I ordered flowers for my Mum's 86th birthday and paid a total of £42.98 including delivery charge. I added a safe place delivery spot at my mum's home just in case she had gone out. I received an email update from Royal Mail to say that my Mum's flowers had been re-routed from the Midlands to Edinburgh today and my Mum lives in northwest England! Original delivery time was between 10:50am to 2.50pm on initial email. Flowers had arrived at 16:12 at Edinburgh! I rang Prestige flowers and gave the order number and asked why the flowers had arrived at Edinburgh from the Midlands! I was told that this was probably a mistake by Royal Mail when they had updated the tracking. I don't think this was a electronic mistake and that the flowers were at Edinburgh. I was told by the Prestige Flowers representative that the flowers could be delivered up to 7.30pm at night. Flowers never arrived, these were for my Mum's birthday. I've ordered from Prestige a number of times and never had any issues. £42.98 was paid and no flowers. I won't be ordering from Prestige again and will be demanding a full refund as the contract has not been fulfilled at their end!

Beware - my orderfor a new mother and baby flower and vase was not delivered to the address but left in a non designated 'safe' place. Only when I had to contact my granddaughter next day to ask if she had received the flowers did I discover that no, she had not. An outside search found them. This was not the peaceful event I had hoped for. They are, of course, at home all the time so certainly could have accepted the gift if they had been contacted. Presige have been less than helpful or sympathetic - and blame the courier. I understood that the order I placed at considerable cost was with Prestige. A sad tale to tell at the moment of welcoming a new baby.

The worst business I've had to deal with ever. I ordered flowers for the passing of my Uncle. I live in Canada and the family I was sending to lives in Cornwall England. The picture of what I ordered (and I upgraded the order to ensure it would be beautiful) and what arrived was a complete sham. I sent a message to the business right away as I was mortified at what had been received as I was ordering on behalf of the family in Canada. I sent pictures as well and they said that they could not "see" from the photo I sent and asked me to send a bunch of other photos including a "birds eye-view". Ridiculous! I was not about to call my family who were grieving the loss of their father to do a photoshoot of some crappy condolence arrangement. I was stunned at the response from this company. Then they had the nerve to offer a 15 dollar discount on future orders with them! So, no refund, no offer to 'make it right' or attempt to deliver another arrangement. Interestingly, when I contacted them to complain, they have an actual complaints contact that you connect with. THAT'S HOW BAD THEY ARE! These people should be ashamed of themselves and not be in business. This was so upsetting for all of us.

I brought flowers for my mum for looking after my dog, the flowers came in a prestige condition and she loves them. I have ordered flowers before from else where and they have come all broken. I would definitely be ordering from Prestige Flowers again as these flowers were well looked after and handled with care. As soon as she opened the box she could smell the beautiful roses I got her. Thank you so much for your service and will for sure be ordering from you again.

I ordered a bouquet for a special birthday, hoping to surprise someone with something beautiful and thoughtful. Unfortunately, what arrived was nothing like the picture on the website. The flowers looked dull, lifeless, and poorly arranged — and they were delivered very late in the day, completely missing the moment I wanted them for. I reached out to customer service with photos, expecting some understanding or at least a partial refund, but instead was told that the bouquet was “of good quality” and “matches the website.” Honestly, that response was so frustrating — the flowers looked nothing like the vibrant, blooming arrangement they advertise. It felt misleading and dismissive. It’s really disappointing when you spend good money on something meant to make someone’s day special, only to feel embarrassed and let down. I wouldn’t trust this company for important occasions — the quality, service, and customer care were all far below expectations.

I made a complaint in relation to my satisfaction, i initially gave a 1 star review but after the customer care I have received I decided to change to 5 star as the team were sympathetic and ensured another bouquet was delivered. Well done to the customer team

Im disgusted in them..3 days late. Customer Service didnt care just ring back if I didnt get them that day and there see what's happened..but said no way to any refund..I googled flower shops near me turns out they came from midlands and used royal mail.. not like they was cheap . Stay away from them if you want your flowers on time . And now after I do this there's a drop down which does let you answer there own questions RUBBISH STAY AWAY

Do not use. They use royal mail. Late delivery and royal mail did not deliver on day. Said yhe bouquet was coming from local florist. Then why use royal mail. FALSE ADVERTISING

Requested an afternoon tea to be delivered in 3rd October. Ordered on 28th September thinking that was enough time. It was my friends birthday and they were staying in their holiday home from the 3rd to 5th. The parcel arrived on the 6th when they had gone home. It was delivered and a photo was taken of the parcel but I could only see the parcel so no idea whether it was taken in by someone or left outside. I phoned Prestige Flowers and said the small print said there was a 3 day window which I thought was 3rd 4th and 5th but apparently not it was to the 6th. Although customer advisor apologised I didn't feel there was any sincerity in apology so am very disappointed as my friend didn't get her pressie and I have no idea where it is. Unfortunately for this reason I won't be ordering anything more from Prestige flowers as not only disappointed with parcel not arriving but disappointed with the customer support.

After a good experience with some blue lilies in the past, I ordered a different one, expecting it to be the same quality and would last the same or similar (the lilies lasted us for a month). In less than a week I had to throw them away, it's disappointing because it's not cheap. Also, I ordered a large and looked more than a medium size flowers.

I was sent birthday flowers. The first bunch (roses and lilies) was two days late from the guaranteed arrival time and were in a bad shape - most of the flowers were wilted - lilies fully open and two dead roses, the entire bunch only lasting two days and the box was damaged. Regarding the replacement bunch (different and not as big nor the same flowers as the original) arrived within time but most of the white lilies had turned brown within two days and whole bunch past best soon after. My partner (who ordered them) did not receive a good aftercare service and had to argue for a replacement after they arrived not fit for purpose.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I paid about £70.00 with the delivery for large Windsor wedding flower. 1- I received with delay . 2- It was so small of course the money which I paid was large!!! Not the same as they showed on their website. 3- 3 of the flower were broken. 4- it was in BLACK BOX IN BLACK PAPER WRAP FOR WEDDING PARTY!!!!!! I emailed them and they asked for some photos, I did it . They asked for mor photos for second and third time, I send more than 20 photos for them. Finally they said photos not clear and they offered £10 credit for my next order!!! ARE THEY THINKING I AM COMING BACK TO THEM? NOOOO EVEN WITH FULL REFUND. Wasting time and money with them. zero stars if I could.
