Ordered flowers for a funeral 10 days ago. Funeral tomorrow. They are sending via royal mail and delivery window is after the funeral. Useless

Although you placed the order 10 days in advance, we prepare all arrangements 24 hours before dispatch, so the additional notice does not affect the preparation timeline. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN I would be very careful in ordering from this company as the photos of bouquets that you see are nothing like what you get when ordered. Types of flowers, colours and broken stems were nothing like the photo which is false advertising. Customer service advised that the bouquet met their standards and no refund or discount would be given. I will never use Prestige Floweres again and would advise others to find som other company where you get a bouquet with the flowers and colours that you have ordered and paid for. Ordered rose freesia large . Which were sent as a gift .for my sister .nothing like the picture no yellow flowers more greenery than flowers . Dissapointed

Flowers arrived dead! And nothing like the photo emailed them to complain they are saying the flowers are fresh and there's nothing they can do. Extremely poor customer service and quality I would not order again!

Ordered a "Large" bouquet, got a meager handful DO NOT expect the product you ordered to be what is delivered. The company will attempt to pass off any size of bouquet as a "large" - I'm absolutely disgusted

I ordered the Rose and Lily bouquet for a friend's birthday. I was embarrassed when I saw what arrived, looks nothing like the pictures online. I emailed to complain but was told on various occasions that they saw nothing wrong with the bouquet and I got what I paid for (a medium sized bouquet). They told me that they followed the size guidelines, and in fact they gave me extra flowers . When I bought this there was no mention on their website about a size guide, or a disclosure statement saying that what you receive will look different to the images advertised. I asked for a refund many times, and they eventually offered to send me a replacement bouquet 'as a gesture of goodwill'. I contacted my bank and they helped me get a refund. I strongly suggest find another florist delivery service - your time and money will be saved! Buying from this company is not worth the hassle.

Well beings the flowers I ordered was an Anniversary surprise, I did not know that when they were delivered that you had to cut your own flowers then put them in a vase .and do your own arrangement, to late to cancel .So now I have had to order some more from another florist so they come ready done in an arrangement and in water. What a expensive experience didn’t notice they are just online flowers.

I wanted to order flowers from the US to the UK. The bouquet I wanted was shown on the website as 27.99 reduced from 38.99. For no reason I understand, I was charged 33.49 plus 5.99 shipping. Seems I may have been charged shipping twice? I ended up confused and annoyed.

Because we were so delighted with the first time we used Prestige Flowers, we have placed another order today. The recipient will be over the moon with her flowers just like the last time, I'm sure. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and was very disappointed. There were much fewer flowers in the bouquet that arrived then advertised on the website. and this is after i added an extra charge for the large bouquet on top of this I added a card , again extra charge , that never arrived! very disappointed

The flowers were bright and fresh but not what I asked for. Bit disappointed. OK it was florists choice but mostly Chrysanthemums and not a completely mixed bunch as expected.
