse for ware. The price ok, but they kept wanting you to up grade your order & delivery was on top. The delivery was on time this is by Royal Mail though.
