Im sure the flowers will be lovely but when I checked out it was £83.97 but then it became £92!!! And I’ve no idea why, it said pay now £83.97 and by the time I checked out it had increased! I order online all the time so I don’t think it was me so beware when ordering!

I arranged for flowers to be sent to friend after she had major surgery. The flowers were delivered on date and time as requested.My friend was delighted with them . These flowers were delivered on the 25th of April and to date 18th may she still some of the flowers still looking good. I shall certainly be using prestige flowers again.many thanks S

Despite inserting a delivery address, flowers delivered to billing address. No one available to receive flowers as we were away. Intended Recipient did not receive flowers. Wasted flowers and wasted money. No confirmation email received with details.

Ordered medium size bouquet which was delivered yesterday. Number of Blooms ridiculous for price and just had photos from recipient showing half are now dying. Contacted company about poor contents no point in contacting them regarding 24 hour life of flowers. Flower manager says they are fine in photos so end of story. Safest thing to do is avoid using them.

Sent flowers to my mother and grandmother, a number of the flowers were dead on delivery, not helped by the fact that the courier had left them on the door step without ringing the bell…,I suspect they did not have the capacity to accept the order when made, but instead of saying that accepted the delivery, the money and made a subpar effort… not worth the money will not be using again

I ordered the medium bouquet and have included what is shown for the medium bunch and what was delivered. I don’t think they match! I wouldn’t order again.

ich habe über eine Stunde Zeit investiert, um Blumen zu bestellen. Leider bekam ich weder den versprochenen Rabatt, noch die Adresse in London und ohne Anmeldung geht gar nichts. Nun suche ich mir wieder einen neuen shop und bezahle dort die 50 Pfund für einen Strauß!

They organise their own round for deliveries and we have no control over this. We do apologise for any disappointment or upset caused by this. Avoid at all cost, what they send are nothing like the images of what you purchase. When you complain they state they have sent the photos to the florist and they see nothing wrong with the quantity or quality. Stick to a local florist that you know and trust is my advice. I'd have given no stars if possible.

I ordered a bunch of flowers from this site as a condolences gesture after the sudden loss of someone i knew. They charged me £28 and sent me 7 measly flowers (it was a £38 total fee with card & delivery charge). I sent images to state how disappointed I was at what I received. They offered me a £5 voucher off of my ‘next order’. I explained I was not going to order anymore flowers from them & a half refund was what I saw as acceptable. They tried again to offer more flowers & finally a £5 refund. I refused & they just signed off from their last email. I am thoroughly disappointed at this rip off service. Don’t waste your money. They have made a terrible time even worse. Stay away. I have tried to upload a photo but it’s not allowing me.

Really annoyed. An embarrassing gift for a friend. Would expect far more for my money, especially as I paid extra to upgrade the bouquet. Could have got the same volume at Tesco for £10! :(

Terrible service and quality! Hardly any flowers in the bouquet which I ordered and looked nothing like the picture! Only refund they’ve offered is £10 off my next purchase which I will not be using as I certainly will not be using this company again! Shameful!!!
