Wow ... I'm totally blown away by the audacity of this company. I wish I'd read the reviews about "Prestige" Flowers before ordering. Not only did the order NEVER ARRIVE when I specified a delivery day/date, but I paid a premium for a "prestige" service. A full 48h before the delivery date. So what does "next day" mean to this company ... ? Absolutely NOTHING, that's what. The company's SEO co-ordinator must be paying a fortune to be at the top of search engine lists!! As with other reviewers, I paid extra to have a maximum bouquet with add-ons. Not a single sign of them on the specified day/date of delivery, & the company couldn't give me a tracking number either. BUT their courier, in this case Royal Mail, could. And Royal Mail informed me that their shipping was due on 03 March, a full 2 days AFTER specified. Despite paying for 01 March. So the flowers & perishables (food items) will have been sat in the depot for more than 3 days after collection to boot!! After contacting the company, they told me to allow time for the delivery. I knew that was a desperate ploy to placate me, & as I know all the Royal Mail staff in my area, I knew that the package wasn't going to materialise. NOT recommended at all, & this has spoiled our anniversary as far as I'm concerned. And I bet I don't get the refund I've requested, despite the company breaching the sales contract. And please, Prestige Flowers, don't hide behind the "we can't be held responsible for shipping delays" excuse ... your promises are empty. Pathetic.

Hello Jim, We’re truly sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive on the requested day and that you feel let down by our service. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and we understand how disappointing this must be, especially when it affects a special occasion. We always strive to deliver our products within the estimated delivery times and we use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. However, there are certain factors outside our control which can cause delays. Please be assured that we are working hard to minimize any delays and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Kind regards, The Prestige Flowers Team

Dreadful quality flowers. Looked nothing like the pictures, ordered a large bouquet but when I complained they admitted they only sent a medium. Only wanted to offer a £5 voucher refund which doesn’t even cover the price difference between a medium and large arrangement. Worthless anyway as I wouldn’t want to use the again. The 100% guarantee is clearly worthless. Wish I’d seen the other reviews before!

Received flowers as a gift last Saturday but by the following day the flowers were smelly and rotting. Contacted Prestige Flowers but unfortunately as I was unable to do so within 3 days of receiving my order, they were unwilling to help other than offering a £10 voucher. Poor standard of customer service and certainly wouldn’t deal with this company in future.

Used these to order some flowers for my mother in-law, they arrived today total wrong flowers with most of them dead. When I contacted them and sent all images they said it was acceptable ? They clearly show the dead flowers and the wrong ones in there but according to them there supervisor and the florist manager said it was correct. They never offered to correct the mistake or any kind of compensation. Advise for anyone do not use them!

The flowers that were advertised were nothing like what arrived. What arrived was sad, sparse, and contained 20% of what the image displayed. I understand that these arrangements are outsourced, but it appears that there is no real oversight to prevent you from being ripped off.

Like many people here, I wish that I read read the reviews on Prestige Flowers before ordering, because I share a similar experience. I paid over £60 plus shipping for a bouquet for my wife's birthday because I was away and what arrived is not even up to the standard of a £15 bouquet from the supermarket. I paid extra to 'go large' and I don't believe that it changed anything. The bouquet contained less stems than are pictured and the picture claims to be taken of the medium size. I already contacted the company and they told me to allow time for the flowers to full open and bloom. I think this is just and excuse. I see on the reviews that they often offer to 'put it right' and I sincerely hope that they do for me. It's just not good enough!

I've always been satisfied with the bouquets that have been sent, but this last one was extremely embarrassing. It looked like it came from some cheap garage, I contacted customer service and all they offered me was £10 off my next order, woefully inadequate, I asked for the flowers to be replaced as it was for a bereavement. I would have been happy to continue to use Prestige had that happened, but never again. I'd assumed it was a mistake and then remedied accordingly, but no, so no thanks.

The bouquet arrived in poor condition. Most of the flowers were brown and visibly dying. Company responded that these were “guard petals”. Every single petal must be a guard petal when every layer of petals is browning. The condition of the bouquet is disgraceful. I had squashed flowers at the base of the arrangement which I’ve highlighted and have not been addressed in the companies replies. I was charged for a handwritten birthday message. The message provided was handwritten in tiny writing on a piece of paper and does not justify the additional charge. I could have done better myself for free. I included a photograph of this card in my complaint but was asked to provide it again after bringing it up multiple times in my replies which shows my complaint was not reviewed properly. I have requested a complaint reference number on four separate occasions and been ignored every time so I have no choice but to take it further as the company are refusing to take accountability.

Hello Sarah, We are truly sorry to hear about the quality issues you have experienced with your recent order with us. This is not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold, and we fully appreciate how disappointing this must have been. The level of communication received on this occasion certainly wasn't to our usual high standard, and details of this are currently being forwarded to the relevant team members to investigate further. By taking such measures, we are hopeful that issues such as this will not arise again in the future. I can see you are in contact with our management team regarding this, and we do hope this can be resolved. Kind regards, The Prestige Flowers Team

Paid £40 to have flowers deivered to my wife on her birthday, 20 February. They were not delivered. I emailed on 21 February and got this response: "Your order has been marked as despatched for delivery on 20 February 2026. Not assigned tracking yet" Completely hopeless. Total waste of money and time. Will I get my money back? Of course not! Don't have anything to do with Prestige Flowers. They are incompetent and duplicitous.

I reached out to Prestige when I found out that my sister did not get the flowers I ordered. My sister lives in Chester and the flowers were to be sent to her address in Chester. Prestige delivered flowers to same street address but in North Yorkshire not Chester. Prestige basically said they would not send flowers to Chester. Very disappointed ☹️ I will never use Prestige Flowers again.

Please avoid! I ordered 3 expensive bouquet of flowers for my loved ones on Valentine’s Day 2026. 2 of the 3 arrived dead and broken petals. I am not one to complain but this was a very embarrassing experience - the flowers looked completely destroyed. After multiple attempts to ask for an apology and a refund, I was told by “Aaron” that they would not issue refund as my pictures were AI! Can you believe how sad this situation is and to get treated this poorly by “Aaron” their customer service person who has no understanding or accountability for their mess! Honestly guys for your own sake I’ve written this review and I will follow up on Tik Tok and Instagram with the full video and evidence for you guys. Just head down to your nearest florist or any other supplier I’m sure wouldn’t be this unfair and awful!

Very disappointing! The worst florist I have ever ordered flowers from in the UK. I wish I'd have seen all the recent bad reviews, as I would've ordered flowers for my friend through a different website and saved my money and any embarrassment. I ordered the large bouquet, specifically so it resembled the flowers in the website photo. I understand that there may be variations, but what arrived was laughable - A sad, sparse arrangement that could've been brought at the supermarket for a quarter of the price. I emailed customer service thinking they would resolve quickly, but instead was told twice that the "Florist Manager" had reviewed the photos, and that what was received was correct. All the responses to bad reviews are "...this is not the standard we aim for..." in which case, why are they not putting it right?

We have received a beautiful arrangement of flowers but unfortunately we did not order them. According to the note inside, they were meant for someone called Tony who appears to have recently lost his Mother. They were sent to our address at Haydon Way House, Coughton. I have looked on the Prestige Flowers website but I cannot find any contact tel number or email to find out where they should have gone to. If you can help, please let us know. Susanna

Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid £49.91 for 30 red roses to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The order arrived 3 days late, they charged the delivery fee anyway, and instead of 30 red roses I received only 20 white roses, completely different and 10 flowers missing. No proper refund, no real compensation, just excuses. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I strongly advise people to avoid ordering from this company, especially for important occasions.

I ordered some 'La Belle' for Valentines day, no issues with the delivery, but when they were taken out of the box we could see that a few of the heads were hanging down. We swiftly placed them in water in the hope that it would perk them up. Sadly, it did not, and there were 4 stems drooping and 1 stem with the petals falling off. I contacted customer services and was offered a £10 credit, which is useless to me. So I asked for the £10 to be refunded to my account, I was told they wouldn't do this and I could just take the issue up with my card issuer. They know this wouldn't make a difference because the product arrived safely. Terrible customer service - I won't be ordering from them again.

I purchased some Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife and chose the before 1pm delivery service to be delivered on the 13th. In all fairness, the delivery aspect of the order is out of the suppliers hands…but the flowers hadn’t arrived 3 days after the original delivery date, meaning I had to go out and buy some replacement flowers. What did bother me about prestige flowers, is although I paid an extra £8.99 for the delivery charge, they allow 3 working days after the specified date for the flowers to be delivered which completely defeats the point of a special delivery service! I thought that was the worst of my problems, but unfortunately I was wrong. When the flowers arrived 3 days after Valentine’s Day, I couldn’t believe what they had sent. Considering I’d spent nearly £50, the flowers which were packaged up looked like something you’d buy from a petrol station. I showed photos to prestige flowers, comparing the quality and size of my flowers to the ones I thought I was ordering but they were happy with what I’d been sent so no refund for me!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a bouquet based on the photos shown on their website, but what was delivered looked NOTHING like what was advertised. The bouquet was small, poorly arranged, and honestly one of the ugliest flower arrangements I have ever seen. It was embarrassing to give as a gift. I contacted customer service first and provided photos, hoping they would resolve the issue before I left a review. Instead, they claimed the bouquet was “good quality” and refused to offer any replacement, refund, or solution. That response alone shows how irresponsible and unprofessional their customer service is. I am attaching photos of: What I ordered What I actually received Let buyers decide for themselves. Please be very careful ordering from this company. What you receive may not match what you see online, and don’t expect them to stand behind their product if there is a problem.
