“We ordered flowers for my husband's for her birthday and what we ordered was not what we got .We sent on photos and told them that it was very disappointing paying all that money for flowers that looked nothing like what we ordered it honestly looks like someone picked them out of a field. We are in Canada so of course with the exchange it's double the price and they keep saying to use they need a bird's eye view of it,well we again are in Canada my mother in law is 86 she isn't a photographer so we sent what we could and you can clearly tell they are not what we ordered . Good customer service would be to fix the problem with what we actually ordered and apparently there is no good customer service shame on you for your false advertising and charging people for flowers that aren't what we ordered.”
