Leaving a 1 star review due to their Courier choice, 2nd time I’ve ordered and my item has had to be re-routed in less than a month. 1st incident was Mother’s Day flowers for my children's nan, customer services weren’t very helpful so haven't even bothered notifying them this time, but yes their choice of courier have now had to re-route my mums Easter flowers. Obviously I have contacted the courier to complain and their customer service team are just as unhelpful. Flowers will eventually arrive but really how many mistakes do their Courier need make before they change to a reliable company.

I ordered a next day bouquet of a large Crimson Desire. I received a standard size. Apart from being ripped off financially, the person to whom the flowers were supposed to be for will not be getting what was anticipated. It will be a florist or supermarket that I shall be buying my flowers from in future. Very disappointed and angry.

Dont trust the delivery date, small print gets them out of delivering when they say they will and customer service is a waste of time, get caught in an unhelpful loop.

Very poor customer service. Received flowers from my daughter for Mother’s Day and they were dead the next day. Despite contacting the company who promised prompt action nothing has been heard from them. Dreadful.

Terrible. Ordered flowers for my fiancé for her wedding day which arrived the following day. What sort of company advertises next day delivery on flowers for special occasions doesn't complete their task. If you need flowers for wedding or special occasion, use someone else. Can't be trusted. No message to say sorry or sorry these will be late, is there anything else I can do

Had a bouquet of flowers delivered to us yesterday for a sloum event from friends. Although extremely pleased with receiving the gift we are very disappointed in the quality of the flowers as not going to be able to display for long as wilting already. Feel so sorry for friends who have spent so much for so poor product ..

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. One for my stepmother that arrived on time, the other for my mum did not. They eventually arrived on the Tuesday! I contacted Prestige and they replied with a series of generic emails and my issue has not been resolved. To add insult to injury I continue to receive advertisement emails from them every day. I would never order from them again.

My order was delivered correctly on the specified day and the recipient was delighted with their flowers. First time using Prestige Flowers and would definitely do so again in the future.

Wow !! I had some ocean lillies sent to me , which was so lovely. They are stunning , they smell incredible and honestly couldn't be more beautiful!! The smell fills the room & the size of the flowers are bigger than your hand . I would use this florist myself to send someone some flowers .

Beautiful flowers but completely wilted after 5 days, considering how much you pay I expected them to last longer, a supermarket bouquet bought three days before lasted longer. Was upset as they were a mother's day gift, very disappointed with the quality

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They misrepresent what they are selling and I am embarrassed that my mother received a bunch of flowers that cost £41 (inc delivery) that I could have bought in a supermarket for less than £10. I was actually shocked when she sent me photos and complained straight away and said ‘there was a slight quality issue’ and I was offered a £5 credit to which I responded that I wouldn’t order from them again. They offered to send a replacement bunch which arrived today as was the same as before. I have just emailed again and am contacting trading standards as they should not be allowed to continue scamming customers. We send flowers to loved ones at difficult times along with times to celebrate and I am embarrassed that this bouquet appeared to represent my appreciation of someone that had been through so much and this company unashamedly think it’s acceptable to mis-sell their products.
