To say I am disappointed with the flowers I received from my 2 children for Mother's day is an understatement. The majority of the pink stargazer lilies have never bloomed and just have a crispy, withered look about them. My children saved their pocket money to buy me these (dad placed the order on their behalf) so it is them I also feel sorry for and I have have said next time to go to a supermarket and buy me a bunch for a fraction of the price and in much better condition!! The white lilies are ok but the picture on the internet is NOTHING like what I got delivered and certainly not worth the £35.49 for the flowers and £5.99 delivery a total of £41.48 paid by my children.

I ordered x 3 lots of flowers from website. X1 flowers had an issue with address. As soon as I realised I let them know . They ask for order number I send and the correct address. Flowers have been returned to them . I was on holiday I tried to sort but nothing happen. J rang them on return followers still not delivered . They say they are sorry they are unable to give a refund or delivery the flowers as its being returned to them. I spend over £ 100 with this order and they couldn't do anything for the order. I won't be be using thèm again.

I won't be ordering from this company ever again .they have my money but never delivered the flowers on the day. There response was one of indifferenece,they could not careless about there own standards. I believe the flowers arrived the day after which was pointless the moment had passed. I don't think this company can be seen as reliable or efficient

Flowers delivered on 2nd April were clearly past their best (and likely surplus stock that had been used for Mother's Day - 2 days earlier). In registering a complaint (because after 2 further days most flowers had wilted) I find that I had previously received poor quality flowers in 2022 - when, in response to my complaint then, the company refused to accept that their flowers were not 'prestige' quality. Be careful - expensive for what, in my experience, twice, is nothing better than a local supplier.

My husband ordered me some flowers for my Anniversary where is stated, as it does on lots and lots of bouquets NEXT DAY DELIVERY. They cost £55. My flowers did not turn up at all. I waited all day but no flowers. My husband phoned, asking about the flowers to be told they could arrive up to 7.30pm. They did not arrive. They were ordered as it said next day delivery. After phoning the following day I was told there is a three day window for when your flowers could arrive. After the third day they would refund delivery charge but not flowers. Absolutely shocking. This means although it says NEXT DAY DELIVERY it could up to three days after the requested date of delivery. Unbelievable. This customer service is something I’ve never known. The date of delivery is so important to the person receiving the flowers. Whatever day you order your flowers for they could be up to three after??? This company needs to take NEXT DAY DELIVERY from beneath the bouquets shown. But this third day window will apply to all flowers ordered. False information. I am so upset. No flowers. No refund. I will, obviously never be using this company again and I suggest you don’t too. I can’t tell you about the quality of the flowers as I have not received them. So upsetting.

What we ordered to what we got I have ordered before and had no issue but my mum was away for mothers day so ordered flowers when she was home. Not half as nice as pictured.

I happen to find Prestige flowers a few years ago online, so i gave it a go. Best decision ive made. Flowers are the best quality, they always get delivered as promised, and always brilliant communication. All positive every single time ive orderd. Thank you.

The flowers that came were not worth the price, the box was damaged and the actual flowers are dying despite only just getting them, I bought some for mothers day that were a lot better from a different company…

Ordered a parcel to be delivered for my wedding anniversary and despite repeatedly calling and chexking for delivery it hasnt been delivered on time and still waiting. The staff seem to be repeating auditioned apology notes and did not help. at all other than offering a 5.99 voucher which I do not want, Now wife is not happy and no one takes responsibility for the inconvenience this has caused. Poor poor service.

Absolutely disgusting flowers for 60.00 euros only lasted one day roses all brown around the edges greenery wilting all came squashed to death. Would never buy again . Could have bought better at local supermarket for third of price. Lesson learned

Completely ripped off and disappointed. Ordered these for an anniversary gift whilst deployed overseas for my partner to receive. Once opened, half of the flowers were dead/ dying. Recommend not purchasing and feel lied to baring in mind their website states “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed”.

If I could give 0 I would. My daughter purchased flowers for me for Mothers day which did not arrive until the Monday. My daughter had to ruin the surprise when they did not arrive on Mothers day. She was so upset about this. When they arrived it was nothing like the picture my daughter sent to me to show me what was ordered. They were nothing like what was ordered. It was an insult. The flowers were very poor quality and not a full bunch. My daughter sent an email and has not received a response from Prestige. Bad customer service. Unhappy Mom and dissatisfied and disappointed

This is the third time I have used Prestige to order flowers from America to England. Their website is straightforward, their flowers are lovely, their price is reasonable. One time the delivery went to the wrong house, but they made it right and it was important. When people order flowers from a different country you like to feel confident that all will go smoothly and for the most part it does or I would not be a repeat customer, which I am.
