I received a box of ranunculus today 2nd April, as a gift for an upcoming birthday. The box arrived with a couple of dents in it and the flowers, when opened, were somewhat battered. I had to bin 5 stems because the flower heads were broken off just below the bud. Deeply disappointing and will be asking my family not to waste their hard earned pennies to send me flowers again. I don’t know when the item was ordered or when it was despatched; I am assuming next day.

Flowers arrived very droopy and petals already falling off,absolutely disgusting,very disappointed with this company as is a lot off the reviews,these flowers where a birthday gift from my son I sent him a picture of what I had just received and he said what is that thay look half dead already. Would not use this company again if this is what thay send out. However Sarah from customer service was very helpful. And agreed for a replacement to be sent out so will see what this is like.

I am extremely disappointed with the bouquet I received. I ordered a “large” arrangement, but what arrived was a fraction of the size shown on the website. The difference is obvious — the advertised bouquet shows around seven roses, while mine contained only four and looked sparse overall. even the standard has 5 roses! and one bunch of Lillies! What made the experience worse was being repeatedly asked to provide more photos, including a bird’s-eye view, despite the issue being clear. These flowers were for my mother, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and I found it completely unreasonable and insensitive to keep requesting additional photos from her. This felt misleading and poorly handled. I would not recommend based on this experience unless the company improves both the accuracy of their products and their customer service.

Prestige let me down so badly. The "bouquet" shown had no resemblance to what they sent. If you have a complaint you will have to wait 3/4 days and take daily pictures to have any chance of an apology. I would definitely not recommend this company. Andrew Armitage.

I ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered on the same date to the same address, which I had to pay delivery on twice. But okay, I went ahead. The delivery arrived on the day expected but with both vases smashed. On asking for a refund of the vases and of course the delivery which was provided poorly and with a late Mother’s Day present ruined I was advised delivery was provided to the standard you think is acceptable, so decided no refund of that would be applicable. Not even one of the £6 delivery fees. Obviously, meaning you’ve lost a future customer over the price of £6 or £12 depending on which amount you could have refunded for delivery. Ellie M seemed reluctant to even try and assist any further. Shame as the flowers looked nice. But many other companies I’m sure could do the same with fragile items in tact. 👍🏼

Flowers not delivered next day as chosen. I was informed my order arrived 5 minutes too late even though I was able to select next day and day of delivery and placed my order many times on the website before it went through successfully. If next day was no longer an option for my chosen date, I should not have been able to select it- next time I will go elsewhere.

Supposed to be delivered Mothers Day 15th March and finally arrived on 17th. Looked very jaded and had to throw some dead ones out after 2 days. They were thrown out yesterday. Complained and offered £10 voucher towards another bunch. Why would I order more after that so refused ! They were sent by my son who is overseas so really upsetting.
