I ordered the Florist Choice Bouquet to be delivered to my Mother for Mothers and paid for the upgraded medium bouquet. The bouquet was on offer for £32.99 (half price) and looked beautiful it the advertisement, a full bouquet full of roses and multiple other flowers. What arrived was 4 x Chrysanthemums and 2 x carnations stems with a load of filler foliage and gypsophilla. It looked like it was £6 from tescos at best. I have been liaising with Megan B from the customers service team who has stated that that what i recieved is in line with the guidelines. While I appreciate it is 'florist choice' and the flowers within the bouquet will vary, my issue is with the distinct lack of flowers in the bouquet which they cannot seen to understand or grasp. I have been constantly told that the flowers can vary (which is not my issue) or told to wait 3 days until the flowers 'bloom' even those these flowers won't bloom and are fully open (again 4 x chrysanthemums and 2 Carnations) Avoid like the plague, utter waste of money. Petrol station equivalent bouquets at best and florist prices and a customer service team that doesn't listen or seem interested to help.

Ordered flower for mothers day, as this was on Sunday already requested to have them delivered on Saturday just to be sure, after all there is 7 day delivery. Got notice from Royal Mail on Friday that flowers were in their depot and would be delivered on Monday. Contacted Prestige and was re-assured this was error and flowers would still be delivered on Saturday. In the end flowers arrived on Monday. Too late for mothers day, after 4 days in depot (so if lucky 3 days left in them) Contacted Prestige, but there 100% satisfactory guarantee is clearly not with anything either. Maybe they were good before, but I would strongly advice against using them.

Mother’s Day flowers were shocking nothing like what they advertised. Apparently they have reviewed my pictures and cannot see an issue. Refused to resend replacement flowers or refund. False advertising and a total rip off.

My son brought me a bouquet flowers for MOTHERS DAY after a small hiccup customer service were BRILLANT .Ellie.m was really good at sorting the problem out , will i recommend this company, a BIG YES i would , beautiful flowers .

Twice now Prestige Flowers has not managed to make sure the flowers I ordered were delivered on time both bouquets were delivered a day late I sent them a message and have not had a reply.I sent a message twodaays ago and still no reply.

I wouldn't score them any stars. Ruined mothers day even though I ordered flowers well in advance. Flowers didn't arrive till Tuesday afternoon and obviously poor quality as they've been in a van for God knows how many days. Customer services is iseless, they blame the couriers that THEY engage?! They won't offer a refund so if you are ever thinking of using this outfit, you may as well throw your money straight into the bin.

Ordered next day delivery flowers on the Friday before Mothers Day, theybstill hadn’t arrived by Mother’s Day which meant I had to spend extra money on another gift. Prestige flowers UK “customer service” Blame THEIR 3rd Party delivery company (not my Issue, my contract was with them). They refuse to refund or any other mediation. I would recommend to avoid using this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would, got flowers and brownies for my 91yr old nan (in a care home) and the date on the brownies was 12/03 this got delivered on the 13/03, rang up to complain because I believed the brownies were out of date - woman on the phone agreed and send out a new lot just to have the same thing happen again, to be told that it’s a dispatch date not an expiry date, maybe they should make things more clear! Since carers in a care home have a duty of care to their residents not to give them possibly out of date food! So annoyed and frustrated! Will be taking this further if not resolved soon. And won’t be using this company again! Shocking!

I received my mothers day flowers a day late. Flowers are half dead or wilted. Told my kids never to order from here again waste of money. If you cannot supply due to demand dont bother .

Awful company. Do not use. 3 days before Mothers Day I ordered flowers to arrive the day before it. They weren’t delivered until the day after (5 days in total to arrive). Why agree to deliver on a date but cannot fulfill this. Awful company

I don’t know how this company is still in business. Mother’s Day flowers received a day late like so many other people. Flowers damaged, dead or wilted. This company is a bunch of scammers and I will be taking this further and not letting them away with such shoddy service. I don’t accept their explanation to other people that it’s the courier’s fault. Our contracts lie with Prestige Flowers so they need to provide refunds to everyone who received dead flowers AFTER Mothers Day. Lots of people paid extra to have the flowers delivered on Mothers Day, my Son included. Awful company and definitely one to avoid. 😡😡😡😡

I received a large bouquet of flowers on Saturday day before Mother’s Day. They are appalling and now it is Monday and trying to save some of them. Have told my Son who lives abroad not to use you and nor would I recommend you to anybody . Your Email for enquiries not recognised phone number not working , It is the worst bouquet I have ever received. One my Daughter sent from M&S beautiful

I received a bouquet, wine and a bar of chocolate for Mothering Sunday from my son who lives abroad. There were 7 roses in the bouquet with 3 tatty bits of small white chrysanthemums and an awful lot of horrible green leafy stuff. There was a pink butterfly on a stick. I was bitterly disappointed with this bouquet and sad that my son spent so much money. I haven't told him as he has better things to do with his time than make a complaint that won't be listened to compensated for. But I will suggest he uses a different company next year.

What a disappointment my mother received on Mother’s Day! I ordered what was ment to be a beautiful bunch of flowers costing £50! She received a shotty bunch of flowers that was only actually half the size it should have been and missing several flowers also! When I contacted your company all I was offered was a voucher for £5! No way would I use your company again and I shall make sure no one else does also!

Totally useless. Ordered a month in advance to be delivered on Mother’s Day, which they were not. Customer service was so unhelpful, live chat didn’t work, emails not responded to and phone lines closed, despite me calling during operating hours. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid £6 specifically for Sunday delivery for Mother’s Day. My mum has no children in the country, so it was really important that the flowers arrived on Sunday (for the record, I ordered my flowers 8 days before so they had PLENTY of time). Instead, I’ve been told that they won’t refund the delivery fee as long as the flowers arrive within 3 days after the selected date. So why did I pay extra for Sunday delivery in the first place? It’s incredibly disappointing and feels misleading. From what I can see, many other people experienced the same issue this Mother’s Day, yet the brand refuses to take accountability. I would not trust this service again.

Absolutely diabolical attitude and service Despite ordering flowers 5 days prior to the delivery date they couldn't get them their on time. They did not ship a day early as it says in their website and when the courier failed deliver on the day they said it is in our terms so tough. No offer of any recompense even though their website clearly states 100% satisfaction guarantee and if delivery is missed they would repay the delivery charge at least. But worse than that their support desk is absolutely bloody rude. Don't waste your money
