I ordered flowers for a friend who was recently bereaved and not only were they delivered two days late most of the blooms were already dead on delivery. My friend was not home when delivery was attempted and instead of leaving them with a neighbour they were left outside the property on the floor in the summer heat. When I complained I was not offered a refund as my friend threw the flowers away before taking any pictures! Customer service in dealing with my complaint was awful. Very poor service and I will not be using them again

The flowers ordered were pink roses with Lily's they were delivered as red rose nothing like the picture . This seems to be acceptable with prestige flowers I will not be using or recommending them to anyone

Wow, to send flowers out like that is DISGRACEFUL. £37 for that. I paid extra aswell. I want my money back.

I ordered some flowers for my mum based on the reviews and the photos on this website, the flowers were delivered next day as promised and she was really happy with them, my mum is a seasoned gardener and very discerning about her flowers. Its always a risk ordering flowers online but I would not hesitate to use Prestige Flowers again. Thank you.

Didn’t get my gift delivered on time and received no help at all. I placed order 3 days ahead of Time . Why do you call it next day deliver? Very disappointed

Very poor quality, delivered on thursday, Friday the flowers looked terrible and brown, by Sunday they were dead, and wilted.

My daughter purchased me a hamper for father's day. It didn't arrive until the day after with a warning not to consume if not received on Sunday. Contacted PH and was asked to select another hamper and a delivery date, which I did. Despite waiting in the hamper was delivered on agreed date. Contacted PH again. They advised me the hamper I had chosen was out of stock, and to choose another. I chose the wine hamper. This arrived on schedule, albeit a week and a half late. The hamper consisted of one bottle of wine, value £7.99. Very poor value and equally poor service.

Dreadful customer services. A £40 birthday gift that lasted 2 days before wilting and dieing. Would not offer a replacement as I contacted after 4 days and the time is apparently 3. I have taken photos for my records I I currently have my husband in hospital with a brain tumour so could absolutely do with some compassion.

For my 80th birthday received a most expensive looking bouquet of flowers , the following morning all the red roses had dropped their heads , dead , so disappointed to have to tell my son , he was furious.. as I can’t contact anyone to complain we will not be dealing with ‘Prestige Flowers’ ever ..

Absolutely awful! Will never use this company again. Ordered flowers costing nearly £50, could have got a better bouquet from the supermarket for a third of the price. Flowers lasted from Saturday to Wednesday. They were for my parents golden wedding anniversary. Quick reply from customer service admitting that there was a quality control issue, where I was offered a £10 voucher against another order! I declined the offer stating I wanted a full refund, I was then offered another bouquet, declined again as I didn't want or need another, they should have got it right the first time. I was then offered a refund of £10. Not acceptable but as the occasion has passed and the upset over the flowers has calmed, I won't be pursuing. I will never use this awful company again. Abysmal. I have tried to upload a photo after trying to fill in the questionnaire at the end of the review, funny but half the questions can't be answered and there was a problem uploading the picture.

Absolutely Awful. Quality of flowers shocking. Only half the advertised amount of flowers actually sent. Some already brown, deformed stems, broken heads, the list goes on. Customer service shocking, insulting, just didn't care, even though they agreed the quality was poor from photographs supplied. Offered a refund of £10 credit, ( no waywe would ever use them again!) Then offered £10 refund, when flowers cost in excess of £40!!! When refusing £10, whi h is an insult, they said there was nothing else they can do. Like stated above, only half the flowers supplied, and they were dreadful quality. Could have bought far better and more, flowers in Aldi for a quarter of the price. Sent to me from my daughter and grandaughter which was an awful lot of money to them, but they were trying to make my day special. Actually made my day worse, due to them being upset that they had spent so much on such terrible quality flowers. Advise to avoid this company.

Unfortunately, the roses were in a very poor condition on arrival. The images were totally misleading. Very disappointed, having being cautious reading some reviews, however was convinced there is a procedure if we were not completely satisfied on the chat box, so made the order. Big mistake. Tbh they should of been binned after 3 days & already wilting on arrival. My wife said - sorry to say, worst you've ever sent me! So purchase with caution...

Terrible! 1st and last experience of Prestige flowers. The website pictures are nothing like what's actually received. And unless you are sending flowers to yourself you'd never know. Picture on the right is the website picture and the one on the left is the actual bouquet in large. Just awful. I also had to chase the tracking details as nothing was sent.

Really awful experience today with Prestige Flowers! I ordered a bouquet yesterday to arrive for my mums birthday today, paying £44 for a medium size bouquet which was apparently meant to match the size shown in the main website photo for that listing. What actually arrived was less than half the advertised flowers, most of the stems were badly bent, quite a few of the (minimal) flowers had already started turning brown, the roses were very small and the ‘greenery’ was unacceptable. I went straight to live chat on the website, sending lots of photos as proof. The agent came back saying the florist agreed there was a ‘slight’ quality issue (understatement of the year!) and I was offered a £10 credit, which I found insulting. I said it was absolutely not acceptable and I wouldn’t be ordering again, so was then offered a redelivery for tomorrow. Again I refused as it is my mums birthday today, not tomorrow, and I also didn’t want to receive another disappointing bouquet. I was then offered a £10 refund, which again I refused as it wasn’t sufficient, so they said there was nothing else they could do and if I wasn’t happy I could raise a dispute with my bank! Really really awful customer service, and really awful flowers. I could have purchased a better bouquet in a supermarket at less than a quarter of the price! I’d advise anyone to AVOID Prestige Flowers and go elsewhere. I have a lot of photos to share, but unfortunately it will not let me upload, and is showing an error message. I will try to upload again another time.
