“Ordered for my other half , who loves tulips and thinks the flowers are beautiful far better than what you get in the shops. Rather than buy cheaper flowers every week , i now buy once a month and they last. Quick delivery a bonus. Would recommend this company. Good lady happy BONUS.”

“Flowers were pathetic, looked like the illustrated flowers had been divided into 5or 6 bunches any my bereaved relatives received 1/5 of what I thought I’d bought and paid for. My relatives sent me one, decent photo. Prestige would do nothing without further ‘birdseye’ photos. Seriously- would anyone badger there bereaved relatives for more photos at such a time?!?! How unbelievably insensitive!! So I wouldn’t touch this company again with a barge pole.”

“Only company I will use, there flowers are beautiful, every bouquet I have sent to my mum has been above and beyond, also the little afternoon tea, my parents said everything was so nice. I have used other companies and flowers almost dead or looked nothing like the picture. Found prestige and have always used them since. ☺️”

“Keep me anonymous but I’m very greatful for how reliable and helpful you all are with being on the ball to pass on someones caring thoughts to another with out no worries or messing around!.. The flowers I’ve just sent is for a thankyou to my ex partner who we separated over a year ago and the mother of our boys and so i want to thank her for being a great mother and a friend we are for the sake of our boys. Your flowers, site and delivery is second to none so thanks for this!… I didn't write all that on the above on a card in the delivery, flowers can mean so much like I’m sorry or respect but In my case I’m very greatful!.. so.. “I was pleased that i could send flowers to the new Lovely woman in my life withut any hitch. Unlike other places i tried and was not able due to not having Uk number. Only reason i left 4 stars is because,its my first time using it and not knowing the service. If there a way to personalize the flowers as well, it would be awsome.”

“Further to my previous review - when my son sent me flowers for mother's day, which were most disappointing, and the initial response from the team when I complained and sent photos (after the 3 day "rule"), which resulted in a goodwill gesture of a £10 credit (it would have cost me more to redeem it), equally disappointing, the team that monitor the reviews got in touch and after a couple of emails to clarify details, a replacement (different at my request) and bigger (thank you Chloe.m) bouquet was sent. The difference is amazing. I'm not sure what caused the problem with the original bouquet, but the customer service after my review was posted was excellent, with polite, timely emails and appropriate action. 4 days on the flowers still are lovely and have many more days left in them. Thanks again Chloe.m :)”
