After receiving a flowers that where nothing like the photo and most the petals dead none of the big pink flower that meant to be there what a joke paid alot money for something I could buy better at a garage

Delivery time is always great. Been a bit of a life saver for birthday and anniversary gifts. Love the arrangements too. My wife loves showing of to her friends whenever I have bought her flowers from here

Save yourself the disappointment and don't order flowers from here.Flowers nothing like the photos.I paid £45 for a hat box display,the hat box size was so small it would barely fit a baby bonnett in it! A £10 supermarket bunch of flowers looks far better.Worst flowers Ive ever ordered and sticking to Interflora in future.

Awful flowers, awful customer, awful experience!!! I paid £36 for a bouquet for my sister & she received 4 roses & a bit of greenery. They are nothing like what I was expecting having seen the image shown on the website. Customer service weren’t interested at all. AVOID!!!

Quite disappointed ordered the largest halloween bunch i could, images looked lovely, came today and is extremely underwhelming, not worth the price even remotely, didn't come with the amount of flowers, or accessories ( purple branches etc ) in the abundance that it shows, the photo on the site is the medium bunch, despite this the large looks even smaller than the medium ? Honestly could have bought 4x bunches from the local shop for 1/4 of the price and would have made a nice bunch than this, really disappointed.

I love the flowers but though I made out a personalised New Home card. I could not find anywhere to add it to order. I was very disappointed at this and just had to send a tiny message card

I purchased a large bunch of 'rose and lilies'. The site has photos of the different sizes - the large size looked incredibly generous. What arrived *was not* in any way representative of what the site promised. It looked like a £6 supermarket bunch, very small, unimpressive and thoroughly disappointing. Total cost £44.48 - I looked like a complete cheapskate handing these over, this was utterly embarrassing. See for yourself in the attached photo.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is non-existent. I paid extra for early delivery, yet the flowers still arrived late — almost a week after the birthday they were meant for. When I complained, no one did anything to help. The flowers also looked nothing like the pictures online. Save your money and avoid this company. They are absolutely terrible.

Awful flowers, look nothing like the photographs. Zero volume, £40 spent on flowers to receive something that you could buy for £2 at your local petrol station. Upon complaining I received an email back to say the flowers were inspected by the “flower manager” and appear to be fine…if only I could post photos on this review. Truly shocking. Do not buy from this website you will not get £40 worth of flowers and your better of spending less and getting better quality at your local shop. Order number 9136421 for reference.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Sat 18 Oct (my daughter's birthday) and paid extra (£5.99) for a specific day. The order did not appear on the 18,19 or 20th, despite notifications from Royal Mail, saying it would be delivered by 5pm on each of these days. TODAY I had an email from Royal Mail saying they had attempted delivery today (Tuesday) but there was no one home. Of course there wasn't - my daughter and husband were working, one of the reasons I had requested delivery on Saturday. When I finally managed to speak to someone today I was told there was a 3 day potential delay built in and as delivery had been attempted today, only £5.99 of my order could be refunded. So - no delivery on a birthday, lots of disappointment and dissatisfaction and NO refund. (And still no flowers - though you have had and are hanging onto my money!) An expensive and entirely useless exercise. I have been sending flowers to family & friends for over 50 years and yours is the worst "service" I have ever experienced. I shall certainly not deal with you again

My daughter has recently moved home and I had sen a Prestige flowers for that date. As usual arrived on time perfect. Since that time she was having a Birthday on 17th October and i was going to spend the day with her. I ordered Prestige Flowers no' 9097354 and it was completed perfectly. Delivery on time and flower arrangement just as I wanted. Yet again Perfect. I am pleased that I have found the ideal Flower supplier for Perfection. Well done. Brian
