Flowers for Mother’s Day did not arrive. If they cannot deliver on Mothers Day they shouldn’t be taking your order. Advised that their policy is to refund delivery fee if more than 5 days late - how are the flowers expected to be decent if delayed that long… obviously don’t care about the products they send out

My daughter was so upset as the flowers and the chocolates and card for Mother’s Day didn’t arrive, she had details from Royal mail to say would be delivered Tuesday. They arrived today not in a very good condition . The greenery and gypsophlia are shriveled andwhen l cut bottom stem of flowers some were so slimy the leaves fell off. It actually says on label for the 15/3 2026. Information inside saysthey delivery 7 days a week. But Royal Mail doesn’t! .

Never rely on this company; I ordered Mother's Day flowers and a card for my granddaughter from her three young sons on the basis that delivery on the day was available (obviously). They did not arrive. Royal Mail advised at the last moment that delivery would be on Tuesday. Tried 'Phoning Prestige during office hours; lines closed; tried web chat; no response. Will never use again!!

I'm so upset. Got an advert for Prestige Flowers on youtube, thought I'd try them for my Mum on Mothers Day to go with her separate present, my order was around £50 from Prestige. I paid for the Large variation on top (Top tier of 3 Standard, Medium, Large). When I saw her after they had been delivered I was offended and sad at what my Mum must of thought I got her. Horrible tiny bunch of actual tat. 3x smaller at least than that of a £20 bunch from a supermarket which wasn't made up for by any quality. 4 Crushed pathetic excuses for roses surrounded by grass. 4!!!!! How many do you get in the standard considering it's a ROSE bouquet. I felt actually so awful I went to Asda to see if there was a left over bunch I could get instead. Customers shouldn't have to apologize to their Mum because it looks like they don't care enough. Never ever again. I will be contacting for a refund and I will send them back to Prestige Flowers. Fuming.

Very disappointing, bears little resemblance to the advertised photograph, could have got a much better bouquet from a petrol station garage at half the price.

Like everyone else here, I paid £40 for a large bunch of flowers that looked pathetic when delivered. While my mum was happy with the bunch initially, I showed her what was meant to be delivered and she was unsatisfied with the bunch too. Frankly, I'm too embarrassed to tell her how much I paid for that. Though, the one thing you did do right this time, was actually deliver it on the correct day chosen. Last time I ordered, it was delivered on the wrong day. Just waiting to hear back from customer service for a refund.

Ordered Orion For my mum for mother’s day they are so beautiful! Cant wait for them to bloom even more, The packaging is all beautiful and very well organised. Don’t normally write reviews but i’m so impressed with this company !

The flowers are for Mother’s Day but to be honest I did feel they were just average. A few leaves looked on their way out and a broken stem flower so that had to be thrown. Chocolates for 6.99 and a poor looking card charged at 3.99. To inform my son to not do this again next year.

As per all the other reviews here. Ordered large and received something that looks like it’s been on the petrol forecourt for 2 weeks and paid 4x the price for the pleasure. As I expected Prestige customer service advised that the order is correct and as per spec… if your thinking of ordering, don’t bother unless you enjoy the look of disappointment on your other half’s face and paying over the odds for the experience.

They did not make me happy ,received a bouquet yesterday from my Son in Singapore delivered by Royal Mail . No flower food and all small roses half dead already . Will advise my Son but don’t want to upset him not to use them again. I have had wonderful flowers delivered by other companies and will not recommend or use this one

Flowers looked great on website and I paid extra to increase the size. What arrived was dreadfull. A few flowers past their best. I will never use this company again. AVOID!

You order what it shows on the website. They dispatch 1 day before your delivery day and when it arrives it is extremely disappointing. You complain and you get an answer saying it matches the number of stems. £50 wasted

NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My daughter spent a lot of money on buying me flowers for Mother's Day. They are disgraceful for how much they cost & she will NEVER use them again. Out of the 5 roses, one was broken off & the other 4 already starting to turn brown. There are some very tiny flowers already open & more greenery than flowers. She could have gone to Aldi & got a beautiful bouquet for £4.99 & I'm upset that she has been ripped off with how much she paid. She has already complained to this company for flowers that were delivered to a friend whose husband had passed away., but thought she would give them a second chance. We are now contacting Trading Standards.

I am appalled by the lack of care from Prestige Flowers and Royal Mail. I tried to send sympathy flowers to a colleague who lost their son. First attempt failed to arrive entirely. Second one Royal Mail delivered to a completely different house number. Their "proof" is a photo of a random hand taking the flowers at completely different number, but apparently on the same street (even not next door) in Oxford. When I asked Prestige to fix this, they claimed it’s "not their practice" to contact Royal Mail and refused a refund. They expect me to play detective in a massive city to find a stranger's hand from a photo. I asked for re-fund and they said as it’s been delivered (but to whom?) they won’t re-fund. Royal Mail’s incompetence combined with Prestige’s heartless, "not our problem" attitude is a disgrace. They have failed a grieving family twice. Do not use them especially for sensitive occasions.

Would you believe i ordered this what seemed to be big bunch of lilies, even paid for the Large size, and received this rather pathetic bunch of flowers. Very disappointed for £40, it was embarrassing to give these to my mother in law with one tiny lily, i could've got better from the coop. i've inserted photos to show what was sold and what was received. When contacting customer service, i was told these are the appropriate size. Wont be ordering again.

I sent my mum some flowers roses and tulips for her birthday at the beginning of March and I was rather disappointed that the roses were not very fresh they had brown turned down leaves.

Very disappointed with the rose and lily combination I purchased as a Valentines Day gift. Upon delivery the roses were in very poor shape and were completely dead by the time the lily's had opened. What was received looked nothing like the arrangement in the listing
