I bought these flowers for a friend who had just lost her dad after a long battle with cancer. I found your company online and used them based on your trust pilot reviews however I am appalled that the courier has just chucked them over her garden gate with no care whatsoever. Not just that judging by the size of the box (and I upgraded to a larger bouquet) I was misled about the size of the bouquet. Really disappointed..what I thought was a heartfelt gift doesn’t look like much thought at all!! Not sure I would use again unless they can convince me otherwise.

Ordered from the Castle Howard Collection as it was for my mother's 80th birthday. She loves flowers so I thought I would splash out (over £70 with postage) to get what looked like a really beautiful and unusual bouquet. Sadly the bouquet that was delivered was such poor quality (dead and wilting flowers) that my mother had to throw most of them away. They were so bad that she complained to Prestige. Eventually they sent another bouquet, but this was long after her birthday, and the surprise and pleasure that she should have had from them was lost. Very disappointing.

Awful. Do not buy flowers from this website. Be better off buying some from your local garage. For the price of the flowers are priced at you would expect better. £35 on around 5 flowers. Honestly shocking.

I ordered a large spring bouquet and vase for my sister’s birthday. They arrived a day late, with a broken vase. The flowers did not look like any bouquet on the website, and certainly not £37.99 worth. I will not be ordering from them again.

The delivery of flowers was left outside in between 2 wheely bins, no card out through the door and nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. The recipient has not received the flowers. Customer services were unhelpful saying nothing they could do. Very disappointed and will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I paid over £40 for nothing!

Paid for named day delivery for my mother’s 70th birthday. Receive email late on the delivery day saying they would not even be attempting delivery and it would be a day or maybe 2 later. So upset for my mother on her birthday esp as i live abroad so can’t see her. Customer service said they will not do anything about it as said this is normal - apparently a statement is buried in their Terms saying that being upto 3 days late is considered acceptable. I would not have ordered from them had I known and will not use again. Awful service. Based on the other reviews here I hold out little hope for the flowers still being fresh when they arrive.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, St Patrick's day. I received email from royal mail Stating returned to sender, phoned customer service who tried to tell me that I had entered an incorrect address. I told her that I had not entered an incorrect address, but was told that there was nothing that they could do, and that was that, no refund, or appoligy,no nothing. STAY CLEAR of prestige flowers!! Very dissatisfied customer.

Flowers arrived in appalling condition, sad and floppy. I was told to send photos, which I did and they didn’t see and issue and advised they’d be fine in 3 days. They were not. Flowers still had roots on the ends - apparently this is normal. No refund because the “supervisor” said they’re fine. Left a review and was offered a freebie to use within 6 months… Customer service is severely lacking. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Supermarkets are better value. Check all reviews before buying - trust pilot etc. I really wish I had.

Order number 851143 I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to friends. It arrived on Thursday. However the box was damaged and the few flowers were extremely poor quality and half dead having been wrapped in barely damp tissue. I paid for a larger bouquet… which was tiny and didn’t fill a very small vase. The 2-3 sad roses were already drooping and the rest of the flowers and foliage withered and dry. I contacted customer services on Monday and was told that as three days had passed I was not entitled to a refund or replacement. The phone lines are only operational Monday to Friday so it would have been impossible to contact them within the the three days. I was offered a voucher towards another purchase but categorically refused as I will NEVER use them again. DREADFUL QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRESTIGE FLOWERS …THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT!
