Terrible, requested to be delivered on Sunday, booked the flowers at start of the week. No mention that they would not deliver on a Sunday but they let you book that day!? Very poor I would avoid…

Do not order from this company, I ordered flowers for my daughter giving birth and got completely the wrong bunch, also some of flowers had mould on them, I am taking this further if I get no resolution.

i have requested that flowers be delivered for my wifes birthday on 20 04 25 ,there was or is no mention that they would be delivered by Royal mail or that they do not deliver on sundays ,if i had know this i would have gone somewhere else very ,very poor service ,i have recieved an email saying going to be delivered tuesday 22 04.25 very un satisfied customer

Expensive, poor quality flowers and poor customer service. Compared what was ordered to what delivered in the pictures. They made no attempt to resolve the issue "Having reviewed the photographs you provided with our Florist Manager, we have determined that there are no apparent quality issues". Avoid them.

Fabulous. Arrived when stated with clear delivery window. Mum was impressed and 3 weeks later the flowers are still alive and kicking.

Two bouquets sent, one as a replacement for the first. Within three days, several of the flowers were drooping and looking very unhealthy meaning the look of the whole bouquet was ruined. I sent photos to prestige and they said there were no issues…order elsewhere

Flowers were for my friends birthday 3 days ago and never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews and I would never have trusted this very poor company I have tried to speak to someone but no success

So disappointed This was supposed to be a lovely Easter present for my wife. The flowers arrived nothing like the image. No plant food with them. Looks like they'll be dead in a couple of days. Will never buy from again. Avoid. Avoid.Avoid

Not worth the expense for what was received. Roses already dying. Bouquet size was embarrassing to present to my best friend at her 40th. Not what I'd expect. The company has gone down hill for some reason?

Very poor quality flowers, they were almost dead on arrival. Brown petals and drooping heads. The chocolate were like something you would buy in ÂŁ1 shop. Very disappointed for the person who bought these as a gift for me.

If I could I would leave a review minus 5 or even 100. I paid a lot of hard earned money for a medium bunch of flowers and box of chocolates for a birthday gift. They sent the flowers and chocs to my home address in Liverpool instead of the recipient in Manchester. The box arrived late with Liverpool address but Manchester Post code! When I contacted them, they offered me a ÂŁ15 voucher which means in order to spend this I would have to use them again and spend more money. Having used their service for over a year, will never use them again. Look at the picture of flowers at a cost of over ÂŁ35.

Rubbish company. Messed up on delivery and took payment twice. Tried to remove myself from the mailing list but that seems impossible and circular. Very unhelpful customer service. All this on top of rather disappointing flowers that are well overpriced compared to local florist. Don't forget the extortionate price is PLUS delivery. Avoid avoid.

Ordered flowers (lilies and roses) with named day delivery for mother’s day, about £40 in total. They arrived with leaves fallen off and looking sparse for the price. Can get a better bunch at ASDA to be honest.
