The stars are for the website not the flowers. I have had to use you a couple of times recently and both times the app corrupts the delivery address. As today's order is for Sunday I can't even speak with anyone to correct the address as noone in office on the weekend. I sincerely hope they turn up at the correct place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a bouquet with roses, expecting it to match the advertisement, but what arrived was nothing like the picture. The flowers were dry, old, and far from fresh. They were also noticeably smaller than what was shown on the website. This is completely unacceptable. I wanted to surprise my wife with a thoughtful gesture, but instead, I was left feeling embarrassed by the poor quality. I will never use this company again.

Flowers were expensive for what they were particularly as they arrived a day later than both the supplier and courier suggested. Definitely would not use this supplier again.

I paid 52 pounds for a bouquet to be delivered to my friends who had suddenly lost their mum . I paid for next day delivery total cost 52 pounds. Two days later no bouquet no text to say it had been sent I was worried. I rang them to inquire where the bouquet was apparently it had been attempted delivery twice no text or email to collaborate this. And my bouquet could either be collected or was with royal mail for last 3 days . I can only imagine the state it is in I asked for a refund to be told I am not entitled I cannot believe the shocking customer service I have received. Avoid at all costs

Following on from my previous negative review. The company would not refund me for very poor quality flowers sent. They offered to send another bouquet but this has not been sent on time..... Another failure of this dreadful company.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to friends yesterday. The box was damaged and the flowers inside were only wrapped in damp tissue. The flowers are dropping already and half dead. Absolutely disgusted. Having paid £35 plus delivery, I am beyond disappointed.

I wouldn't order here again, ever. I will attach a picture of what I ordered vs what was delivered. At first they offered me a £5 refund.As they said it was only missing one red tulip. I declined their offer. However through instagram they offered me a full replacement bouquet. They sent one the next day, But as you can see it's nothing like they advertise.

Ordered a 'Spring Blush' bouquet, upgraded to a large size, it was delivered next day, however it was MUCH smaller than the image. The image looks amazing, what arrived was maybe half the size. I emailed customer support and after review from a manager, they agreed to send out a second bouquet free of charge. Great, I thought they would make sure this one was spot on. What arrived was possibly smaller than the first bouquet. I emailed again and was told that apparently now the bouquet has no quality issue and is the correct size. I write this as a warning to potential customers. I have linked the image they use on their website, and the 'large' bouquet that was actually sent. You could spend half the amount at a supermarket and get a much nicer bouquet.

I am so disappointed that my order was left on the street pavement and not at the door of my friend. Today I learned the sad fact, and she never got the flowers. Your delivery man could have easily left it with any neighbour. I would like to request a refund is to resend the order again.

Don’t not use if you are paying and expecting next day delivery. The website promises alsorts but doesn’t deliver what you expect. Stick to using local florists who will go out of their way to ensure your flowers come on time. Biggest mistake ever using this company when I paid for next day delivery for a special occasion and didn’t arrive til the day after. So angry!!!!

Bouquet was very small for the price. I ordered the medium size at £42 with delivery .The arrangement looked more like a £15 from a supermarket.

Tried to order flowers over 24 hours and the website was refusing my card and not giving me an iptuon to authenticate at any point. Tried to email and got told to call. Called and got told to hang on the line was on hold 7 minutes woth a silent line. Hung up In the end and ordered elsewhere... prestige by name... not by customer service.

Had a surprise delivery from my mother...most of the bunch were good to last.. however the only two pink roses never opened..I know how to care for them and so was disappointed after good money being spent. I have had beautiful fair trade roses from the co op many times that bloomed beautifully and lasted a long time! Disappointed. Have not told the giver as would be so disappointed too.
