“1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers for my girlfriend, and two days after the expected delivery date they still haven’t arrived. What has been even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of customer service. When I contacted Prestige Flowers, I was simply told that it was the courier’s fault. There was no real apology, no ownership of the issue, no meaningful support, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation. As the company I purchased from, I would expect Prestige Flowers to take responsibility for ensuring orders are delivered and customers are looked after when things go wrong. Instead, I felt completely fobbed off and left to deal with the problem myself. Mistakes and delays can happen, but how a company responds is what really matters. Unfortunately, the response I received showed very little care for the customer experience. I would not use Prestige Flowers again and would not recommend them based on my experience!!!”
