The bouquet ordered for my Mums 70th delivered yesterday is disappointing… image on website does not reflect the number of stems delivered despite paying extra to upgrade to large. 4 each of tulip, carnation, roses and one tiny sprig of gypsophila. Given the price paid, would have been better off getting some from the local garage. Not disputing the quality the flowers are lovely but customer service reply with standard cut and paste responses and won’t acknowledge what the issue is. Have used Interflora for years will be going back to them

Very disappointing flowers didn’t look great when they arrived but thought they would perk up when trimmed WRONG looked dead and ready for the bin by day 6 apparently if you want to complain you must do this by day three but they only tell the sender this not the receipient so nothing they will do will never use this company!!!

BLOOMING HELL! Disappointing that such beautiful flowers are misrepresented and advertised. My selection of a very simple bouquet of tulips and gypsum has specific meaning as an expression of my gratitude and love to someone incredibly special. The most haphazard bunched up stems of tulips with a hint of gypsum was delivered. +ve's: delivered on time! Speedy response online to customer complaint! BUT! I remain completely infuriated and I AM NOT 100% SATISFIED! Both the service, experience and less-than-expertly-arranged flowers! I agree to pay for the cost price of the flowers, but expect a refund of the florist costs.

Absolutely! Shockingly bad I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bunch of roses and lilies medium size. What I got was six dead wilted roses and three lilies All I have been offered is another bunch of flowers I don't want/need another bunch of flowers. I want a refund and they are refusing

Flowers were nice but went with Prestige as offered next day delivery. Instead it took two days and missed the occasion they were required for. Wont use again unfortunately.

I have used prestige flowers many times now, sometimes very last minute. They have always delivered on time, everytime. I’ve referred many of my friends, and they all have had the same experience.

Very disappointed in this company. Although I have ordered from them previously, this time I feel really let down. I paid £36 to get flowers delivered next day for a unwell member of the family, they never arrived. A tracking photo was sent as proof however it did not show the property or have a signature. The live chat were very unhelpful when our concerns were raised, and expected us to knock on neighbours doors to try and find them. I will not use this company again, or recommend them to anyone else.

I signed up for the emails to be able to use a code for money off. It stated:We hope you enjoy being part of Prestige and that you enjoy using your exclusive promotional code which is valid for 7 days! I took that to mean I was able to use the code for 7 days straight. How wonderful I thought. I was wrong. I feel the wording is somewhat misleading. I was able to use the code once! I had three bouquets to send so ended up just using the code once on the first bouquet and using a different service for the other two. I can't comment of the flowers as yet as the delivery is scheduled tomorrow.

The bouquet I received was 4 stems of lilies with some greenery. Usually, each lily stem would have 2-4 buds in my experience. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 stems had only one bud, the others being cut off for some reason. I messaged Prestige immediately and sent photos and was told that the Florist Manager and the Customer Service Supervisor both felt the bouquet met their required standards. So, at least half of the buds missing from half of the stems is acceptable? I certainly won't be using them myself and suggest you don't either. Marks & Spencer who I usually use would certainly not have felt that their standards had been met!

I sent these flowers to pick up my friends, they do not look like the ones I bought a lot of money for not much flowers . Thought I would use you for the first time but very disappointed.

Within the last week I had flowers delivered for my mum's 93rd birthday and definitely not upto scratch looked tired and not fresh, sent pictures and complained, within a few minutes received a reply apparently their florist manager said they were fine 🤬 another bouquet was delivered to my mum from Prestige ordered by my ex wife and they were even worse, I'll never use this company again

I ordered these flowers, Pink Sunshine, large bouquet for my aunt's 80th birthday, she received them today and when I saw them I was very dissapointed, they looked nothing like the Pink Sunshine advertised. I won't be using this company again.
