What you order is not what you get. Ordered a medium. Received a sad, floppy bouquet that would not even count as a "small". Leaves rotting, petals wilting. Customer service looked at the photos and told me it looked "normal". Paid 3x the value of supermarket flowers - for ones that look worse.

I paid for the premium delivery for flowers and cheeses I was charged £5 99 per item and chose a specific date However the flowers were not delivered. It appears that they have a 3 day window to complete the order. Under no circumstances was this made clear when I placed the order Be very careful as I have learnt the hard way Premium Delivery is NOT that and choosing a specific date could b 3 days later Also if U order more than 1 item will be charged for each and U won't get them together Forget speaking to customer service they don't want to know Attitude is tough!! Lots of other companies give better service

Terrible experience so embarrassing to off had these delivered for my mums birthday i could of got better from a petrol station i paid £60 for a large & oh my good its so pitiful never again This is a genuine review Won't let me upload a photo!!

I ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers on 18th September for delivery on 22nd September, a special occasion. Despite placing the order 4 days in advance, the flowers did not arrive on the promised date. When I contacted Royal Mail, they confirmed that Prestige only dispatched my order too late for it to be delivered on time. This was not a courier issue, but the company’s failure to send the flowers early enough. Customer service repeatedly pointed to their “hard-to-reach areas” terms, even though the real problem was their late dispatch. They refused to refund my order in full, offering only the delivery charge back — even though they failed to provide the service I paid for. I find this misleading, especially as they advertise “Next Day Flowers” and guaranteed delivery dates, which in my experience they do not honor. I would not recommend Prestige Flowers if you need flowers to arrive on a specific date — the service was unreliable, the communication unhelpful, and I was left very disappointed.

Very poor experience and shoddy flowers. Ordered a large bouquet which should have 24 stems. It had 11 and the rest were green leafy bits, most of which were dead and had to be thrown away. Some of the flowers were not great either. Asked for a refund and they said what they have supplied was satisfactory! Not even a partial refund. Will never use them again. I have photos to justify this review but for some reason I cannot upload them, keep getting a message that says “We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support”. I will try and add later. Do not use this company.

I would not recommend or even order again from Prestige Flowers. Useless. I ordered A medium bunch of flowers, paid good money, £46.96, for it. However, whilst ordering process was simple, the delivery was done on time, what got delivered was a shoddy bunch of flowers. Hardly worth the money paid and the receipient was not happy either. I sent a photo taken by my 81 year old, but the customer service kept demanding a Birds Eye view photo of the flowers. My aunt is not well and to demand this is unacceptable and this was explained to their Team. However, they chose not to acknowledge that and kept insisting on this photo. I am not sure what purpose the Birds eye view photo would serve when the photo provided is evident that it does not match the bunch that is advertised! Total Rip off company and way too arrogant behaviour. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

When I signed up for an account, you gave me 10% discount offer for new customer, which then sent me via a link to a new page. There was nothing in the basket, which meant that I would have had to start all over again with the order that I wanted. I had just filled in a sympathy card and video message, giving a lot of thought to it. I didn't want yo start all over again as it was late, so I missed out on the 10% discount.
