absolutely pathetic. First off forget about the photographs. They look nothing like what you receive. Luckily there was a discount as if not this is daylight robbery. Check the original photo of bouquet. Then compare with the Large version of the bouquet. I should have checked the reviews before buying. A huge mistake.

Whatever you do do not buy your flowers from this site. They charge ludicrous prices for a handful of flowers. I ordered a bouquet with Calla lilies and went large but all I got was 4 lilies and a few roses with some greenery delivered late. I’d hate to see what you’d get with the small. Nearly £80 to be totally embarrassed by what turned up and of course prestige couldn’t care less when I complained. Go local with interflora and avoid these racketeers .

Flowers arrived wilted and dead, refused a refund even after admitting the flowers were not up to standard. Willing to lose customers rather than refund, doesn’t keep to its 100% guarantee promise

The bouquet delivered bore little resemblance to the one advertised on their website. They refused to give a solution. Not to be trusted!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prestige Flowers UK and would strongly advise others to avoid them—especially for important occasions. I placed an order on March 7th for delivery on Mother’s Day (March 16th), only to be informed—conveniently within their 24-hour no-cancellation window—that the flowers would not arrive until the following day. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering a Mother’s Day gift. It feels very misleading that they waited until I could no longer cancel before notifying me of the delay. When the flowers finally arrived on Monday, the quality was shockingly poor. They were so bad that my mum wouldn’t even display them—she has literally thrown away better flowers in the past. For something meant to be a thoughtful gift, this was embarrassing. After multiple back-and-forth emails trying to resolve the issue, their response was to offer a £10 credit—not even a refund—and only usable on a future purchase with them. Why would I ever order from them again after this experience? This is unacceptable customer service. Late delivery, poor quality, and a completely inadequate resolution. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone. The first photo is what I received. The 2nd photo is what I ordered.

Rose and lilly bouquet received for mothers day. By Tuesday 2 of the roses were dead. I contacted customer services who were not really interested , said i needed to let them know within 3 days so they wouldn't help !! Poor service

Bought for my friend for mother's day and I have seen the flowers she received. As a first time buyer from Prestige Flowers, I am very disappointed with the bouquet she received for the price paid. The bouquet received is nothing like the image on the website as many purchasers from Prestige Flowers also frequently commented. It’s not definitely worth the price for the amount and the quality of flowers received therefore the photo on the site is misrepresenting the flowers actually sent out. I could have bought a few bunches from Supermarket for much lesser price and made up a nice bunch flowers than this. It is really very disappointing.

I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day. They couldn't be delivered on Sunday, and also weren't delivered on Monday. When they hadn't been delivered by Tuesday I checked the tracking and discovered that Royal Mail had claimed that delivery had been "refused by the recipient", and the flowers had been returned to the sender. My Mum was in at the time the delivery was attempted, the delivery address was correct, and she confirmed that no delivery attempt was made. When I complained to Prestige Flowers (who have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" - as long as the problem doesn't relate to delivery) they simply advised that they couldn't offer a refund as my Mum had refused delivery! How can the recipient refuse delivery when the delivery wasn't even made?! Read the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" before ordering - if anything goes wrong with the delivery then Prestige Flowers don't care! First and last time ordering.

Awful service, arrived 3 days after Mother's Day despite being ordered 5 days before. Flowers were wilted from sitting in a depot and looked nothing like the pictures online. There are probably criminal investigations that were solved faster than the refund I requested. Won't be using again.

My son ordered the Rose & Lilly hand tied bouquet , delivered the day before Mothering Sunday (14th March) I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the flowers to find one of the lilly stems was broken and there was no flower food in the package. Today is 19th March the roses are losing their petals and foilage, and the stargazer lillys are definitely not gazing to the stars! I am really unhappy with this bouquet, especially as he opted for the larger bunch.

Terrible service. Flowers arrived 2 days after Mothers Day. Watch the small print as they’re very crafty and won’t refund you!! Lesson learned so please don’t order from here if you need flowers on a specific day as they just blame the couriers

Rose and Lily Bouquet. £25.00 plus postage. Bouquet delivered on Mothers day, from my son who lives in Australia. Lovely surprise. Flowers looked beautiful. I had to bin the foliage because of the small leaves were dropping, within 24 hours the roses had died. The Lilies have not opened yet. Never a good time to buy flowers for mothers day, florists are very busy you may not give you as good a service. I am very disappointed.

if i could give 0 stars i would !!!!! i ordered a large bouquet, what i got was brown edged roses and the other blooms had nasty brown spots on them and there was hardly any flower stems i contacted customer services to be told over and over again that the flowers i recived were high quality and the amount was correct for a large bouquet i have sent pictures i am just getting fobbed off with what seems to be the standard cut and paste speel about they think everything is high quality and the right amount you carnt get past customer services who just say everything is fine i feel like ive been scammed i will be taking this further

Ordered expensive flowers for my wifes birthday which is tomorrow, Thursday. Loving in Shetland we assumed, as they took our order and allowed me to chose a delivery date, that they would be using a 3rd party called Stems based in Lerwick. I have just got an email from Royal Mail saying they will deliver on Friday. Thats no good. Her birthday is Thursday. Now we are going end up with a bunch of expensive flowers that have been in a box for 3 or 4 days that are going to miss the occasion for what they were bought. Avoid.
