Very expensive and bouquet looked nothing like the photo (much smaller). AVOID! Then when emailed for my review, I gave this feedback along with a photograph taken on the day (sent from my friend who received them) to be told there was nothing they would do because the photo wasn't date stamped! Absolute waste of time and money. Use a local florist instead.

Terrible. Overpriced and underwhelming flowers. A 'large' bouquet for £42 should have been impressive. It disappointed on every level. Customer service is just as disappointing as the product.

I have used prestige many times over several years and until today have never been disappointed. Whilst the flowers are fresh and buds to open, the size of the bouquet is much less than the online photo advertised as a small bouquet. Customer Service argue that there is nothing wrong with the product so I guess my loyal custom has meant nothing. Disappointed as they are not cheap so would expect better.

Really disappointed with the quantity of the flowers especially as I had gone for the large option, I contact them using the chat, got no where realy, saying to wait three dys for them to bloom, the roses are already in bloom. no matter how they bloo the the quantity was not there.

Very poor quality and small bunch considering this was meant to be a large bunch from what I understand was a premium quality service. I have complained so hopefully the matter will be relived but really this is not good as it was a thank you gift for the support my wife gave me though my recent cancer surgery.

Flowers do not arrive the next day. They are sent by royal mail and therefore cannot guarantee delivery, even though you pay £5.99. Do not use this company. Not helpful at all.

Absolutely nothing like the photo. £39 for this measly looking thing. They were a present and I felt utterly embarrassed when she sent me a photo of them when she'd received them. There are nicer bunches of flowers at the supermarket for a fraction of the price. The difference between the photo on the website and the reality is almost laughable. They should be embarrassed. Save your money!

The product is absolutely shocking. The website shows a blooming, healthy looking bunch on peonies, with fresh green leafage. What arrived were dying buds, drooping heads, brown petals and wilting greens. These arrived looking like Tim Burton had used them in one of his dark tales. My fault, I should have supported, and stuck to local. My advice. You do the same. Order Numer, should prestige want to investigate is 8909797

Twice I’ve ordered from them and both times the flowers arrived dropped and half dead. Use inteflora or a local florist these guys are scams.

I wish I could leave no stars! Flowers delivered to the wrong address, no card left at the recipients house to say where it had been delivered, tracker and picrure provided clearly shows wrongful delivery. Very unhelpful when I contacted them for help and when I asked for a refund. Will not be using again!
