I got a delivery and the flowers lets just say I could have got a better from Tesco and at cost of the price. What was pictured was definitely not what was delivered. This was ordered for a special occasion. The customer service response was on another level absolutely shocking. Receiving a bouquet in a box when the water drains out is something else. Would definitely not recommend.

Ordered the ‘Rose Serenade’ flowers for my mum going through a traumatic period in her life and the flowers were not how the were described or looked online. They were delivered with the bare minimum flowers in the bouquet. Very disappointed as they were rather expensive.

I live in Australia and my sister lives in the UK, sometimes it’s hard to know what to get your loved ones (especially as the years go on and we’re not relying on mum and dad to get pressie’s for us anymore, cause we’re apparently adults now!!! hehe) But Prestige Flowers are my saviour…she loves, LOVES flowers and they have the best arrangements and pair it with some bubbles (or a selection of goodies)…JOB DONE!!!! They deliver on time and are easy to deal with, third year using their services and will continue to!!!

I am absolutely horrified with what has been delivered. I have spent the best part of £100 on two "bouquets" of flowers for my Aunts 70th birthday. Only to receive a tracking update to show that its two 'boxes' that have been delivered instead. If I wanted flatpack, I'd have gone to Ikea. If I'm ordering a "bouquet", I expect it to reflect that on delivery, a nice surprise, something special. Not a couple of boxes. I am absolutely horrified and embarrassed that this is what has been delivered on a special 70th birthday. When I've contacted customer service the response was 'we're an online florist, this is how we deliver'. In that case, don't advertise your flowers as bouquets. I've ordered from online florists before and never had a "bouquet" delivered in a box, unless it was specifically a 'letterbox' order, which would be expected. Not a £100 order. I'm beyond words.

Extremely disappointed, ordered a large bouquet for a birthday and the bouquet was a standard size with maybe 12 stems at best which cost almost £40. Could buy the same quality and size bouquet for £10 at tescos. I reached out to customer service who believed this was acceptable and classed this as the large bouquet which is extremely disappointing and misleading via their photos. Do not recommend purchasing from here.

Just had flowers delivered for my terminally ill mother in law and I'm sorry they've got better bunches in my local morrisons for £15 . Very disappointed will be letting the person know who sent them

I ordered a bouquet large and chocolates for my cousin overseas. The picture and what she received were not even close. Very embarrassing. One tiny sprig of babies breath. Obviously ordering from overseas is not the way to go. They did not care to rectify my.concern just kept sending standard messages back that the person should follow instructions to get the flowers to bloom. There isn't even enough flowers. That was the biggest size.

I absolutely love prestige flowers ! I love the flowers , the different size options , the rewards! I have just placed an order and used £25 credit that I had points on from placing a previous order and downloading the app ! I’ve had a nightmare with other flower providers but never this one. Delivery time amazing also.

I am writing regarding the order I placed for. Unfortunately, the flowers I received are not what I ordered, and they do not resemble the product shown on your website. This was meant as a gift for our anniversary, so you can imagine my disappointment when the flowers arrived and were completely different from what was advertised. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this and let me know how you intend to resolve the matter. Whether by sending the correct flowers or arranging a refund.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. I have ordered fresh flowers teddy bear and chocolates as surprise delivery to my friend. I ordered 2 weeks in advance and company had plenty of time informing me that they won't be able to deliver to Chanel Isles however they didn't, the charged me and no flowers no teddy delivered not on day of delivery not even after. Shocking customer service not willing to offer reimbursement or track down my order as it is still showing midlands on tracking nearly 4 days after sending order of FRESH flower. Dissapointed with service I don't recommend as they seemingly do not appreciate customers and when the tracking is not working they don't even bother investigate. I wonder if they even send it or just took my money and that's it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you wish for flower delivery to your love ones I am sure you will experience better from any other service provider.

After many days of trying to get help with my complaint I feel I must send a very negative review. The flowers I sent to my sister and her husband for their 40th Wedding anniversary were nothing like the advertised picture. There was shortage for flowers and what were delivered where not very good. I will never by from Prestige again. I do wonder if the email I got were indeed AI and not real people. Maureen McGrath

I have used this company many a times in the past. I did the same as usual this time, ordered a £50 bunch of flowers for my friend as a treat, 40 year friendship. She send me a picture. It was nothing like I ordered, if I wanted a Tesco £6 bunch I would have gone to Tesco! Instead I went here, as you can see from the pictures they are very different, Jennifer was not bothered apparently a manager had looked at the pictures and said they are the same and wait for flowers to open. No refund.. nothing. It’s been two days and my friend had just messaged to say the flowers are dead. What a waste of £50. Stay away from this company! I now worry what others have received from me in the past. My auntie works at trading standards so I’ve shown her. She’s taking images and emails into work next week- as she can’t believe it either.

I paid the express delivery fee for next day ‘guaranteed’ delivery. The flowers weren’t delivered on time and I was refused a refund for the cost of the express fee. I’d use a different company. Wouldn’t recommend
