Ordered the large birthday roses and lilly's bouquet and birthday card for my wife's birthday and payed the extra to get them delivered in time. The only good thing about the whole order was it did arrive on time. The bouquet definitely wasn't as large as expected, it fitted in a small vase and they started wilting within a week. The roses didn't open at all till they withered and they were situated in good light. The birthday card was a joke, looked like a piece of folded paper the size of a small envelope with a pathetic print on it. Will never order from prestige flowers again. Unfortunately they went in the bin before I knew I could take a photo of them for this review. Lesson learnt 😡

These were for a special friends' cremation. Extremely disappointed. Could have bought a nicer bouquet at half the price. Hardly any flowers - at a cost of £44.97 inc postage. Will never use again.

Ive had a few bouquets from prestige and always been happy,the last delivery though in general were ok, some of the roses were aging at the edges .Time will tell if they improve.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my sister's birthday and this is how they arrived. The bouquet was extremely small and £45 - nowhere near the size of bouquet I bought from many other companies which was classified as large. Upon emailing to enquire about the size/price, I was simply told that the bouquet was large, and that was it. It's only been a day so I am not sure about the quality of the flowers, but I can tell you that you'll get a much bigger quantity in supermarkets for a fraction of the price. I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money on an important present, because they all say pretty much the same thing - small, bad quality, arrived late etc. It's a shame they didn't offer any compensation for the evident let-down and quality of what they sent, good quality customer service usually makes up for mistakes and errors. Prestige Flowers should take the clear patterns in their bad reviews and make changes based on customer recommendations.

I ordered flowers from my friend birthday and set a date. Flowers were delivered the day after . It was so disappointing. Customer service unhelpful, should have been reading the reviews earlier. Very unprofessional and unreliable company.

Very disappointed with what arrived, I emailed them because I couldn't believe I'd paid an extra £10 for a large bouquet. They reassured me that it was large. Judge for yourself with a side by side photo provided.

Absolutely beautiful bouquet. The process from order to delivery was completed in less than 24hrs. A lovely hand writen card was included and we also could add an audio message which was lovely. The recipient was delighted. Will buy again.

I chose this bouquet for my cousin. It looked colourful and plentiful. I hoped this would make her smile during a bad time in her life. I was so embarrassed at the photo of what she received. I would appreciate a reply regarding this.

Look awful not worth half the money i paid! Supermarket/petrol station flowers at best. Not atall like the pictures, disappointed as ordered for wife on our Anniversary

I gave a lovely bunch of flowers as a 60th birthday gift. I am so happy with them. My friend said that they were beautiful and looked like a fresh bunch still, after a week. Would recommend this company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was very disappointed. I ordered flowers and it said delivery on Sunday. Flowers were delivered until the Tuesday. If I knew this would have delivered elsewhere. Very unreliable service. Plenty more florists to guarantee delivery dates. Be aware!

I paid for the best that could be delivered (£61.48) and so expected that my wife, who is a flower enthusiast would be delighted. Unfortunately this is not the case. The delivery came a day late, with the cardboard box in a damaged state. This delay had affected the flowers as, for example, the yellow roses are drooping (ordered Wednesday, now Saturday) and I'm told they will not lift up or open properly. looks like the first and last time i will be using you - Prestige not the right name for the company.

Had flowers delivered this morning…paid extra for the large bunch and definitely not worth the money…very small bunch. I wouldn’t want to see what the small or medium was like. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. The quality was terrible. A few of the flowers were dead and the roses were wilted. Did not expected that at all. Although, I upgraded the bouquet to large if seemed to be a smaller size. It was embarrassing when I received a photo of the flowers. Very shocking. NB The pictures in the revieware from the day after that the flowers arrived.

Paid for the large bouquet and the size and quality were a real let down, the roses were already wilting and the size of the bouquet seems smaller than what I had upsized and paid for. Will not be ordering again.
