Our order to my Aunt arrived on time and she said they were gorgeous and lasted for a couple of weeks. We placed our order online from Australia and are very happy with everything ie service, price and delivery.

Do not use this company My order did not arrive at all was told they didn’t do refunds Thank goodness I ordered through PayPal they got my refund for me

I ordered flowers for my friends bday. Paid over the odds at nearly £50 inc delivery. Flowers did not turn up on time. When I emailed simply got a message with a link to royal mail. Not happy. Disappointing service. Shopped local to ensure on time delivery but disappointed that my order was stuck in the uk when I chased why my order had not been delivered. Will think twice next time. Would have ordered from a much cheaper uk supplier if I'd of known. Disappointing service, won't be using again!

I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers, expecting the beautiful, full arrangement shown on their website (first image). However, what I actually received was completely different – a much smaller bouquet with far fewer flowers, wrapped in black paper that looks more suited for a funeral (second image). The difference between what was advertised and what arrived is unacceptable. This is misleading advertising, and I feel like I paid for something I did not receive. Extremely disappointed with this order and will not be using Prestige Flowers again. Would not recommend.

Flowers didn't arrive. Ordered 6 days prior to anniversary but at 4pm on the actual day received an email to say they wouldn't be delivered. Do not rely on this company.

Flowers were half dead on arrival. They perked up for about a day after being put in water but completely dead after 2 days.

Very disappointed considering upgraded to a larger bunch and paid more didn't feel value for money 5 roses and 3 lily's don't bother wasting your money.

Your website promotes next day delivery if ordered by 10pm. Your tracking with royal mail indicates my flowers had a ā€˜requested’ date of today which havent even arrived and are currently sat in some warehouse in a box

I love prestige flowers I always use them. It's a shame the app doesn't work anymore and can't download their new one as it's not compatible with my phone which is a new phone.
