PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered flowers for delivery, did not return up, they used every excuse in the book to fob me off, saying it as a courier delivery issue that I had to resolve, even though I paid them for the delivery cost direct.

Ordered for my grandma who lives in rural Scotland from austrialia delivered in 24 hours She's really fussy loves a moan and she approved which is pretty hard to get from my 89 year old granny 😂 speedy fast and fresh I read reviews online after I ordered and was worried But way better than next or m&s will deffos use again thanks 😊 guys

Order flowers for my mums 70th birthday. Looked nothing like I ordered abd looked like they gad been dragged uo the road. Will mot be using again very disappointing.

Do not order from this site. Flowers looked nothing like the photo, missing flowers, brown stems and almost dying. They agreed to send 2nd bunch but even worse. I asked for a refund but offered 10 pound voucher which would be useless as why would I order again after being ripped off!

Extremely disappointed with the size of the bouquet for a significant spend. The order wasn’t even complete and was even missing a flower, however I don’t believe it would have improved the overall look. Having received a lovely bouquet myself I thought I would use this company but the experience was certainly not the same. You would do better grabbing a bouquet from Tesco for £12 and it would have been more impressive. I spent a lot of money expecting a decent sized floral arrangement. I am extremely disappointed and therefore I would not recommend this company.

paid for a large! omg it definitely wasn’t a large! the amount of flowers that was in there! it was a joke! do not recommend these at all. don’t waste your money honestly

I would give zero stars if that was possible. The flowers delivered were completely different from those ordered (I mean COMPLETELY different!) and they were in a very poor condition. Despite numerous attempts, the company have completely refused to give me a refund. I am taking this further as it's disgraceful. I strongly suggest you don't use this company.

Do not buy from this company, save your money you will only receive what looks like a garage bought bunch that will last 3 days tops. They have no customer service skills and will not help with your complaints. I’m not sure if my review will be deleted but if you do see this try another company.

Poorest customer service! I have asked to provide a receipt as I didn't receive they have asked me for information which I have provided and they have decided that I wasn't a name customer since it was a gift and refused to help. Would not recommend and will not be using them again

The poorest quality I’ve ever had and the poorest service. After approx 7 emails from different people , only one was helpful but still with no success. The end result is that my daughter returning from hospital received tulips in a box that were droopy and after countless conversations , I’ve given up. What was meant to uplift and make her happy made both of us so sad. I send flowers as I live on the other side of the world from her but this time the result was poor to say the least. There has been no empathy given here and the flowers are certainly NOT PRESTIGE. Being an online company only is certainly no excuse ! Will certainly not be recommending and will be writing a very honest review. And just as an aside, yesterday I ordered flowers for my friend at home. The flower company sent me a video and the courier sent me a photo and message - such a contrast to your very poor poor service.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Two orders later has made us realise that this company is an absolute scam or we just must be that unlucky and unfortunate to have received the most sorry looking "large" bouquets of flowers. What they advertise is nothing what we received and for the price I wish I just went to my local garage and picked up some flowers of better quality and better priced. After a complaint was submitted they did agree that there was a quality issue and refunded and replaced the bouquet but just received the same sub standard bouquet. Flower heads were coming off the stems. What was left of the flower heads wilted after less than one day. Sparse at best with more foliage than blooms. I would love to upload photos but unfortunately there seems to be a problem doing this.

Waiting to see what the flowers and chocolates are like plus the delivery. Frustrating that for some reason Mon 26 May was blocked out for deliveries with no explanation all other dates avaiable. The order summary on the webpage said 1 x rose and the full proce paid, however it seemed to omit the chocolates I added to the order as part of the overall price

I ordered a bouquet of pink flowers and got a bunch of clearly yellow ones (see photo)! I naturally complained only to be told that the flowers were delivered on time and were of good quality. Whilst this was true, I again pointed out that I specifically ordered pink ones, not yellow. They disregarded and dismissed my complaint saying that the Head Florist had examined the photos I provided and could find nothing wrong with them! This unbelievable blatant refusal to admit that they had got it wrong and apologise amazed me. I will not be using Prestige Flowers ever again and would urge others to be very wary of this company and their shocking way of dealing with very justifiable complaints. There are dozens of other online florists that offer a great products and good customer service, unlike this lot.

Unfortunately will not be using them again. They delivered not the flowers I ordered. I ordered the May bouquet in medium size. The flowers that blooms in May. I ordered those flowers as they were my friends favourite colours and her birthday is in May. Did complain about the wrong bouquet. They could not give me a satisfactory answer . All the answer I received was how well the flowers looked. Nothing about why they change my order.

£55 worth of flowers looked like £7 worth. Flat, lifeless and died within 24 hours. Picture on website did not match what was received. Customer service was appalling- only offering £10 credit voucher. Useless as never using this company again. Do not use this company if you don’t want to waste your money. Review only allows you to write about delivery and nothing else!
