Do not use this company. Ordered Saturday am from the higher value Luxury range for a delivery Monday for my daughters birthday. Flowers not as picture extremely poor quality, wilting roses and all of the flowers not fresh. Flowers delivered not as the specified discription they were substituted for weak cheap flowers, very very poor value certainly not anywhere near the cost paid. Very embarrassing and disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a next day delivery for international women's day and the date was accepted and available. But, at the end of my purchase was offered for 3 pounds those personalized cards and there was no warning that may change automatically my delivery date. So, I accepted the card, and after the payment was done, they notified my that my delivery date was 10/03. It was for a special date, cannot be sent after the date. It's ridiculous, they wanted to earn 3 pounds more, changed my delivery date without warning me and now, they lost a client.

The only positive thing I have to say about the flowers I ordered is that they arrived on the day I requested. Otherwise the flowers I received were nothing like those depicted in the deceptive web site photo either in quantity or quality. The roses never opened and died in the bud and the rest were a sparse collection of very ordinary "blooms". Based on this experience I could not recommend Prestige Flowers.

Worst ever company to buy a flowers!!!!inpaid 60 pounds for bouquet and wine but my friend didn’t receive a wine at all and the flowers she received was no near what she supposed to receive!!!bad quality not look like on the picture at all very embarrassing!!!!!! I hope they will become a bankrupt!!!!and on the trust pilot they not letting you to lives a review!!!!!!don’t buy from that company ever!!!!

I ordered a £39 Florist’s Choice bouquet from Prestige Flowers and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. The example bouquet shown online was full and bloom-heavy, with a variety of flowers such as gerberas, lilies and roses. The bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the example image. It contained only a few roses, very few actual blooms overall, and a large amount of greenery/filler. Some of the roses also appeared tired and close to the end of their life on arrival. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but was told that their florist manager had reviewed the images and confirmed the bouquet was acceptable. Unfortunately this response did not address the clear difference between the example shown and what was actually delivered. I understand that “Florist’s Choice” bouquets can vary, but customers would still reasonably expect a fresh, balanced arrangement that reflects the price paid. In this case the bouquet received did not feel representative of a £39 bouquet. Very disappointing experience and not the level of quality I expected. I would be happy to update this review if the company resolves the issue appropriately.

I ordered a surprise bouquet late at night for delivery to my sister-in-law the following day. The flowers were delivered on time and my sister-in-law was absolutely delighted with her beautiful bouquet. I have used the company before and would be very happy to use them again.

Just received a birthday gift. A basket with some bolted hyacinths, nearly over and some very small leaves that look like tulips. They are advertised as being 'in bulb' so you can watch them grow. Nothing like the picture. I used the chat line to complain -but eventually this was abandoned...no response. Like other customers the photos wouldn't send by email. I have sent a photo on the messenger on their facebook page. So am now awaiting a response.

My husband bought flowers for my birthday from Prestige and he paid £78.00 all in. Absolutely shocking - the supermarket flowers are better. Something is off with this company don't believe the 5 stars. For some reason i cannot upload pictures.

What a disgrace! Seriously! I ordered a colourful, well-filled bouquet (I paid £10 extra for the largest size) and what my daughter received looks like nothing! Over £50 for this is daylight robbery!!!

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and by co-incidence order received flowers myself from my son. My sisters arrived on date requested, many thanks. Once received and flowers revived after the post came to life and were absolutely lovely and lasted a good three weeks. Therefore I'm now ordering more for my lovely grand-daughter and hope they arrived on time also. Many thanks.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and they did not arrive, so disappointing that I could not get the flowers to wife on her special day. And customer service has such a son't care attitude blaming the courier. Well use reliable couriers and get SLAs in place.

I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I placed an order on February 19 requesting delivery for February 21 for a birthday. The order was not delivered on the requested date because the company ran out of stock of one item. Instead of sending the available items or offering an immediate solution, they paused my order without delivering it on time. After multiple messages, I was told the order would be sent, but it never arrived. The flowers did not arrive for the birthday, and the company is now refusing to issue a refund, claiming a delivery attempt was made — even though no delivery was received. The issue is not only the missed delivery date, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and resolution. As a customer, I paid for a specific date and service, and that service was not fulfilled. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Ivan

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. I PURCHASED FLOWERS FOR MY MUM WHO LIVES IN THE UK. I LIVE IN AMERICA. ROYAL MAIL SAY THE TRIED TO DELIVER ON HER BIRTHDAY THE 28TH FEBRUARY AND SAID NOONE WAS THERE. MY MUM IS ELDERLY AND SHE WAS HOME. OK SO I THOUGHT MAYBE SHE DIDN'T HEAR. I ARRANGED FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED MARCH 1ST AGAIN THEY SAID NOONE WAS THERE BUT HER CARER WAS WITH HER IN THE MORNING AND SHE SAID NOONE CAME. I CONTACTED PRESTIGE AND THEY KEPT SAYING GO BACK TO ROYAL MAIL WE CANNOT HELP YOU IF SHE IS NOT THERE BASICALLY TOO BAD THIS IS NOT THIER ISSUE. I SPENT OVER $50 AND THEY DON'T CARE????????????/ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND I WILL KEEP POSTING UNTIL I GET THIS RESOLVED
