Mother’s Day present the kids completely wasted their money such a disappointment. The would have been better off going to the local garage. Such a let down on this special day

You order what it shows on the website. They dispatch 1 day before your delivery day and when it arrives it is extremely disappointing. You complain and you get an answer saying it matches the number of stems. £50 wasted

NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My daughter spent a lot of money on buying me flowers for Mother's Day. They are disgraceful for how much they cost & she will NEVER use them again. Out of the 5 roses, one was broken off & the other 4 already starting to turn brown. There are some very tiny flowers already open & more greenery than flowers. She could have gone to Aldi & got a beautiful bouquet for £4.99 & I'm upset that she has been ripped off with how much she paid. She has already complained to this company for flowers that were delivered to a friend whose husband had passed away., but thought she would give them a second chance. We are now contacting Trading Standards.

I am appalled by the lack of care from Prestige Flowers and Royal Mail. I tried to send sympathy flowers to a colleague who lost their son. First attempt failed to arrive entirely. Second one Royal Mail delivered to a completely different house number. Their "proof" is a photo of a random hand taking the flowers at completely different number, but apparently on the same street (even not next door) in Oxford. When I asked Prestige to fix this, they claimed it’s "not their practice" to contact Royal Mail and refused a refund. They expect me to play detective in a massive city to find a stranger's hand from a photo. I asked for re-fund and they said as it’s been delivered (but to whom?) they won’t re-fund. Royal Mail’s incompetence combined with Prestige’s heartless, "not our problem" attitude is a disgrace. They have failed a grieving family twice. Do not use them especially for sensitive occasions.

Would you believe i ordered this what seemed to be big bunch of lilies, even paid for the Large size, and received this rather pathetic bunch of flowers. Very disappointed for £40, it was embarrassing to give these to my mother in law with one tiny lily, i could've got better from the coop. i've inserted photos to show what was sold and what was received. When contacting customer service, i was told these are the appropriate size. Wont be ordering again.

I sent my mum some flowers roses and tulips for her birthday at the beginning of March and I was rather disappointed that the roses were not very fresh they had brown turned down leaves.

Very disappointed with the rose and lily combination I purchased as a Valentines Day gift. Upon delivery the roses were in very poor shape and were completely dead by the time the lily's had opened. What was received looked nothing like the arrangement in the listing

Do not use this company. Ordered Saturday am from the higher value Luxury range for a delivery Monday for my daughters birthday. Flowers not as picture extremely poor quality, wilting roses and all of the flowers not fresh. Flowers delivered not as the specified discription they were substituted for weak cheap flowers, very very poor value certainly not anywhere near the cost paid. Very embarrassing and disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a next day delivery for international women's day and the date was accepted and available. But, at the end of my purchase was offered for 3 pounds those personalized cards and there was no warning that may change automatically my delivery date. So, I accepted the card, and after the payment was done, they notified my that my delivery date was 10/03. It was for a special date, cannot be sent after the date. It's ridiculous, they wanted to earn 3 pounds more, changed my delivery date without warning me and now, they lost a client.

The only positive thing I have to say about the flowers I ordered is that they arrived on the day I requested. Otherwise the flowers I received were nothing like those depicted in the deceptive web site photo either in quantity or quality. The roses never opened and died in the bud and the rest were a sparse collection of very ordinary "blooms". Based on this experience I could not recommend Prestige Flowers.

Worst ever company to buy a flowers!!!!inpaid 60 pounds for bouquet and wine but my friend didn’t receive a wine at all and the flowers she received was no near what she supposed to receive!!!bad quality not look like on the picture at all very embarrassing!!!!!! I hope they will become a bankrupt!!!!and on the trust pilot they not letting you to lives a review!!!!!!don’t buy from that company ever!!!!

I ordered a £39 Florist’s Choice bouquet from Prestige Flowers and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. The example bouquet shown online was full and bloom-heavy, with a variety of flowers such as gerberas, lilies and roses. The bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the example image. It contained only a few roses, very few actual blooms overall, and a large amount of greenery/filler. Some of the roses also appeared tired and close to the end of their life on arrival. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but was told that their florist manager had reviewed the images and confirmed the bouquet was acceptable. Unfortunately this response did not address the clear difference between the example shown and what was actually delivered. I understand that “Florist’s Choice” bouquets can vary, but customers would still reasonably expect a fresh, balanced arrangement that reflects the price paid. In this case the bouquet received did not feel representative of a £39 bouquet. Very disappointing experience and not the level of quality I expected. I would be happy to update this review if the company resolves the issue appropriately.

I ordered a surprise bouquet late at night for delivery to my sister-in-law the following day. The flowers were delivered on time and my sister-in-law was absolutely delighted with her beautiful bouquet. I have used the company before and would be very happy to use them again.

Just received a birthday gift. A basket with some bolted hyacinths, nearly over and some very small leaves that look like tulips. They are advertised as being 'in bulb' so you can watch them grow. Nothing like the picture. I used the chat line to complain -but eventually this was abandoned...no response. Like other customers the photos wouldn't send by email. I have sent a photo on the messenger on their facebook page. So am now awaiting a response.

My husband bought flowers for my birthday from Prestige and he paid £78.00 all in. Absolutely shocking - the supermarket flowers are better. Something is off with this company don't believe the 5 stars. For some reason i cannot upload pictures.
