I received the most beautiful arrangement of roses and lillies for my 90th birthday. absolutly delighted with them. I have also sent some to someone else who was thrilled with them. thankyou so much . Chris Harrison

I was sent birthday flowers. The first bunch (roses and lilies) was two days late from the guaranteed arrival time and were in a bad shape - most of the flowers were wilted - lilies fully open and two dead roses, the entire bunch only lasting two days and the box was damaged. Regarding the replacement bunch (different and not as big nor the same flowers as the original) arrived within time but most of the white lilies had turned brown within two days and whole bunch past best soon after. My partner (who ordered them) did not receive a good aftercare service and had to argue for a replacement after they arrived not fit for purpose.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I paid about £70.00 with the delivery for large Windsor wedding flower. 1- I received with delay . 2- It was so small of course the money which I paid was large!!! Not the same as they showed on their website. 3- 3 of the flower were broken. 4- it was in BLACK BOX IN BLACK PAPER WRAP FOR WEDDING PARTY!!!!!! I emailed them and they asked for some photos, I did it . They asked for mor photos for second and third time, I send more than 20 photos for them. Finally they said photos not clear and they offered £10 credit for my next order!!! ARE THEY THINKING I AM COMING BACK TO THEM? NOOOO EVEN WITH FULL REFUND. Wasting time and money with them. zero stars if I could.

We bought a Large set of flowers for a family members birthday. They were a day late and definitely not a large. Small at best. When we tried to explain that, showing photos, to the help team they pushed back and said they were fine, when they clearly weren’t. Best to get better value elsewhere

I have paid for 12 months free shipping and now they still want me to pay shipping. This is one of the worse services I have ever used. Please avoid using their services and get yourself a different florist instead.

I would also give 0 star if possible!! Simply an AWFUL service! And after politely complaining, the answer was ever worse. I felt embarrassed for the delivery to a very good friend that lives in Holland Park. I wish I could post the advertised photo of the arrangement, and what it was delivered, again, so embarrassing! I do not recommend, NOT A TRUSTFUL company!

I would give them 0 stars if that was possible . Ordered a large bouquet for my elderly mother’s birthday including a personal message . Received several stems with just leaves , a soggy personal message and a few flowers in bloom . Was so embarrassed that I ordered another bouquet from another company. Sent an email with photos to complain and was asked to send several emails separately with just one photo attached to each email. They responded by asking for more photos . They conceded there was a quality control issue but refused to refund me . After several emails of back and forth including 4 phones calls their final offer was a refund amounting to 1/4 of the value of the original order . I’ve wasted 3 hours dealing with their customer service. I’m totally flabbergasted how they have won any awards .

I had to contact customer service after I purchased from Haute florist, turns out Prestige and Haute are the same company as I was directed to prestige flowers. I bought a hatbox for a birthday gift which cost £42. The flowers that arrived look nothing like the advertised picture, some were going brown and most were wilting/dying. I had to go out and buy flowers from a supermarket instead which were much better quality. When I contacted them, I was offered a £5 online credit of £5 refund as they claimed there was only a problem with 1 flower and they advised me to remove the brown petals from the others. Not only was the product a disgrace but the customer service is appalling. I've now opened a case with PayPal

Found the submitting of a password a real pain went round in a circle 3 times before resting it , loosing it and having to try again .Nearly gave up. It is not obvious . I buy on line frequently without problems. There should be an option to check out as a guest for infrequent customers. I have always been happy with the product so do return occasionally when i need to butbut please sort out this glitch.
