**** ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY **** If I could give zero stars I would. Their advertising pictures are completely unrepresentative of what you receive. I ordered a huge bunch costing over £60 and it looked worse than a supermarket bunch. It is a con. And when you contact the complaints team about this they don’t care and just offer a trivial £10 gift voucher to spend on more flowers with them!

Lovely choice of flowers , website was not the best to be honest, also very frustrating would not accept the discount code at checkout ....so a expensive frustration for me 🤨

Ordered flowers yesterday for my niece who is ill but was not happy with the picture she sent me the ones I ordered were a mixed the ones that was sent where all white 6 flowers in total lots of leaves very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for our 1st wedding anniversary. Specifically ordered ones that vaguely represented what my wife had on our wedding day. Shocked to find within 48 hours of delivery that the flowers were basically dead! Contacted their customer support to be told that any refunds can only be offered within 3 days of delivery, and that the delivery day counts as the first of these three… even though the flowers weren’t received until most of the day had passed! Given that I’d spent nearly £40 on this bouquet I’d have at least expected them to look vaguely similar to how they were presented on the website, but even when they arrived it was shoddy at best. Shocking customer service and will not be buying from this company again. Seems the company don’t really care as soon as the flowers are delivered. Customer after-care & repeat business aren’t things that they’re overly concerned about. They say the journey of these flowers is guaranteed to be excellent. Well it couldn’t be further from the truth.

Why bother to ask for a delivery dates if they can't adhere to them? If they know they are going to take up to three days then send them three days earlier to make sure they arrive on the given date! If I had known they were to be delivered by DPD I would never have used this company. The delivery date has passed - and still no flowers! Quick enough to take your money but don't deliver the goods! Literally. Useless company, tant amount to fraud! Paid over £40, but offered £5.99 as a "goodwill gesture" No goodwill as far as I'm concerned! I would add a photo but without the goods that's impossible!.

Having used this company many times to send flowers and been very satisfied, my last 2 experiences are not so. Firstly a card was omitted from a sympathy delivery, secondly having been offered a £5 credit there was no opportunity to claim this on my last order!. Very disappointing 😞

I paid extra for the large bunch. Really disappointed in the size for the price. Feel ripped off, to be honest. Would not purchase from here again and definitely not recommend. Could have gotten a much better bunch from M&S for half the price.

If you're ordering for a funeral do not use this firm, their next day is not a courier service but the royal mail (who in error took my flowers to another DO for some strange reason). A decent florist would see the RIP and church delivery as a sensitive delivery, not prestiege, they will say that the service you chose can go to 730pm which is laughable for a funeral delivery. Thoroughly disappointed with the service, computer says No.

The delivery was next day and arrived early in the day which is good. The flowers were not as pictured. they were very sparse and definitely not what I would expect from the image provided and additional payment for a large option. On contacting customer service the response was quick however they insisted the bouquet was acceptable.

No tracking information provided, customer service did not provide a solution and the desk was closed the whole weekend. You select a date but they will deliver 3-5 days after the selected date. Do not recommend.

A £50 bouquet was half dead within 48 hours, fully dead within 5 days - £60 total order as I paid for 1pm delivery. I gave customer services all the evidence they required, they lied about information in their terms and conditions and when I highlighted this they just didn't acknowledge it. Made me jump through hoops and after it all offered me a £10 voucher to use on their site. Will never use again. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee means absolutely nothing.
