I purchased next day delivery flowers, ensured that the ones i chose fell in that category, i picked the date i needed and received confirmation that the flowers will be delivered on that day, but unfortunately they were delivered 3 days later. Also i received a picture of the flowers and they didn't look like the bouquet i ordered. So I'm disappointed.

Misleading Delivery Promises – Northern Ireland Customers Beware I ordered flowers from Prestige for my 20th wedding anniversary, selecting their “Named Day Delivery” service and placing the order five days in advance. Despite this, the flowers arrived a day late — after the anniversary — and the gesture was completely undermined. Prestige advertises next-day and named-day delivery prominently, with no clear warnings during checkout that Northern Ireland deliveries require extra lead time or that delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. Their own delivery page even claims delays to NI “rarely happen,” which is simply not true in my case. Customer service repeatedly referred me to their terms and conditions and offered only a refund of the delivery charge. No accountability for the emotional impact or the misleading nature of their advertising. If you're ordering for a time-sensitive occasion and live in Northern Ireland, be warned: the delivery promises may not be met, and the company will fall back on fine print rather than take responsibility.

Ordered a florist choice bouquet from the website for my sister’s 60th birthday. I chose a colour option which was predominantly whites as they looked really nice, I was sent an image from my sister when she received them on the 28/10/2025 i was embarrassed . I understand that the flowers are just an example but I did expect something similar please see below what I ordered & what my sister received. I will let you decide.

These flowers are a rip off ! Save your money as on delivery they are NOTHING like the images advertised! I have purchased better flowers from a garage forecourt 😡

Thank you Prestige Flowers for making this such a quick and stress free process! The website was easy to navigate, the pricing was clearly laid out and good value for money. The options for choosing small, medium or large for the bouquets gives way more choice and fits multiple budgets without compromising. I particularly appreciated the late ordering/next day delivery service and the guarantee was an added bonus.

Spent $100 AUD on delivery of flowers to my sister in law at hospital after she gave birth. Was never delivered. Spend 3 hours with their customer service team who said the courier refused the item and that this means I am not entitled to a refund. Disgusting company. Will be taking them to the Dept of Fair tradings

Save yourself the disappointment and don't order flowers from here.Flowers nothing like the photos.I paid £45 for a hat box display,the hat box size was so small it would barely fit a baby bonnett in it! A £10 supermarket bunch of flowers looks far better.Worst flowers Ive ever ordered and sticking to Interflora in future.

Awful flowers, awful customer, awful experience!!! I paid £36 for a bouquet for my sister & she received 4 roses & a bit of greenery. They are nothing like what I was expecting having seen the image shown on the website. Customer service weren’t interested at all. AVOID!!!
